Always had much more expensive tablets in the past but a friend recommended this one to me and I’ve been very happy with it. It’s equally as good as the big name brands I’ve bought in the past for half the price. Would definitely buy this brand agai
This tablet opens up quickly, is easy to use and with a hmdi can be linked to your tv. Great for taking abroad to watch netflix. Good service and communication plus quick delivery.
A friend of mine had just bought the Fusion 5 Tablet, and I was so impressed with it, I went out and bought one the very next day..
Super sharp screen, great colours, slim, lightweight, and best of all, the touch screen is a joy to use.
I have always had problems with touch screens, as I have very high skin resistance (no joke) in excess of 10 mega ohms. This screen however is a joy to use.

Good picture quality and sound, ideal for kids as it’s not to expensive.
Great value for the money and I would recommend this product. I purchased this tablet for general use in house and it does everything I ask of it. The battery life is a little limited but this is not a problem as it is plugged in most of the time.
This is my second Fusion5 product, choosing this one on the strength of the Windows Tablet PC I bought a couple of years ago.
I’m just as impressed with this tablet, very easy to use and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tablet at a very reasonable price.
after having an ipad for years that needed replacing i opted for this tablet as a cheaper alternative i’m very pleased with it and easy to set up the picture quality is excellent i mainly wanted it for reading books and watching movies while in my garde
For 89 this is an excellent tablet it’s fast good picture screen resolution good, battery life could be better a couple of hours to charge, it does everything a more expensive one does camera not the best however I didn’t buy it for the camera.
Setting it up and installing the Apps I wanted took no time at all and was very simple. The tablet connected to my old one (my wifes) and copied all the login details etc from there to the new one flawlessly.
The screen is an ideal size and the performance is second to none. If this was compared to an Ipad I would say its far superior and well as being a fraction of the price.
There is plenty of storage space to download Apps. When watching videos theres no pauses and they play very smoothly.
I would (and have) recommend this table (designed in the UK) to anyone. Its not expensive and runs great.
A present for my disabled husband. Easy to use.
A good package at an excellent price. A dedicated micro HDMI port was the clincher for me. Now able watch downloaded content (Netflix etc) on a big screen when away from home. Not had it long so can’t comment on durability, but so far so good
This is a great value tablet with hdmi.
Been using it frequently for 6 months with no issues.
Use it for lots of tasks including watching catchup e.g. iplayer & listening to podcasts.
Had non tech query & it was answered very promptly.
The tablet isn’t the latest model so compared to the new realises the battery, screen etc aren’t cutting edge however it is still a great tablet and excellent value for money. The battery lasts well enough for it to serve it’s purpose and has been a live saver on long journeys with my daughter as she can watch programmes and play games rather than complain she is about to die or boredom. Would definitely recommend.
Delighted with this purchase, screen size is great for these fading eyes, images, photos are so clear, easy to use and I am getting on a bit, transferred everything in one go, with no problems, delivery next day, very well packaged, I would highly recommend this table
Tablet arrived on schedule, and was well-packaged.
Setup was straightforward. Enter Gmail address and straight in!
Build quality of the tablet is high; feels like a much more expensive product.
Battery life is good- I keep forgetting to charge it.
Good screen quality. I mostly use this tablet to watch YouTube or other video.
Bad Points
The USB C port is fine for charging and data transfer. But it is not a “full on” USB C, inasmuch as it doesn’t appear to be video compatible. Instead, there is a micro HDMI port. In fairness, this works well, and the video quality is good enough. It just means you have to carry another cable with you.
Keyboard is very slightly “laggy”.
Brought for a relative who isn’t very tech savy but is getting on well with this tablet, wanted a big screen and this fit the bill for a good price
I have only been running the tablet for just over a week so this review is limited to this timeframe.
This tablet replaced an RCA tablet with an HD screen running Android 6 which was in a comparable price range. In comparison I can make the following observations.
Mechanical build and overall appearance -They are about the same with a good build quality for the price. I would prefer not to have the Fusion logo on the front.
Screen — The RCA screen is a little sharper. There is just a hint of pixel graining on the Fusion screen but not enough to spoil the enjoyment of watching videos etc. There has been occasions where I have had to press more than once when using the keyboard.
Sound — Is good on the Fusion exceeds that of the RCA
Battery — Between watching YouTube, catchup tv and general use the battery lasted five days which is excellent.
To date my overall opinion is that this tablet is good value for the price and on a definite plus side I had the need to contact customer support by email and got a response within the hour. In this day and age of, apparent, non-communication that has to be great.
Both a cable and plug were included for charging and the instructions advise charging for several hours before setting up, although it did come 90% charged.
Set up was quick and easy (once I’d reset my forgotten Google password) and the device seems to do “what it says on the tin”.
I did encounter a difficulty when I first attempted to download content from All4 and got a “you cannot download from your geographic location” message. I traced this to the time zone being set at Greenland which I hadn’t spotted; once I’d changed it to UK it worked fine.
It’s early days, so I cannot comment on durability and thus have given 4 stars overall, but early impressions are good. I’ve also given 4 stars for battery life because it hasn’t really been tested yet.
If anything happens to change these first impressions I’ll provide an update.
This tablet is worth the price, decent battery and operating, but its extremely hard to find an antishock case for the kids! Infact I still cant find one that fits 🙁 . Would be a 5star if there was a kidproof antishock case.. but if its not for kids and its just for casual use then id recommend and give it a go .
Not being an Android user I was a bit sceptical as the only touch screen system had been on my iPhone. Was I was surprised, even from the setup stage the processes I went thru for initial setup to wifi connection and then onto the apps that I wished to install (Kindle and prime video) was so easy and now finding more apps that were common with the iPhone but not on windows now has me using it for all of my email and pdf reading etc. Certainly would advise people to go in this direction in buying a tablet. 100% for this device
I wanted a tablet with a micro HD port and this fits the bill. Performance is OK, obviously not as good as tablets 4 times the price, but still acceptable.
Overall, a good buy.
These proved ideal for my two sons for Christmas presents. They had commandeered my iPad so this was the only way I was going to get to use it again. They have laptops but this was a reasonably priced way of replicating the tablet experience.
It is difficult to find a nice case for this tablet but I managed to find a universal one that fits.
I bought this tablet thinking I could use the sky go app through TV using the hdmi output but sky go has blocked this. Obviously not the tablets fault but worth mentioning as other reviews have indicated that it would work.
Overall a decent budget tablet.
I use it for watching TV, browsing internet and studying for my uni course. It’s great because I don’t have to power up my laptop in order to study on a night in bed. I have to spend most of the evening in bed currently, getting my toddler to sleep, so it’s really helped me to make productive use of the time. The tablet has plenty of space for apps. I’ve downloaded everything I’ve wanted for entertainment or needed for work and there’s still plenty of space to spare.
It was really easy to set up. I can’t fault it.
I use this tablet as a home control interface: music, lights, thermostat, robo-hoover, etc.
The screen is a bit spongy-feeling, so if you are using this to compose text, it may not be a good fit for you. I also noticed that in streaming to Chromecast, the battery runs out even when the unit is plugged in.
It’s ok for what it is which is a budget tablet. The screen is ok, the speakers are poor, but it’ll run most basic apps fine. I don’t think it’s suitable for games.
Geekbench 5 scores are 164 single / 515 multicore.
I’m using it as a touch interface for various pieces of music software which it does perfectly well.
Battery life is very good, and it only discharges very slowly when left in standby unlike some others.
