After previously camping in Wales at a campsite which had rocks under grass, I destroyed several standard pegs there. So I bought these for when I returned back to this same campsite. These worked a treat. Straight into the ground, no messing and no bent pegs. I would recommend.

Used these with both mallet and impact driver. Managed to bend a couple in the hard standing as they obviously won’t go through stone.
Used on grass they are great and the bag is better and more practical than a plastic case…

These hard standing awning pegs are exactly what we wanted. Magnetic square head makes the easy to use with our hand drill. The company after sales were excellent and promptly replied.

Not had a chance to test these pegs out in practice yet but they seem like a good product. The carrying case appears to be quite sturdy and looks like it should last.

We bought a second hand caravan ant with came some used awning pegs. They were on, but often bent, or the plastic heads broke.
I decided to buy some of these and they are brilliant. No bending, you can drill them in and out, and unless you actually want them to come out they stay put.
First time I used them the weather blew up a storm. Lots of awnings broke loosem but not ours. The pegs were rock solid.

Trail 20 Screw Tent Pegs with Mallet - Easy To See
After a quick emergency fence repair soggy ground turned hard making fencing we have up in our chicken area had sagged. Making fencing lower than it should be and gap underneath with movement in wind.
Off I went with this set all contained in a bright orange bag. One thing for sure if you keep all your bits in this you won’t have the hours of searching in grass for any parts needed. Have done so in the past so know the pain. I’m going to keep all my peg tie downs spike things in this from now on makes life easier really does.
Then there’s the fact a mallet is included in it. No more using hammer I’m not supposed to be using. How was I to know it was then best most expensive hammer leaving it out in rain having lost it recently when moving chicken fencing around?
Also the most important tool the one that removes the pegs when they get stuck in. If like us you leave them in the ground anyone with fencing for poultry will tell you once set into ground tent spikes, pegs can be one heck of a thing to remove if not moved for a while. This nifty device does it with no issues or any strength required.
One of the best items this kit not just for camping trips but for fencing of poultry too. I’ve been round sticking these into ground if I see a gap at bottom of plastic fencing so to keep chicks in their place. Seems to be working especially as emergency measures. Plus can see them easily when time comes when moving area about. That’s the other thing not having to spend an age looking for green coloured spikes in green grass.
