Go with the flow

We offer different flow rates to keep up with your growing baby. Every baby is different but as a guide we suggest vari flow for 0+months, medium flow for 3+ months and fast flow for 6+ months.

Moving on

If the bottle teat collapses during feeding, it takes longer than 20 minutes for baby to finish a bottle, or if baby tugs at the teat or baby falls asleep mid-bottle, these are potential signs you may need to increase the teat flow rate.

Change me

Our teats are silky soft. Change them if they get damaged or bitten by tiny teeth. Advanced Anti-Colic teats are only compatible with Advanced Anti-Colic bottles.

    Worth purchasing as baby grows
Really easy to pop out original tests and put these in. I would say just take regular breaks when first feeding baby as they have been used to sucking hard on teat 1 and the flow is quicker so they tend to cough where they are trying to drink too fast but otherwise after a few days my baby adapted well.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersMake sure you have the tommee tippee anti-colic bottles!
Seeing a lot of comments where people have left 1-2 stars for the teat not having a valve. These tearts are made specifically for the tommee tippee anti colic bottles where the valve is specifically place inside the bottle in a way to help reduce air swallowed during a feed. Search the bottles and you will see. Do not buy these and use them on the normal bottles.

    Great for colic babies
Since my daughter was born she’s had colic and the Tommy tippy bottles are great so when she got older (3m+) I bought these teets to change over the newborn ones. She drinks allot faster and seems more content after bottles

Initially I bought the wrong teets for my bottles. I ordered anti colic rather than the advanced anti colic to suit my bottles. Easy to create a return & refund and re-ordered the correct ones. These are for the advanced anti colic bottles only and don’t have air holes as bottles are designed not to need an air hole. Easy to swap over bottles from 1-2 or 2-3

Good but no holes for ai
Good value and easy to use as expected but no holes for air so I have to pull it out of my baby as I’m feeding because it bunches up to allow to stop deflating

Expensive, but cheaper per unit than dual packs!
We’ve been using these Tommee Tippee advanced anti-colic bottles since my Son was born two years ago. These bottles, alongside the teats were by far the most popular for him to latch to when we were searching at birth. He rejected various teats, and wouldn’t latch, so the natural shape of these is perfect.

Now to the issue. He’s now two, and he still loves milk. This is fine, we’re happy he wants to drink (cows) milk, but he also has teeth, and wants to use a bottle (especially at night when in bed and open cups are out of the question). This has meant we’ve got through five teats in the past couple of months. He seems to have a method of chewing with laser precision a little hole in the neck of these. This gives a very concerning choking hazard if he chewed all the way through, so the moment we notice a hole (usually when cleaning) they’re for the bin.

This is quite an expensive process, so we were happy to see that Tommee Tippee now offer these teats in a six pack. Not only that, but the packaging of these is cardboard, and tissue paper, whereas the dual packs I was buying were plastic, which is undesirable. That’s a win-win in my books. You get a cheaper unit price per teat, and the packaging is eco friendly. You’ll need to make sure you wash them, because once you tear the tissue paper they’re open to germs, but that’s fine! I also don’t recommend dishwashing them. My mother in-law sent a very yellow looking teat back that had been through, which makes me think the heat interferes in some way with the integrity of them. Not sure that’s an exact science, but I exclusively hand wash them.

Would happily order again the next time my Son manages to chew through this entire set, it’s a better value for money option, albeit still pretty expensive. Please do frequently check the necks of these teats when cleaning, as the “ribs” can disguise chew marks, or holes and if a child were to chew all the way through when drinking this could be a serious choke hazard. Perhaps it’s time I wean my son onto less natural teat options!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersMakes a real difference to babies who swallow too much ai
My grandson has a tendency to drink his milk a little fast despite the holes being correct for his age and the best advice from midwives and trying numerous methods of feeding. He consequently takes in a lot of air as well as milk. He suffers pretty badly with hiccups and sometimes brings a lot of milk back. I had these sent to my daughter in order that she could try them in conjunction with the anti colic bottles of the same make which she purchased separately. These are medium flow ( you can see the number 2 on the side in my picture). You do need the bottles as well as these teats as they have a kind of system inside them that reduces the air the baby takes in. Anyway after using them for a few days she reported back to me with the following observations. Firstly the tests fit really easily onto the bottles so no fumbling about during night feeds. They go into the steam sterilisation tank with no issues and are easy to clean before hand. Most importantly they really seem to have made a big difference. My grandsons feeds are smoother, he has had a massive reduction in hiccups and seems happier and more content after his bottle. They are hopeful that he won’t suffer from colic in the future and the only downside is that they get less windy smiles but I’m sure as he becomes old enough to actually smile that will more than make up for it. So she’s very pleased and I’m delighted and therefore these are definitely worth trying if your baby has the same issues as my grandson. Five star product and at a fair price.
