A really great price and it works fine
This has been a pleasant purchase and I would like to share my experience.

The device comes exceptionally well packaged. Upon opening the box you are greeted with a couple of cards with customer service information and plenty of information on how to contact them via social media. This indicates to me a positive attitude that they want me to be very happy with this product. You also receive an instruction manual which is extremely basic but honestly, the device is very self explanatory. All I learned from the instructions is that if you hold the one and only button at the back of the device, it resets the recorded min/max readings.

The device requires 1 AAA battery to work and it is supplied with 1 in the box so I got to use my device straight away without delay. The screen has a sticker protector on which is not necessary in my opinion however, I appreciate the gesture.

After initially turning on, the device was in my hand. It immediately picked up a humid environment from being in my hand but after placing the device down on a flat surface, it averaged back out to a normal reading and went down to 55%. I have tried the device both lying down and being propped up and I have noticed zero difference in readings.

The humid sensor I cannot compare as it is the only device I own to measure this in my house. However, the temperature sensor appears to be displaying about what I expect in my house and I have other devices to compare with and I can confirm it is reasonably accurate.

The screen is very basic. It’s a very simplistic screen with no backlight so unfortunately, you will not be able to see any readings in the dark. I would like to see this feature added but, for the price I paid I cannot complain.

I have to give this product a perfect review because for the price, I cannot complain about anything.

    Great little device
The product seems to work well although I can’t scientifically check the accuracy but it does seem to stand up well against other measuring devices I have in the home for example my dehumidifier. I neat little size and quite inconspicuous on the shelf.

Simple to use for humidity and temperature with min/max feature
Bought two of these and the readings are pretty consistent with each other which is a good start. Easy to use with only a single button on the back. One quick press to change back and forth between Centigrade and Fahrenheit or one long press to reset the all max/min readings. On the back there is a stand that swings out and also a magnet. On this particular model there is no backlight which is what I wanted as each unit only uses one AAA battery.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersUseful and fairly good quality
I do like these gadgets around the house and being able to glance over and see if I need to ventilate the house more if it’s feeling a little damp. The readings are a little slow to adjust if you move them between rooms but once it has adjusted it does seem fairly accurate!

The only issue I’ve had is the comfort indicator has stopped working on both units and I’ve not had these very long.

If it's too hot I know & turn down the heating!
This thermometer provides consistently accurate readings of both temperature and humidity levels in my home. I’ve compared it with other devices, and it’s spot-on every time The large LCD display makes it easy to read the temperature and humidity levels at a glance. The digits are clear and legible, even from a distance. Have paired it with my stove pipe thermometer to give me a much better fuel efficiency in my front room!

    Good value
I need to keep a check on the stores both temperature and humidity. We have two, they read one degree difference which is not a great problem.
Accordingly, based on price and performance I would recommend them.

    Small but is accurate.
Smaller than I imagined as it is only a few inches tall. It seems accurate as I have several thermometers in my grow room and they’re all very close to eachother in readings. It’s easy to read and works out of the box with a AAA battery. (One’s provided). So does the job.

Small, yet with big numbers. Nice fold out "leg" at the back.
First Impressions and 3 days of use:
They have a magnet on the back, so would stick well to a fridge.
However, we do not have a fridge in the bathroom or the bedroom (which is where we put the two monitors).
At first I thought the temperature on these ThermoPro TP50’s was a “bit out” from our clock/thermometer …
… BUT it turned out that they just respond quicker than our clock/thermometer. Any rapid changes in temperature (like switching the radiators on) and our clock/thermometer catches up after a bit (I have been testing them side by side, so the REAL temperature should be the same!).
Anyway, it is handy to have an objective measure of how damp it is indoors.
[We can then try and use an appropriate combination of heating, opening the windows, and a dehumidifier, to keep the place comfy and keep damp under control (which should have benefits in reducing future mould formation)]

    Useful
It’s sit nicely in our lounge. As we are open plan we now know that after an afternoon of cooking our humidity levels are too high so we will need to improve our ventilation.

    Great Service and Produc
I bought these for my two tortoise table tops.
Needed to know temperature and humidity.
The quickest delivery I’ve ever had delivered.
    Great quality products, brilliant price.
Easy to read numbers on the screen.
Very easy to set up. Tested them against another thermometer and humidity reader.
    Absolutely spot on
    Highly recommended

The only temp/humidity gauge you need.
I have just bought my 7th one of these and can not imagine buying anything else.
Reads in either celsius or fahrenheit {if you are American?} and is easy to change with a little button on the back, the read out is very clear and easy to read and it records high and low temperatures.
To reset it just pop the AAA out {included} put it back in and all readings will be whatever the temperature and humidity is reading at that moment then when you check later it will show you how high or low the temperature and humidity got to.
It has a little flip out stand to keep it upright and can cope with the occasional accidental spray with water, I did drop one in a bucket of water and the screen went black and died but after removing the battery and leaving it to dry it still works fine.
These are used in different rooms recording conditions for orchids and reptiles, they cope perfectly well even in 100% humidity.
Cheap and very easy to use and I am still using the 1st one I bought about 3 years ago so they last well too.
Highly recommended for anyone needing to keep an eye on temperatures and/or humidity.

    Perfec
Comes with battery included and took seconds to set up. Didn’t get an accurate reading for the temperature or humidity at first but a few minutes later I did so I would give it a few minutes before you look at the readings. Struggling with mould from humidity in my flat and this has helped me to find out how humid my house is. Once my dehumidifiers arrive I will still be using it to see how much it has improved my living area.

A good sized accurate instrument and easy to use.
It’s good that these are sold in pairs. It means that you can check if the readings are accurate by swapping them over and comparing the recorded values with each other. They seem pretty accurate and the recorded
historic max and min levels are really helpful. These are a useful size, being easily read from some distance. The fact that they use a single AAA battery is also good, as its much cheaper than relying on the more usual “button” cells. All round a very good deal to date -we’ll see how well they last – but so far really good value.

    Monito
I bought 3 of these Therma Pro monitors to keep a check on my flat as I was concerned about condensation, I have only been using them for 24 hrs but so far I feel these are a good buy, I already have a dehumidifier so if i see I these monitors going into wet I will use as necessary to keep any problems at bay.
Mainly monitoring in both bedrooms and lounge, as bathroom, kitchen have fans, to maintain more comfort.

    Big display
It seems to work fine. I haven’t tried it in different rooms to test the readings. Shame it isn’t back-lit, but I wanted something very simple and this fits the bill.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersA must for any damp fla
I absolutely love this hygrometer. We noticed our new rental was feeling quite damp and it helped us confirm this, with quite varied fluctuations depending on the time of day or what appliances we were using. This is the reason we ended up buying a dehumidifier in the end, which helped resolve the issues. If you want to know if your house is getting damp, this handy tool is a must . It required no major set up, has an easy to read screen and a good magnetic backing. We keep it on the refrigerator door.
