Exactly As Remembered!
A great toy – and exactly as I remember growing up! 5 Stars as it will be great but I did jump a bit and bought for my two year old twins. Not suitable for that age – they are more interested in throwing the swords around – of which there are a lot and a lot to pick up! However, will be great when they are closer to three and able to understand it a bit more.

Purchased for Grandson who is watching Peter Pan and loves the pirates good price discount arrived quickly don’t think I would purchase at full price hence one star less
Fabulous
What a great alternative to the original
Pop up pirate, my kid loves dinosaurs so this went down a treat at Christmas time, a bit expensive but fun was had so can’t moan to much.
Great toy
A good old fashioned game to use with children with whom I work. Sturdy, fun game with impact. Really great as a reward after a child has worked because its easy to set up, gun and speedy.
A great price & fast delivery too !
Fun game to play
Great game to play but disappointed with the state of the box, when I took it out of the Amazon box they had packed it so the damaged part of the box was hidden . As this was a gift I was embarrassing to gift it In this condition.
It's pop up pirate...
It’s pop up pirate, difficult to say more.
I’m sure you can get it in a larger size though.
It’s a proper branded product, the quality is really good, should last forever
I got this as something for the ‘elf on the shelf’ to play with the kids, so got one that could be delivered quickly, so was more expensive than what I would normally pay, and know I could get the exact same cheaper normally.
But as a product it’s really good
Amazing game for 2 year old
My 2 years old daughter favourite game.
It’s very easy to understand and play with younger children.
Perfect for younger children, it’s perfect value for this item and perfect gift for younger childre

This is an enjoyable simple game from the pass. Hours of fun with family and friends.
Great activity for a wet afternoo
I bought this for my Granson. I always like to keep games or activity toys handy for wet or cold afternoons. This has delighted him. It’s sturdy very clear what you need to do, and a fun way to spend an hiur or so.
A classic fun game
Bought this for my 4year old grandson and he loves it, we play with it together, he loves the interaction which is better some times than just giving them games to play on ipads or phones.. classic fun game to play.
Great kids game
Good game for kids and will be a great gift for children of all ages. It can play up to 4 players. Nice and colourful game. Found it to be a great laugh with my daughte
4.0 out of 5 stars Arrr! My beauties
Great game for all the family. Check the reactions when the pirate pops up!! Don’t know how long it will last but great fun.
I am Blind, therefore, I have to use the PC with specialized audible software but I will never allow my disabilities to overshadow my abilities.
My kids had this some 22 years ago, Now I’ve bought one for the Grandkids I can forsee Laughter – Tears and a whole lot of fun.
Kids loved this game
I think I’ve kept hold of this item, kids didn’t get a look in.
To be honest it’s not the sturdiest but it was fun to play.
I lost a few times has I’m slightly heavy handed. Well thats my excuse anyway.
Good, but not random. But I made it random!
It’s a great game from my childhood but it only ever pops up when a sword is put it to either side of the pirate. Nowhere else. This makes it very predictable. However, as I can design in 3D and have a 3D printer I made a new base for the pirate that gives it 10 possible positions rather than the standard 2 positions. Now it’s random and fun again!
Our two year old’s first game! I remember seeing this advert as a child and thought it’s a nice, simple, easy to play game without any swallowable little bits. The smallest parts here are the swords, which are safe, but, feel incredibly cheap and don’t really fill the holes / slits properly – you really have to jam them in hard, even then they look like they can fall out any minute…which isn’t great at all frankly. 10 might be a big ask, but it really should be better from Tomy.
The game itself is foolproof and fun, consisting of a barrel, afore mentioned cheap swords (4 different colours) and the eponymous pirate and that’s it! If nothing else, it’s an easy fun game for 10/15 minutes at a time and teaches your child the valuable lessons of sharing and waiting your turn. A pity those swords are so cheap!
This game is advertised for 4+. I brought it to play with my 3 year old and we have had no issues with it. The only small parts that you may come across are little bits of plastic when you take the swords out of there plastic frame. (I have attached a photo of how they arrive)
This game is simple but it is just what I was after, a game the whole family can play. My three year old has had many hours fun playing with this as have I.
This game is also good to help encourage counting as after each game my little one counts how many swords it took that time. Each time is changes. Some times is can be just 1 and the next it could be 20.
It may seem a little pricey for what is it but I would recommend.
This would make a great Christmas or birthday gift.
