DOES NOT RUN SMALL. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE TO SIZE. One fit my XL son perfectly who is 6 ft tall and 220 and who always wears an XL in shirts. XXL fit my husband who always wears XXL shirts. Who it didn’t fit was my size L son WHO I ORDERED THESE FOR BASED ON ALL THE REVIEWS THAT SAID SIZE UP I’ll re-order a L now for my son who wears a large.
So far I have used these shirts in training for the last two and a half months. You will definitely sweat more.
I am a big dude dropping weight and these shirts have a decent amount of stretch to accommodate while still having good compression.
