Good protective cove
Its back so looks good, but most of all its protected my laptop from almost certain destruction. I’ve forgotten to zip up my rucksack on a couple of occasions an my laptop has fallen onto the concreate floor. Both time there was no sign of any damage. Did exactly what I bought it for, and for a reasonable price.
Good for knocks, not for drops
This is exactly what the listing says it is. A soft neoprene-like zipped sleeve to protect your laptop from scratches and light knocks. Great for protection when throwing the laptop in a bag, but the case has no rigidity of its own and will not help with compressive forces or any significant impact such as dropping.
Good for the price and performs the intended function perfectly.
Be aware there is no room for a power brick/cable/accessories and no strap for carrying. This is simply a sleeve rather than a laptop bag.
Not usually my thing to write a review before actually using a product but thought it would be useful to others to state that laptop sizes are typically measured edge to edge diagonally. My laptop is 15 inches edge to edge but the manufacturer’s notes describe it as a 12.6 inch laptop. The packaging on the Amazon item received describe it as a 15.6 inch sleeve, but the edge to edge measurements of the sleeve are 19 inches. Looks a nice product delivered with usual Amazon efficiency but had to be replaced as would not fit in daughter’s bag.

Good for the price
To be honest, I was amazed that Amazon could make and sell something like this for such a small sum. It works well and is nicely padded to protect the laptop. As is often the case with these types of things, it had (and still has) a rather distinctive smell to it. That will no doubt ease with time. Whilst the laptop fits nice and snugly, there is one annoyance, which is that the location of the power button on the side of the laptop means it often gets pushed unintentionally just due to the snug fit. Since this is not really a fault of the case, I cannot take stars away, but if your laptop has a power button on the side, it is worth knowing this.

The bag covered our 14″ Chromebook well, it offers good protection from light bumps and scratches, which helps maintain the quality of what you’re trying to protect. Highly recommended.

11.6" Sleeve is a snug fit for a Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 5 Chromebook
I wanted a cheap cover for my 13.3″ Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 5 2-in-1 Chromebook. The 13.3″ Amazon Basics Sleeve (which I also have) is a bit too big. The 11.6″ is a good snug fit, still with room for a cable (but not the power adaptor). Good value, good fit.

Ipad holde
I use this laptop case as an impromptu Ipad holder and it fits well, It lets me walk around with it with the confidence that it has one more layer of protection to the case the Ipad is already in. It also has space at the bottom to fit the charging cable.

Odd fi
I have a 15.6″ laptop and this is a really odd fit. There’s a bit of space on the long side but loads on the shorter side. Basically, it’s baggy when on the laptop.
Well made though and good thickness so keeps the laptop safe.
I bought this for my 11.6 9 year old Acer Chromebook.A faithful old friend!.Still in great condition after all these years, and I wanted to keep it that way.All cushioned and fleecey inside to give it a little added protection.An absolutely perfect fit,nice and snug and not too loose.I wonder with some of the negative reviews about it not fitting,perhaps are people ordering the wrong size for their device?.You need to know the exact size of your device.And the wallet is supposed to be tight so it well cushions it.You don’t want it slopping about inside.Have a good look at all the sizes and see if there’s one that fits your tablet,laptop etc.Makes me feel a bit more confident about my chrome being safe and keeping it clean. X

Why spend more Fits Omen 16 inch gaming laptop
I have a Hp Omen gaming laptop which I love and wanted to protect when I travel. So I came up with and idea to by a laptop sleeve that fitted so well it would fit inside my larger laptop bag for even more protection. I picked one and just in case got the Amazon basics just in case it was any good and the main one didn’t work out. So the more expensive one was nice and had pockets and charger section but no good for my idea. The Amazon basics one came and wow I was not as many have said expecting such high quality, it’s lovely and thick and feels it’s going to protect my laptop well. This fitted my 16 inch gaming laptop like a glove it’s perfect like it was made to measure. It now fits inside my 15.6 Targus protective business Travel Laptop bag for even more protection. I am so happy as you get get both bags for about 30.

Perfect for taking laptop to and from work in my backpack and to protect whilst travelling. Not sure if it’s waterproof? Daren’t test that!!
