Directions for use:
1. If you had a natural birth, you may wear it after you feel no discomfort.
2. If you have had a caesarean section, please use the postnatal belly band after the stitches have fully healed (or consult your doctor), you can wear a shirt underneath for added comfort and you can adjust the length of wear according to your comfort level.
3. Please control the degree of tightness you wear (you should feel comfortable when wearing it, breathe smoothly and not interfere with your activities as best), as excessive pressure will slow down your body’s recovery.
4. Wear it during the day and take off the postnatal belt at night to give your abdomen a rest, so that the effect will be more significant and will avoid causing you discomfort.

Iv ordered this to use after my hysterectomy, have been using befor to get used to it and the back support is amazing. Not sure if it will work after surgery but its looking good so far.

Great way to loose the belly
I’ve been wearing this belt every day for the past month and can really see the results. I had a c-section and wanted to get rid of my belly quickly and I can see a huge difference already although I don’t wear this for the whole day, just a few hours each day. Highly recommend.

It’s perfect. I have been wearing it since I stayed at home for some time. I have lost my belly. I really have nothing to hesitate about. Slowly start tightening, and then tighten a little more to keep my back healthy.

A mother can wear it easily. The back has supporting bones, which can effectively relieve back discomfort and improve the mother’s breastfeeding posture. It’s very helpful to me.
I purchased this for my hysterectomy and man o man did it do wonders. The compression felt so good. Also it's think enough to protect my incision sights from my 2 german shepherd puppies. I am now 1 week post op and building up gradually after all I am only 1 week. It fits perfectly. I did purchase the plus size. I was not expecting a 20 lb weight loss but its so easy to adjust and inexpensive I can order a smaller size if I lose more weight. The only down fall is there are no instructions which is really annoying. They send you a card, that thanked me but I literally looked at it and tossed it aside. I would have been grateful for that use of paper to have instructions on it. It would have been stuck on my fridge because im taking it on and off multiple times a day and due to the uhhhh drugs they have me on lol its like poof gone so I have to get on here and figure it all out every time I go to wear it. But all in all I love it. Worth the money. It's comfortable. Easy to take on and off but go slow when taking it off because omg I felt everything drop and that was an insane feeling. I'm 5'6 and was weighing at 230/240 now im about 210/220 (swelling is a mfer)

The abdominal binder they give at the hospital just kept riding up and was useless to me. So for my second C-section I wanted to get something that would actually work. This one doesn’t ride up at all. I had a lot of SI joint pain in the last weeks of pregnancy and ended up using it for that first. I just used the hip belt and the waist belt supporting under my belly. It helped more than the actual SI belt I bought. Now since the C-section, the hip belt is what I mainly use. I can comfortably sit with it on and it doesn’t ride up. I’m usually an XS. I got the one size (the tags on it all say XL though), and I get a good fit.
160 lb male here - I had a Colorado ski trip planned 9 days after an appendectomy. This provided a lot of good support to let me have a great time! Also I used one of the pieces for some back support later.

Do not buy it, it’s not worth it’s to big for and its breaking out doesn’t do what it supposed to do. I recently give birth I need it to help with belly buy they send me XL size. I wish I could return it back but I throw away the bag and I wear it 2 times didnt want to send something I wear back.
Over all I love this band its better quality then the one my hospital gave me. Easy to use.I wish there were instructions in when and how to use but not that big of a deal just had to look online

I am 5’1 and about 160 lbs after birth. I purchased an XL and unfortunately it doesn’t fit. I can barely Velcro it which causes the remainder of the Velcro to touch my skin. I’ll have to wait until I lose some of the baby weight before I can actually wear this.
I'm not ready for it yet. But I put it on and it's very comfortable and I can tell it'll help me when that time comes. Others would dig into the skin, however this doesn't. There's enough room to work with to get you snatched.

The wrap arrived very quick. a popular phrase people use is “you get what you pay for” I didn’t have high expectations for the price I paid. To my surprise the wrap is very well made and the packing was more than I expected. The wrap works very well and is comfortable & worth the purchase. This is a purchase I don’t regret.

I absolutely love this! I’ve been looking for something comfort to wear after my tummy tuck, that had enough compression and was less irritating on my skin verse the ab board. I still wear my fajas at night, but during the day just lounging around, or if you have to go out, perfect for fitting under your clothes and it’s absolutely comfortable! The wrap around belt on the bottom is the perfect compression around the incision area. I absolutely love love love this item!
