Delivery
This product is a gift for my known and it is really good.
Most dislike is that on my tracking parcel it says that it had already delivered( handed to customer). At that time I was at home and no one even knocked the door. I’ve spotted parcel by chance. Complain only linked to driver. Apart of that all is fine
Beautiful but delicate.
Beautiful bracelet as I expected from Swarovski. Was a present for my mother in law who was thrilled with it. Upon putting it on her though I did feel it is a bracelet that is quite fragile so certainly only for special occasions.
Decided I wanted a nice bangle for my birthday , so popped this and another one in hubbys wishlist . Then spent a week dropping subtle hints ” there’s 2 bangles in your list i like the silver one ” ” that bangle voucher won’t last forever ” you know subtle . Finally he ordered it and omg it is gorgeous. Sparkly and so delicate and not over dressy so can be worn everyday . If you are thinking of buying this as a present do it you won’t be disappointed.
Returns
Although this is a very pretty bracelet, it wasn’t exactly what I wanted and I have since purchased another bracelet from pandora. This bracelet arrived in good time and good packaging. My only problem is trying to return it by Royal Mail. I would be grateful if you would please forward or email a returns label to allow me to return the package.
