Great quality, effective decorations
Good value for money, balloons are of decent good Quality
Absolutely worth 11.98, i was surprised by the quality of the balloons (gold n blue) big long banner, yes ok the numbers need pumping up (i used a plastic straw to stick in the valve) not really for helium but you will find a place for them. For under 12 it’s great.

The banner is really nice, good quality as are the balloons as well. It was a shame the flags had been folded and we couldn’t flatten them, but on the whole a good product.
Check for straw to blow up the aluminium 18 balloons
Wasn’t sure whether we could use helium for the metallic foil 18 balloons. We tried to look for straw but wasn’t one there. Tried using helium but was a disaster. Please add on description of helium can be used for the number 18 foil balloons
