While being one of the better priced options, it is sturdy and relatively well made. This is my second one in a different colour and I have to say that there were some minor defects this time in terms of finishing and stitching
4.0 out of 5 stars Good, but does not fit full commander deck if double sleeved.
It’s a solid quality card storage box, no complaints in that respect. However, I bought it to house my LOTR MTG commander deck (100 cards) and it won’t fit.
My deck is double sleeved so that’s clearly why, but I did check before ordering if a full sleeved deck would fit and there seemed to be several references to double sleeved decks fitting. In my experience only 75 ish cards fit in the box.
I’ll keep this (as it is good quality) for spares and tokens and the like, and buy a bigger box for the full deck.

This deck box feels really good and durable in quality. VaultX always make great products for card storage.
This box fits 2 full 60 card sleeved Pokmon decks with enough wiggle room for dividers. Strong magnets so the lid does not open on its own and when lid is open it is easy to access all cards.

This deck box is really good, it can fit around 100 sleeved cards as advertised and feels sturdy. With that being said, i have a couple Rayvol deck boxes and they are sturdier and slightly better quality. Doesn’t take anything away from the quality of these though.

Cannot fault this item, it does what it says on the tin, it protects your trading cards very well, the material is a nice quality, been made to a high standard and has a nice strength magnet on the front. I have already bought 2 more.
Worth more than the price
Very high quality materials and a fairly strong magnet to hold the lid shut, stores cards nice and neat and seems to be very dust proof. Love the VaultX brand for folders and these boxes, will be purchasing more in the near future.
Strong, sturdy case that can hold one full Commander deck, plus tokens
Honestly the magnets are great, the space is more than adequate and the boxes feel solid. Plus they come in neat colours so you can easily identify which decks are in which boxes. If you play multiple decks then these are ideal. If you play one deck and you want to carry your dice, counters and other accessories then maybe get something more all-in-one.
This is brilliant. Really happy with this. I was a little worried it wouldn’t hold enough, but it was perfect for what i needed.
I bought 3 and used them to hold my Unstable Unicorns expansions.
I managed to fit 2 expansions of sleeved cards (108 cards total), plus 2 cards I cut from the front of the expansion boxes to seperate them and still have room to comfortably fit about another 20+ cards.
Unsleeved you can get close to 200 cards to fit (maybe somewhere around 180-190).
The magnetic seal is strong. You can tip it upside down shake it around it will still hold.
Overall really great design. Solid build. Super happy with this and highly recommend it for keeping your cards safe and secure.
Really nice quality deckbox with lots of room for cards and more
This thing is beautiful and tough. It’s made from some really nice materials, the inside is soft on your cards, the outside is nice and grippy, and the magnetic closure is super-strong. It’s also nice and big, I’ve got 2 Pokemon decks in it, and all my damage counters and other stuff.
It's great but not quite worth a tenne
It’s a great product, very sturdy. It’s lasted in my bag up and down to college and I’ve got alsorts in that bag that would ruin the standard ultra pro plastic ones. That being said it has no dice holders and is very basic. I’d pay a little less for it. Maybe like 8 quid. But what’s 4 quid more right? It came well packaged and o time with no damage too.
To conclude. If you have a bit of money to spare and need a Hardy deck box then I’d recommend this but know there are other options of similar or better quality/use.
Excellent deck box
I really like this deck box. It is well made and sturdy. My cards are well protected. This box holds 100 sleeved MTG cards for my commander deck. Would definitely buy again for my decks with more valuable cards in them!

Couldn’t ask for more! A very solid yet very nicely built case with a good quality feel to it. I will be ordering more of these cases once my first one is filled up, which should be bery soon at the rate I’m going
I own four of these deck boxes, each housing a different single sleeved 100 card MTG commander deck. For this purpose they are amazing, looking stylish while also being snug enough to ensure that no damages are caused when moving. The magnetic flap is strong enough to prevent unintentional opening (despite online reviews saying otherwise). It’s worth nothing that the box does not house 100 double sleeved cards and also that the box is easily dented and scuffed due to its material. Additionally, my most recent purchase of this product has a flaw in that the magnets in the flap are not attached properly and shake about inside the flap when moved. However, in conclusion, its a great deck box whose design and various colours make for a visually striking method to house your cards in a secure fashion.
Sturdy and well designed
The deck box is sturdy, attractive and so far I have not found any obvious design flaws. It does come with some embossed logos for Vault X, but they are not distracting at all. My only wish would be that it was about 1mm longer. It fits two 55 standard sleeved decks (digimon) VERY snuggly.
Can fit 2 sleeved decks!!
Lovely quality! I bought 3 in pink and I love the pink lining.. you can just about fit 2 sleeved pokmon decks inside 1 box which is great! 120 cards fit snug. Anymore than that would be very tight.. try 121?
Good for the Bulk cards!
For the cost of the product is a good buy for me to keep the bulk of the cards I have, wouldn’t advise to use for the main collection unless the cards are in sleeves but even then would recommend the zip binder. Decent quality and seems sturdy and durable.
Consistently Good Quality
As always Vault X boxes don’t disappoint! Quality and durability is really good. The only negative is the pink lining isn’t as vibrant on the product as it is in the pictures. Apart from that it’s a really good quality case!
Quality deck box - new favourite.
The deck box is made of lovely material, both inside and outside – very tactile. The deck box looks great on my shelf (I have bought 2 so far). I have stored my Animal Crossing amiibo cards in one of the boxes and Pokemon cards in the other. The boxes are true to size and hold all the cards – the magnetic closure is a great feature. I am impressed with the product and with the seller and I would recommend purchasing. If (or when) I fill up the deck boxes I have, I will be back for more.
I bought this deck box because I was looking for something that could adequately hold a triple sleeved MTG deck, including sideboard, so 75 cards in all.
Other premium deck boxes from the likes of Ultra Pro and Ultimate Guard didn’t have ample room for my cards and didn’t do bigger sizes, so I went onto Amazon and came across the Vault X deck box. I’m pleased to say that this deck box is slightly wider than other competitor’s products, and so my cards fit like a treat.
The design of the box is also flawless; I’ve already had numerous comments from people stating that they like the sleek look and feel of the box, and how well the green interior compliments the black exterior.
I would recommend this deck box to anyone – very well made and could be a huge competitor on the market!
Awesome box, shame it doesn't come with sleeves.
Nice well made product, I’ve bought 2 now and they keep my decks nice and snug when sleeved.
For the price it would be nice to have sleeves for the cards included with the premium like the basic box.
One suggestion for improvement to the premium box would be to to include a section on the lid where you could insert a label so you could put the name of your deck so it was visible on the top of the box for ease of identification.

Great Produc
I brought this deck box for my son to store his YU-GI-OH cards in as he wanted something sturdy to keeps his cards in good condition. It is a great deck box much better than others we have purchased before. It has a soft inside which helps with his cards not snagging (a problem we have had before). The clasp is magnetic and strong do helps when he transports them. Great product and excellent value for money. Very happy son. Thank you
Exceptional quality and build of product.
When this box arrived – honestly I was not expecting it to be as sturdy or robust as it was. The product easily fits both Yu-Gi-Oh and MTG cards fine and provides a good level of room whilst also ensuring they aren’t just bashed about in transit.
The magnets on the box are also firm and keep the lid nicely in place with no risk of moving. The finger gap in the box also makes it must easier to remove the cards without need of fishing. Highly recommend for players who want to protect their cards without breaking bank!
Extremely high quality produc
Bought it as gift for my little brother who wanted a deck box for his yugioh cards. The deck box lives up to its name as being premium in every way from the premium high grade material used on the outside along with the sturdy magnetic locking system and to the nice soft material used for the inside of the box.
Would highly recommend, will be looking to make some further purchases in the near future.
Would be great if they came in different colors for the outside and inside of the box, as my brother has built different decks which would help distinguish them from one another.
Excellent product at a good price just be aware premium version does not come with sleeves
Went for the premium version which is lovely. Has a great texture and feel with a faux leather exterior and a soft suede interior. The magnetic cover is great too. Only reason I am dropping a star is that I was expecting the sleeves too and was surprised to open the box and find no sleeves. Upon revisiting the product page I do notice that there’s no mention of the sleeves on the premium version. But they are shown in all the photos of the standard version and I guess it’s not uncommon that a premium version will include all the features of a standard version (and then some) so it did feel like a slight case of misadvertisment. Can’t fault the box itself though.
Premium product at an amazing price
Most sellers will talk their product up, but with Vault X you can be assured that what you see in the product listing is exactly what you get. The comprehensive technical information provided shows a company that takes great pride in its product, and the 12 month warranty shows confidence in its construction (point of information- my son recently dropped this box down a full flight of stairs and it did not even open!!) I have absolute confidence in this company and it’s products and look forward to our next transaction.
A few problems with the premium version.
Bought the premium version after the non-premium one was great. All good for the most part, but I wish the magnets that keep it closed were a bit stronger. Also the premium box actually holds slightly less cards which is a bit annoying as it cant fit 3 decks in.
A big thing is that the premium one doesn’t come with the card sleeves, this should be made more clear in the product description.
The Vault-X deck box is sturdy and has a strong magnetic clasp. Fits 100 single sleeved cards with room to spare for unsleeved tokens or a small side-board. I like the design, it looks cool with its black and lime green colour scheme and has a pleasing texture to the fabric. Manufacturing quality seems very good, but I will have to see how the felt (i think) lining and magnet hold up to prolonged use. I personally very much like how the logo is black on black and as such very unobtrusive. The only two pieces of criticism i have are that the corners of the deck box can get a little banged up and scuffed and that i was hoping the deck box would come with a divider or two to separate the main deck from a side board or tokens (i believe this would be a great addition to the product).
Very happy with my purchase, would recommend.
