Bought these to extend the starter kit I bought and works just as expected. Super easy to set up in the app and to install on the wall. Option to install in the corner or against a flat wall.

Overall I am happy with this fob. Our keypad is by the front door so this enables me to easily set the alarm when leaving the house via the back door to walk the dog. It is also light although a touch more bulky than I anticipated, just about comfortable for going in a pocket but you certainly want it to be any bigger. As others have commented, the button design is not ideal. It isn’t that easy to see the markings and the arm button is raised and fairly sensitive. In the first couple of days I managed to start arming the alarm just by sitting down with it in my pocket or when grabbing my keys from the table. You can overcome this by using the lock button which I now leave on as a matter of course but that does make the whole process slightly more fiddly. It came in the locked position so remember to unlock it before trying to pair with your hub (Yale instructions are pretty useless).

Use these daily. Only once had to change battery. Good range and easy to use. Some people seem to struggle with the buttons. The solution is learn which function each does and you don’t need to look at the buttons at all. Very good product from Yale.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWorks really well and saves a lot of time inputting codes on entry/exit.

Make sure to put the lock on though so as to avoid inadvertently switching the alarm on/off while the fob is in your pocket and pressing up against another object.

Activated the fob and paired with alarm in seconds. Very easy

Really easy to disable the old PIR using the app and then install this one in its place. Then moved the old PIR to a new location and renamed it in the app and enabled both of the PIRs and all works great.
Cat can mooch about the kitchen and not set the alarm off at night time!

Fitted a few of these and they are really good.

Great little motion/smoke/fire senior, seems to work well with my current Yale alarm, time will tell about the battery life.

Remember you will need to install each senior when you add it to your alarm.

Handy piece of kit. However it is not very clearly indicated which parts are part armed, this can be quite difficult to work with during the night. The battery seems to have lasted a while. Quite expensive for what you get.

As expected with Yale the instructions are rubbish (see my main review of alarm), it’s easy to set up once you know. does not work with RFID tags, so only pin number. I installed outside workshop (in a hidden box) to make it more convenient for me to arm and disarm alarm. There is no beep when keys are pressed (any no way I could figure out in the “manual” to configure one)

I purchased the YALE Sync 340 last month and very pleased with performance. My problem was my phone line and router is in an extension and linked to the YALE hub was dropping signals. The new AC KF key fob is handy because I can now operate the Alarm when entering the drive. I have sorted out the dropping in signal because I use Ethernet Homeplugs for my computers and have now moved the YALE Hub to the centre of the house and attached a Homeplug set to LAN.

These were brought to use alongside a Yale security system for the house when we are away, we use radio and lights and tv plugged into them for the illusion someone is home.
They are more expensive than other brands but we got them to use the app we already had for ease of use.
So far so good, simple to turn on/off and install

As other have noted in reviews, it’s slightly larger than expected, but not too bad, but it would had been better if the symbols were clearly marked. Other than that it paired with the system easily and just works – easier than messing around with the app or even the keypad.

I bought this to replace the keyfob which was used to part arm the alarm upstairs at night. Due to the keyfob working intermittently I wanted something that would work every night.
    The keypad is working great.
Initially we were a little unsure how to install it as the instructions aren’t clear that come with the product, however we dug out the original alarm manual and figured out what needed to be done.

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersI cant get over how easy this system is to configure and extend, but I was initially stumped when the key fob seemed to be dead even after I had removed the battery tab. Eventually I called support and was told to change the lock switch which I had completely missed This is situated on the edge, and once I had done that a press of the learning button activated a blue led. It would have been useful if the online help or written instructions had mentioned it.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersA bit bigger then I thought/would have liked but it does the job perfectly fine – it sets the alarm and disarm it with a single click, you can also part set it but the main aim for getting this was the fully arm and disarm when leaving the house/coming home so I don’t have to open the app nor use the keypad (which I keep in the bedroom because of its inbuilt panic button).
It also has a lock feature so that you don’t press any buttons by mistake. Some buyers said they cannot disarm their alarm with it, only arm but I can confirm it works ok for me – fully arm, part arm, disarm.

So far happy with it and it works as expected. Adding it to my smart home sync system was a 1minute job. Delivery and packaging was no issue as bought via Amazon Prime. All in all, 100% recommend despite its bigger size.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works as expected

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThe item works great and is easily synced to your existing system. The Yale App does the hard work.

As someone has already mentioned, the symbols on the face of the device to activate / deactivate / and pertial activate are very hard to see. It would have been nice if the were highlighted. Maybe the next genaration will have this.

Overall the device works great and is included with the battery.

Given 4 stars due to the above and also the 30 price tag.
