    The notebook is designed to fit the purpose of keeping the progress of your workout and is very helpful to see how far you’ve gone with your training. I wish it was a4 forma

    Yep, like this … good for simple brains like mine. So many log books are over complicated and this one is easy to use with a good amount of writing space!

    Just what I have been looking for for a while! I am trying to get back into training and felt the best way to hold myself accountable was by writing down my goals and progress, alongside my session plans. This is perfect. Highly recommend.

    Small and handy so easy to keep in your bag. Good layout for workouts. Decent quality paper and cardboard cover so not going to fall apart. Really like this. It was a great find.

    This is my second time buying this product after filling up my previous workout log. Really good quality product at a decent price. I like the layout of the workout pages and nice to have a section for goals etc at the start.

    Great book to put all info in and to log each workout/progress
    There is a notes box underneath for each day, the only thing i would want is one notes page to write extras down however, i will buy this logbook again to continue to log my progress.

    Good little book with nicely laid out pages. I would prefer bigger columns for the exercises to be able to write extra details/notes in for the exercise. All in all, a good little book to log everything in.

    Really easy to use the product with a lot of pages to track to active life whether it’s in the gym or on the field.
    One of the biggest issues is that the front and back cover gets really scratched if you don’t put it down carefully in the gym or have a tarmac surface and it looks like the paper used is yellow so starts to look really tatty really quickly. because of this probably won’t by this agai
