jus remember to use the velvety things to twist or its a very long day for u i learnt that the hard way but other vvise v good and can fit on any archway
I bought this to replace my previous one which I lost the side grip for.
This works very well and has a good grip too. Well made and very durable. For the price paid I can’t complain. So far so good. I like the fact this time I won’t lost the end grips as it’s screwed on. Only reason I have 4 star is because you have to continuously make it tighter after some use.
The Ultrasport Pull-up Bar arrived in good time. The package contained all necessary parts and came with instructions. Finding a suitable door frame to attach the pull-up bar was the biggest issue. Once the door frame was chosen, the pull-up bar was screwed into place and was tightened up making it quite secure.
This is an absolute bargain, I was sceptical at first because of the low price – took 2 mins to set up and didn’t need screws/brackets for extra support and it felt perfect for my needs, easy to move into different rooms in my house. to sum up this is a robust bargain – Thank You
It’s really good quality’s and very sturdy it takes a while to twist the two ends out to fit your door and you need to twist the middle until it’s stable and you hear the wood crack
This is a good pull up bar once it’s installed correctly, I didn’t put the cups on the door as I didn’t want to damage the door frame so I just installed it without. I weight around 85KG (190Lbs) and after a few failed attempts it settled into place and no longer moves, it can sometimes role towards you depending on your grip which makes it loose but as long as you give it a tighten at the end it’s fine. The ends have two hard rubber caps which help with gripping the doorframe as well as reducing any damage to it. Overall it’s a good bar that works even when it isn’t screwed in as long as you take the time to get the placement right.
This is a good pull up bar… make sure its very tight before you use it of course… one down side is that it may leave marks on the door frame from the pressure of being tightened. Apart from that it’s good.
didn’t realise how the cups worked till like 1 hour of trying to get it to stay but when i figured it out gad to get my own screws but it worked perfectly
Good bar that is easy to set up and use. Make sure to face the right way depending on your grip, as you want to make sure the bar will rotate tighter and not looser! Don’t want to fall on your bum or back
Strong and sturdy pull up bar, weight of the product feels robust so you feel confident doing pull ups. The size variable was important for me as I didn’t actually want to fit it on a door frame but rather in a narrow part of my corridor. The extendable feature was especially good, I was initially worried that it might make it feel weaker or bend but it didn’t do that at all. The stability of the bar when using without fitting screws was actually quite impressive, I believe it might have been adequate to use without screwing to the walls I done a few practises and it was fine, however I did go on to screw it just for my peace of mind, which was also really easy to do.
My only small issue is that the rubber on it doesn’t really feel as good as the rest of the product and the extending function is simply spinning the centre section which means that you will have to occasionally check that it hasn’t loosened.
So I needed somewhere to hang my heavy bag. I live in a fairly new built house and anyone who’s currently living in one will attest to them being made of cardboard and sticky tape. I’ve seen homeless people living in more sturdier boxes. So I was in a quandary. I needed something to punch and decided to get a heavy bag to take the punishment. It was either that or the wife and she has a mean right hook. As I’m living in a ‘modern’ home I couldn’t hang it from my ceiling for fear of waking up one morning and finding the bag being the only thing standing, so I had a sit down and broke out my protractor, set square and ruler and began devising the ultimate contraption to solve my problem. After throwing away the useless gadgets and finding a pencil I began to have results. I needed a bar that could take the weight. No problem, this baby will take 100kgs. It had to be easy to erect. No problem there either. And it had to be strong enough once in position to stay there as I’m letting fly with killer jabs. Yep, not a problem as it comes with all the fittings you need to make this bad boy a permanent fixture.
I’ve been using my chin-up bar/heavy bag combo for a while now and although the house may sway a little the bar is rock solid. Oh, and you can also do some chin-ups with it if you want.

Son loves it and I would recommend it.
