Xbox controller w/ Cable
This is more worth the price than just buying an Xbox controller by itself IF you don’t already have the cable OR you don’t have a controller yet. I use it for PC and it’s easily compatible with bluetooth but recommend the cable for latency.
Work brilliantly good price
I got this as a replacement for the one that came with the console originally, My old one had developed stick.Drift a common Problem.
This one is a good price and works great, It’s great quality and a genuine product.
Good controller and works fine with my PC
PC has no bluetooth so was very happy about the wire provided. Don’t use it much but it’s certainly better when I can’t be bothered to move to my chair (before, I had to balance a mouse and keyboard on my lap)
Not much more to say, obviously, it’s definitely the best as it’s provided by XBOX themselves.
Would recommend.
Finally I’m free from the shackles of the god awful Micro USB, I prefer the new texture on this controller, the build quality seems the same as the past controller.
Not sure why people are complaining about the Cable being USB to USBC, why would you want USBC to USBC? most PC’s and Laptops don’t have USBC and neither does the XBOX Series X.
Like new Xbox controlle
I Purchased a used like new Xbox controller it was impossible to tell it was used, unfortunately I ended up with a faulty controller requested a refund, which was quickly issued.
I would highly recommend this produc
Works as you would expect good with non slip edges
Bought to replace the existing XBox pad which had stopped working – we were getting screen freezing with it despite trying all suggestions to rectify it – this is annoying as it gets a pounding in use and didn’t seem to be man enough for the job !!
All features on this pad work well – it was a
also available in a range of funky colours but we chose traditional black ! It linked immediately and there are no complaints , will wait and see how long this one lasts for with daily playing ?!
Drifts & Jumps dow
I ordered this controller to replace an aging one. I cannot place any blame on Amazon for the poor quality of this item … had I ordered a second hand one, say from Ebay, I would have chanced that it may have ‘drifted’ as I have become aware it’s called… I tried over time to live with this problem but for the price that MS charge I feel it should be 100% …. it wasn’t so I have returned it with the hope of a full refund … my advice, for what it’s worth, I feel this item is a bad investment .. so it’s your choice …
The product its alright, but the Amaxon it’s once again crap. Why do I pay for Prime, next day delivery, if I’m getting my order after 3, 4, 5, 7 days…. Shame on you Amaxon for not respecting your customers… very dissapointed
Great controlle
Good controller, really like how it feels compared to my old 360 one. Works perfect, no issues, also like that it isn’t solely wired and that I can choose to use it wirelessly if I buy an adaptor.
Plus it came with a one month game pass ultimate which I wasn’t expecting and that was nice
See that third button in the very middle..? It’s an instant upload button. Not something useful like a video trimming tool but a stupid random screenshot instant upload to the network button.
How did this make it out of r&d development?
Some of us have big thumbs, or fat fingers or a play style akin to button bashing smooshing. Fine, I’ve accepted that but I don’t need to worry about random screenshots being snatched and then uploaded because you put a stupid button in a stupid place….
Stick drift issues
I’ve had my Xbox for years now and brought Xbox X in 2022 and I’m now on my third controller. With all my previous Xbox I have only ever had the controller that comes with the Xbox. For some reason I have now had two controllers and both having to be replaced due to horrendous stick drift. This is my third controller so brought the official controller and see how long this lasts. It would appear there is a quality issue though. Build quality on the surface looks great and it has been playing well in the first couple of months of using.
Fantastic pad for PC
I used to use my old 360 pad on PC and while it was an old faithful device, it was getting old and there was some minor stick drift on it.
The Series pad is a vast improvement in almost every way. The texture makes it somehow feel more premium, and while it is a lot lighter, it somehow feels better made, where the 360 pad feels like a Fisher Price toy in comparison. The D pad is leagues better than the 360 one to the point where it is almost impossible to compare. The only thing I think the 360 pad did better was the triggers, which on the Series pad feel a bit flimsy in comparison.
Very good pad over all!
Works well straight out the box
Used for the Xbox series X as a replacement for my broken controller that has stick drift.
Hoping this one lasts longer before the inevitable drift issues come back.
As for the seller, it arrived when they said it would, the controller itself is fine and the cable is surprisingly long.
All good, will update if it so much as looks at me wrong!
For some reason, the normal xbox controllers are always out of stock, or are priced a ridiculous prices.
So I thought I’d boy this. Is exactly the same, and is priced normal.
And just to clarify. 3rd party batterie packs DO fit.
I’m and xbox pad fan (whilst I do wish they had the build quality of the ps pad like the razor, xbox design ps quality).
There are some new additions to the recent design that I was pleasantly suprised by. The gripping on the back and triggers which usually on 3rd party pads is terrible but the new xbox pad pulls it off just right. The buttons (x,y,a,b) seem to be a touch more sturdy with a tad less travel making them a bit easier to use. The usb C is so much easier to plug in/out. The overall size and weight has been reduced by just a mill or so making it fit in the hands a bit better. The sticks have been reduced an tiny fraction making them slide less on the thumbs when you get into heavy action.
All in all I have to give them due on this one and it is truly the next xbox pad and worthy. I can see many hours of enjoyment so I am hoping there has been a quality upgrade along with the other additions since usually I only get 6 months out of their pads so I’m hoping thiese last a bit longer.
So i use this control on Windows 10 with bluetooth. It took a while to get the controller to connect to my PC via bluetooth, in fact i am not sure how/why it eventually connected or why it was so difficult. The Windows bluetooth search just wouldn’t find the controller and when it did the first few times it came up with some generic controller. Eventually it connected by itself and now says “wireless xbox controller” or something similar.
The controller works well most of the time, i sit around 3 -> 4 meters away from my PC and the controller will randomly drop out probably once an hour and then quickly reconnect. I am not sure if this is my PC or the controller. Also occasionally the controller will misbehave and in game motion will be clunky, which again is likely bluetooth issues.
Otherwise the controller its self is good, it fits the hand well, buttons feel satisfying and the plastic shell is comfortable in the hand.
