Great fun!
Only problem was because of all the strings, they caught up very easily and we spent a lot of time untangling them. On a positive note they are really colourful and once up in the air were great fun. Our second attempt at kite flying one broke as it got caught up and snapped.
Takes off really easily, good for the occasional use
You probably won’t reuse these a hundred times but if you are looking for something to entertain the kids for a couple of days on a trip or two, these are perfect. They take off very easily in moderate wind conditions and they look great.
The one reservation is that the handles are a bit small / soft so in stronger wind conditions, children are more likely to accidentally let the slip.
Extremely child friendly
These kites are very easy to assemble and to fly.
Both my grandchildren ( 3 and 10) really enjoyed flying them. Even the three year old was able to fly the kite ( with supervision of course )
Lovely kites visually and extremely well priced!
We took our twin 4yo grandsons away for a short break and thought these kites would be good fun on the beach.
We weren’t disappointed – both were over the moon as the kites were so easy to fly – even in just a light breeze. With no spars or rigid joints, there’s nothing to break in even the worst crash landing on the sand. We all had hours of fun.
The only argument was who got the blue and who got the purple kite. Grandad settled matters with the toss of a coin!
So, these are not complicated stunt kites but, for little kids, they are great. Plenty of string too – they go very high. Just don’t let go……
