I bought this climbing cart to haul up 40 pound boxes of cat litter from my SUV and upstairs to the cats room. It works great! It is so much easier than carrying these boxes. I am just using my arms and saving the stress on my knees and back.

This thing is great. No more carrying 40lb bags of salt down my basement steps to my water softener. I bought this one because it has larger wheels than most of the other brands. I only gave it 4 stars, because I think the handle could be another 4-6 inches longer.

Wheels too small to carry some more complicated devices, e.g. office chair on wheels. It was here that it turned out that the bikes were too small for such challenges. but it will be good for carrying heavier luggage. I can't yet accurately assess the durability of the wheels, time will tell.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersGreat quality but be aware
I’m a 5 foot 1 adult woman. My common sense lacked me when I bought this . While it does make things easier to transport from the house to the car and from the car to the house , if you need to climb stairs – hence the many wheels on it and probably why you’re looking to get it , be advised that you will need to pull the weight of all you stack on it , each step at a time . Think about it – you have 5 heavy boxes stacked and you got to the stairs – to pull it up the first step, you literally need to pull the entire weight up against that step and up .
I made the mister to stack medium heavy boxes and by the time I went half way up the stairs , my back was DONE and I was completely out of breath.
If you’re small and think this will help you ,take it form me , you WILL end up having your man do it anyway .
After two trips I literally rather take EACH BOX in my hand walk up and down the stairs 20 times rather than use this thing .

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis has been a life saver for bringing up heavy packages up the stairs. I love the ease of it going up and down the stairs effortlessly. One major problem though: It's a struggle for open staircases; will work if it's 50lbs or less, but anything over that will be tough as the wheels get stuck under the stair, I had a 70lb box and to say I strained was an understatement. I have used this to bring up amazon packages, take out trash/amazon unpacked boxes all at once/bring up moving boxes and every time I go to the rental office to get my packages, I get compliments on it since no one ever seen something like this.

Sturdy and smooth on flat ground.
I recently moved into a third floor apartment that has no elevator. I purchased this climbing cart in anticipation of using it for my daily needs. It does work quite well, holding heavy items and is really easy to maneuver and fold up. I keep it in my car at all times.
The only thing I don’t care for is the stair feature. Although the wheels do flip/climb as you go up the stairs, they aren’t really large enough to do the job without seriously jarring the item on the cart. All in all, it’s a good product, but I do wish I would’ve bought the larger one with the bigger wheels on it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI live in a raised ranch style house which means the kitchen is on the second floor. I have lived in this house for 40+ years. Getting groceries up those stairs was not a problem in my youth or when I had minions (children) to carry them for me, but it has now become a problem. And there is no room for a dumb waiter! A BIG problem. This little stair climbing cart is a miracle! I load the groceries in those blue foldable shopping containers that I have had for years, pile them onto the cart, use the bungee cords that came with the cart to hold them, and then I drag the whole thing up the stairs!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSo far, so good
I bought this to tote some milk crates full of books downstairs (one at a time, since I wasn’t sure I could handle moving the weight on the stairs by myself), and also my laundry. The wheels worked great – really hugged the carpeted steps and gave me better control than a regular portable hand-truck. I also like the multi-directional wheels, which I decided to use (came with the item), and the adjustable handle. Those wheels allowed me to glide the loaded hand-truck on a level surface without having to keep it tilted, and the handle could be set to a good height for me whether going down/up stairs or moving on a flat surface. The included bungees are very good, too. Overall, a very hand item.

The only drawbacks are (which rated only 4 stars):
    – you need to tilt the hand-truck back in order to safely load heavier items/distribute the weight. As a precaution, it’s best to do so with some kind of support (a wall, perhaps) at the back to make sure it stays positioned properly when you’ve loaded it.
    – when the hand-truck is empty and standing up open, the stair-climbing wheels at the rear are not counter-weighted, so the hand-truck falls over backwards. It needs to be leaned up against a wall (or something) to keep it straight up when not loaded.
    – the instructions did not indicate that the wheels suddenly snap out when opening the base and vice-versa, so WATCH OUT.

This is definitely a quality item. Arrived six days early, the packaging was the bestI i've ever seen, easy assembly, very sturdy and did provide a solution for an old geezer who can now get heavy items up the stairs safely. Oh yes one more thing it actually came with two extra nuts and bolts, one for each size, how many companies do that? Way to go Vevor.

I purchased this after my 5 year old one broke trying to carry too much of a load. Even though the wheels are not as big as my last one, it still does the job. If you have never had a 3 wheeled cart, then you are missing out. Go up and down steps and door thesholds with ease. The extra 4 wheels that can be added on the bottom are great when you need to wheel cartons around. Sturdy and lightweigh

The VEVOR Stair Climbing Cart is an excellent solution for individuals who need to transport heavy loads up and down stairs. With a maximum load capacity of 220 pounds, this hand truck can handle most items needed for transportation, and its stair-climbing capabilities make it a great choice in cases where stairs are unavoidable. The cart's frame is made from high-quality aluminum alloy, which makes it both strong and lightweight. Additionally, the foldable design allows for easy storage when not in use. The sturdy wheels are designed to provide stability while climbing stairs or rolling on any surface. Furthermore, the adjustable handle height makes it comfortable for users of varying heights to operate. Assembly consisted of attaching four wheels to the bottom surface. Make sure you use the proper length screws on the front and back otherwise the wheels will not swivel correctly. One complaint is that when the hand truck is opened up for use, it is back heavy causing the hand truck to fall backwards. Overall, the VEVOR Stair Climbing Cart is a reliable and practical tool that simplifies transportation jobs requiring stairs or rough surfaces.

This VEVOR stair climbing cart is well worth it! No more pressure on my back from moving boxes up and down the stairs, but my arms get a workout!:) It moves up the stairs with ease...also around corners. Also works coming up my front door stoop...especially unloading cases of water from my vehicle. It's easy to fold back to its original state for storage...can be stored upright or flat...based on your storage options. Recommend this backsaver.

I have a similar cart but wanted to get this one because it has 4 extra smaller wheels at the base. These 4 smaller wheels are like those used for some luggages that swivel 360 degrees. So you can just push this cart upright as you would with a luggage. Plus they do give extra support for the handcart as well on heavier items. When assembling these 4 wheels, make sure you use the right bolts for the back and front. The ones on the back are a little longer than the ones at the front. Even though the little spanner is included, I had to use a home wrench to really tighten these bolts just in case. The Alloy Steel base and frame are very strong and sturdy, should be able to hold up to the maximum recommended weight - 220 lbs, with no issuea. The top handle bar is well padded for extra comfort and grip while the telescopic handle is very easy and smooth during extending or retracting with just a push of the button on the middle bridge cross bar. Folding and setting up the cart for use is also very intuitive as well. Just pull up the base to fold or push down the base to use and the 6 back wheels will closed or open out respectively. The rotating stair climbing wheels on the back are solid, no need to worry about punctures and can be replaced easily when needed. They seem very durable though and should last for a long time when used as recommended. Great for office use or take along when traveling as well, not too heavy or bulky to carry for the trip. Rolls well up and downstairs, works even better on flat, smooth surfaces. No issues and very useful for me so far.
