    Good but Hard To Use
I got these for myself as my rose and apple tree were desperate to be done and overgrown, I went for longer handle as easier I thought.
They cut through thick branches really easily which is a bonus and make light work of it.
The only downside is after a bit I found my arms ached they are not light and also the jaw is quite stiff opening and closing so it did become hard work after a while but they certainly cut like a dream.

Nothing basic about these. Sharp and strong
These loppers are great – I have quite a few woody shrubs and these had no problem with 2″ thick branches. They are very sharp and strong and the sheers are small and can nip or cut through.

A basic set of effective loppers for the garde
Simple, effective design meaning these loppers are sturdy and robust. For the first few uses they are quite stiff but they cut cleanly with minimum effort. They are not as lightweight as some brands, but that’s being quite pedantic as the weight really does not affect how well they work – it may be something to consider though.

    Nothing basic about these!
The name Amazon Basics seems a little harsh to me for these loppers, they are very well made nice a strong with comfortable handles that make the job of lopping off tall flora very easy, I am very impressed, and even though never having been one for gardening, I found myself enjying the job I was doing!

    Very happy with these!

Well made, sharp and a nice easy action, these feel like a quality tool for the garden (I add again that I am no gardener!)

I like how they are very tough yet incredibly light so no hand cramps in use, these would be ideal for an elderly relative who enjoys their garden!

    Modestly priced as well!

I’d personally label them Amazon Premier!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersSharp, blades are hard.
I was really looking forward to receiving these.
They’re a great pair of bypass loppers. The blade is sharp and cuts easily. I’m not too keen on the blue colour though, it somehow makes them look cheap (just my opinion). At the time of writing this review they are priced at 34.99 which is my only negative point and I’ll still give the 5 stars as I don’t believe in knocking off stars for price (it’s all about the product). There is plenty of competition at this price, many of which are well known family brands which are known and trusted. I think Amazon might be sticking their neck out a little with this price, not to say these aren’t worth it. I’m sure these are good competitors but will people be willing to try an alternative for the same price or more. Amazon brand however are never going to quibble over returns though so that’s something to consider.
They’re build well, they’re very sharp and they cut perfectly.
    Just what I needed.

    Sauberer Schni
