Use them all the time - love them
Just bought them out of curiosity and to save the planet. They are so good and stick them in the wash, and ready to use again. I have seen similar elsewhere, but a lot more expensive.
Still good as new.
The only 2 things that would make them perfect is if 1) they had one side a little smoother/softer, and 2) the two sides were fixed together so they don’t slide on one another when you use them. But I definitely am not going back to disposable ones! They wash up great!
Decent quality and sustainable!
These pads are a great size – slightly bigger than your average cotton pad which is what I wanted. They’re soft enough for using on your face and rinse out well while in use. Very easy to clean – just throw them in the little bag and into the washing machine!

Lovely and soft so gentle for the eye areas .
I’ve had these for a while now and as you can see from the photos they get very dirty . Simple pop them in the bag provided and tie the bag tightly and I put them in the wash with my whites after a pre soak in sodium Percarbonate ( oxi bleach ) came out like sparkling new .
Great item to cut down on throw-away waste
Really like these reusable makeup remover pads. Easy to use, just use water and your makeup (including mascara) comes off perfectly. Really like not having to use throw-away wipes and these can just be washed and reused many many times. Have recommended to all my friends & family, and given them some to try as well.
Exactly what I wanted
These are exactly what I wanted. Ideal to use with micellar water to remove all make up traces including mascara. This overcomes the waste associated with using cotton wool or throw away make up pads.
I find the pads to be excellent, not too soft but not rough either, the texture is helpful in removing makeup thoroughly.
I bought two sets, and put all clean pads in one drawstring bag and use the other to put the used ones in ready to wash. Excelle
Great alternative to cotto
Although I don’t really use make up, I can tell these would be very good at removing it. The surface is soft but with just enough roughness to clean the skin. I use on my skincare routine, I find that they absorb my toner a bit too much, but are great for my mandelic acid. Great alternative, well pleased.
Good value
Really good. Thin and soft. They are just the right size . They dry well and don’t smell. Come out great after a wash but to be fair I always rinse them after use.

Love tgese
I use these instead of 100’s of the throw away ones, they are easy to clean I just pop them in the wash with my towels, after a lot of washes they did go a bit rough but I don’t use fabric conditioner. I like them but some mascaras will leave marks on them get coloured ones if possible
Bigger than usual disposable pad
Because its bigger than the usual disposable pad it absorbs more liquid. Therefore ones you put on the liquid face product you need to massage it on your face immediately. Or else it will absorb the liquid and you will feel like you have to put more liquid product more than when youre using a disposbale pad. But its kind to earth!! Just think about that.
Perfect for cutting back on cotton pads!
I’ve loved using these little pads day-to-day just so I’m not using cotton pads as much – these are much more eco-friendly! When it comes to heavier makeup with darker colours (e.g. red lipstick, mascara, etc) I still tend to use cotton pads; however, these are great for lighter makeup! I did try these pads with said heavier makeup, and the stains DID pretty much come out after putting them in the washing machine, though there is still a slight red lipstick stain, so maybe be aware of that? Besides that, I’ve been perfectly happy and highly recommend!
An economic and eco friendly way to reduce Cotton wool use.
Bought these to add to some that were bought as a gift and I loved. Just needed a few extra so that I had time to wash and dry them. Use at least 2 to take make up off every day. Soft and very absorbant so soaks up loads of cleansing water. The bag keeps thenm together in the washing machine and they wash really well. Really pleased and they save money as well as reduce waste
Amazing, but one sided
I’ve given this 4 stars and not 5 because it’s one sided..one side to remove makeup, the other side is just a fluffy side which you can’t use..I find odd. But luckily there’s like 15 in the pack.
Great quality, great value reuseable pads
These pads are great! They are really soft on one side and then a bit rougher on the other side which is really useful. The colours are really pretty. The only downside is that because there are so many of them, they take up a lot of room when drying them after washing.
Positive for the environment, made to last.
Great to use and because they’re reusable, I feel I’m doing something positive for the environment. I’m ordering more because I go through quite a few. I pop them in the washing machine when I’ve used them so when some are in the wash I still have a set to use. You could just rinse them out though with some facial wash.
I love these!!
Been using and rewashing them for months. Of course they won’t return to their original whiteness but I love the texture. You can get a little bit of an exfoliation. Just toss them in with your white wash, some bleach, and or colour catcher sheets. It might also be good to soak them beforehand. Though they may hold colour or some stains after washed, they are indeed clean and great for saving money and being sustainable. Highly recommended!
Much better than cotton wool
I use these as part of my skin care routine, for removing cleansing milk and applying toner, rather than make up removal. I much prefer them to cotton wool. They’re soft enough to use around the eye area, and remove the cleanser really well. I thought the toner might either run off or be absorbed but haven’t had a problem. I use the same amount as I would with cotton wool and it applies nicely. They’ve washed and dried well, keeping their shape and softness. I wouldn’t go back to cotton wool now, I much prefer these.
Wash well and nice on the ski
I’m using one each day with a liquid cleanser – my skin feels clean and you get more use from it than a cotton pad as it’s bigger. They wash well but I’ve stopped wearing foundation (what’s the point when you have a mask on all day?) so can’t comment on whether they get all make up off or wash clean. But fine with mascara and eyeliner and no trace after a machine wash
Great planet saving cotton pads
Really pleased with these cotton cleansing pads, they are soft and well made so that they look as good as new after washing them in a washing machine (in the net bag provided) I feel like I’m doing a bit towards helping the planet by not using a disposable ones anymore. I would recommend washing before first use though as they had a strange smell until washed.
I noticed just how many cotton pads I was getting through each month and thought this can’t be good. I was on the fence about getting these as I thought I’d run out way too quickly and they would be difficult to get clean.
Glad I decided to get them. The pack of 24 lasts me over a week so I have time to put the used ones in the wash. They wash really well. Some people have said that they don’t come up clean again, but as I use these after I’ve washed my face with soap and water as my second cleanse, these really just remove any stubborn makeup.
I would not go back to disposable one-use cotton cleansing pads.
Eco friendly cleansing pads
Great for counting towards trying to save the planet, easy to use, wash by hand or machine wash using the handy laundry bag. Using cream cleanser or micellar water the pads are very effective at cleansing the face & removing make up. They dry quickly & seem quite strong so will probably last a while. Not as soft as I anticipated but apart from that I’m very pleased with my purchase.
Reduced my use of disposable cotton pads
After getting more into skincare, I was conscious of the amount of cotton pads I was using up.
The pack arrives in a flat recyclable box which I really appreciated, given the eco friendly message. Additional wash bag is really handy too for not losing them in the washing machine!
These are the first reusable pads I have bought and I’m not sure whether it’s the way all reusable cotton pads are but they were more like mini flannel cloths, which at first I was disappointed by. I feel that I have to use these more gently in order not to inadvertently exfoliate my face. Every now and then I do notice very small threads coming out also so I wouldn’t expect these to last for like a decade or something.
However they are way bigger than the pads I am used to (picture above) and I don’t feel like I am losing toner when it gets soaked in. I do feel like I am using slightly less toner with this product too.
Overall, they are good value for what they are and I will continue using them daily.

Really like these.
I bought these for 2 purposes. 1 to remove my makeup and 2 wipe my childs face whilst producing no waste. Are great to remove my makeup and have washed well. I also put a few at the kitchen sink and some at the bathroom sink and use them to wash my childs face they are excellent as they can be washed when used once compared to a face cloth which stinks afer the first use.
The pads are a good size, larger than a regular disposable cotton pad (see attached image) and are soft and comfortable to use. The fabric is like a fine terry cloth, it is flexible, absorbent and holds products well. So far I have used them with micellar water, toner, and eye make up remover. They wash and dry well. I would recommend washing before use to remove any chemicals or residue remaining from the manufacturing process. The attached image shows before washing (left) and after, you may notice that the ‘before’ pad is off white and the washed pad is a brighter white. The supplied bag is really handy for washing them. I washed in the washing machine in my whites wash at 40 degrees C with a regular non-bio detergent. Tumble drying is not recommended but I risked it with mine and they are fine (there was a small amount of shrinkage but it is not noticeable during use). I would definitely buy again.
Efficient produc
Arrived on time, well packaged. Love the size of these eco pads. They have a slight grainyness to them, which I like as it removes make-up well, with a mild exfoliating action. I find the fabric easy to ring and dry. Then after a while pop them into their little wash bag and launder. Highly recommend. Saves on make-up removed wipes etc, which aren’t always as reliable as these pads for removing make-up.
Good deal!
This product is very good. It is washable and re-useable! My wife thinks it is a good deal as you get 8 pads in a box. they are soft, no itchiness as they are made of cotton and good for sensitive skin. She has used these pads for face makeup and mascara with cleaning solutions and they work great! She is quite please and I am happy I bought these for her!
Bigger than I thought so took some getting used to. Has slight roughness which is good for exfoliation. I only wear mascara so can’t say how it would work with other makeup, but they do the job. However, they don’t come up completely clean in the wash. I did a 60 wash with towels. I’ve bought some nappy cleanser powder to soak them in before I wash them next time. All adds to the cost of trying to be eco friendly. I’ll still have to use cotton pads whilst on holiday as the 2 packs I have won’t be enough. The bag is ok to store the used ones in, but I’ll be using a bigger laundry bag in future.
Environmental and sustainable
Surprisingly good pads that’s large so I can use this for toner and cleansing my skin as well as taking make up off. It comes with a washable bag so you can place the pads in there then put it in the wash and they won’t go flying everywhere. I brought these as I wanted to reduce the amount of cotton pads I throw away and this is something that I love!
Good reusable cotton pads
A lot better and bigger than disposable cotton pads, and easy to clean. I personally just rinse the makeup out with a little bit of hand soap after use then put them in the laundry bag provided and throw them in the wash, doing this I’ve never found makeup come out into the wash and the pads come out white and clean.
Would recommend:
Good reusable pads — my only issue is that they absorb a lot of product, so you need to use twice as much toner (e.g.) as usual. This issue isn’t particular to this brand, though, it’s just the difference between disposable cotton wool and reusable cloth. Overall would recommend if you’re looking for something more sustainable.
Good, but absorb more product than typical cotton pad
Very nice pads, good for reducing waste. Haven’t yet washed as they’re lasting quite a while, but will update review. Only thing I’ve noticed is that they absorb quite a bit of the product, which is a bit of a pain as you need more than you typically did.
Good investme
I really like this product as it saves a lot of money in the long run (I haven’t had to buy cotton pads since) as well as being environmentally friendly. My only wish is that the fabric was a little softer for every day use. I have sensitive skin so I usually only use these products for using toner, and they do gently exfoliate my skin nicely, but I’d worry about irritating my skin if I was using them regularly to remove make up.
Exactly as described
These make up removers are perfect for the job.
I’ve used them both as a wet flannel with cleanser on it, and dry for putting on product like toner. Both do the job well!
Nice and soft on the skin, can be used as a mild exfoliator if you use the rougher of the 2 sides.
Great value, the amount of pads means there’s enough to keep you going before you need to wash them.
Bonus it’s eco friendly and the packaging is eco too! 🙂

Good for removing make up but stain easily
Really like these for removing make up they are lovely and soft and remove make up well with a cleanser. My only problem is after first use they do hold stains from eye make up and lipstick so even on a hot wash they never co me out completely white again which is a shame.
The perfect replacement for cotton pads
These are great if like me, you’re becoming increasingly aware of stuff going to landfill. I love the fact that you just chuck them in with your washing. Mine go in once a week as I have enough to last.
I do find one side is softer than the other but that’s perfect for some gentle exfoliation. I’ve only tried with toner so I can’t comment too much on staining but traces of make up come out well when washed. Definitely recommend.
Perfec
These are the nicest pads I’ve bought (and I’ve bought quite a few different brands over time). They aren’t fancy; no gimmicky ‘extras’ included, they are simply ‘wysiwyg’.
They are amazingly soft, absorbant for cleansers or water (or anything else you wish to apply), a very good size (one pad is big as the back of my hand), and they wash incredibly well.
They also come in a lovely recyclable brown envelope style printed package inside the included laundry bag, which is also super quality.

I’ve wanted to purchase some of these fab 100% cotton makeup remover pads for a long time, and I’m so pleased that I did! They work well, the fabric is very soft and does not irritate my skin at all. The little bag is perfect to be able to pop them in the wash, and they wash up well too! Just what I need to start being more eco friendly! The amount of pads that arrive in the packet are great too, enough to last days until having to wash them. I would certainly recommend these and would purchase these again.
