It’s important to state right off the bat that this is not comparable to an iPhone or Samsung. But then again, neither is its price tag. I paid 60 for this new, and am very impressed that I got a perfectly functional smart phone for that price. I should add here that this phone would drive me crazy, as I am used to iPhones and start raging if something takes a microsecond to respond, but my son doesn’t know any better, so it works well for him. All apps tried so far run smoothly, the battery seems good, and the screen is good enough. It is slow to respond at times – which, like I say, I would struggle with – so, you might open an app an wait a second for the phone to register that you have tried to open. Scrolling isn’t always instantaneous either. But overall, for its price, this is a pretty impressive piece of kit, and a perfect starter phone.

For its bargain basement price performance is very good. Pretty fast, well featured, and you can remove/replace the battery, so if it packs in you don’t have to buy a new phone. Naturally it doesn’t take studio quality photos but they are perfectly acceptable for the price. My only criticism is the display is difficult to see outside in bright sunshine even with the brightness on max. Nonetheless I highly recommend this phone.

love the phone now i have got used to it (previously bought basic cheap phones) fab for the money. easy to install & uninstall apps, fab video clarity which im using for my ring doorbell.
downside is all the instructions are actually on the phone no user leaflet .

I did not want one of the increasingly popular 6 – 61/2 screen phones and at the price of the Alcatel phone I bought one and haven’t looked back. This has all the features I wanted and some I did not know about, good battery life and easy operation. If you want a phone that will fit in your pocked at a reasonable price give the Alcatel a look

I bought this phone as a backup phone because my main phone sim provider occasionally goes down. It has two sim card slots so you can use other providers in your area. I downloaded about 10 game apps and stored backup guitar recordings, photos and other stuff and with the 32gb capacity. I was still left with 12gb free. Also has a micro sd slot. Good all rounder in an emergency. It’s slightly slow to download compared to a high spec phone but that’s to be expected.

yay i ordered a phone …and a phone was delivered, had an alcatel1 was a decent enough phone done what was needed untill it drowned, hopefully this phone is the improvement it supposed to make itself out to be, i like the alcatels phone ,they are quite a hardy phone for cost for a basic smart phone its dece

So I bought this phone because it was quite reasonably priced and my Samsung phone broke. I thought it will do. But it’s actually very good !! Easy to set up and use. Have added my own wallpaper put it in a phone case and it looks and works as well as any expensive smartphone. Well chuffed!!!!
