Have them in my daughters room and great for the light early mornings and light nights
Very soft material and a lovely colour.
Extremely soft material, great and elegant mink colour but not too effective with blocking light… I would say they block about 80%, enough to keep them as they really upgrade the windows.

Does everything they describe (dark grey)
I’ve had these several months now, from late summer through to mid spring, and so far, all is good. They block out light, have kept the room warm, and are easy to use. Not too heavy, or too lightweight, and work on a metal curtain rail absolutely fine
As far as recommending curtains can go, these do what you’d hope any curtains would do.

You can’t really get better than these curtains for the price. They hang well and are soft and drapey. Would recommend ironing them before hanging.

I really like them and there are light weight
I have bought 6 sets now
They are perfect: I had no expectations really other than with the freezing weather coming and the impending heating costs, I would try anything. They work like a dream helping hold the heat in the room so much so has abled me to not have the heating on for long periods.
Love the colour, thought they’d be a bit thicker but does the job. I use one to stop the heat from going down the stairs & heating the hallway!

I wasn’t expecting much for the price so was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these curtains.
I bought 3 pairs, 2 for my living room and 1 for my daughter’s room.
I live in a pavement edge terraced cottage walking directly into my living room (no hallway) and wanted these to cover my door and window, couldn’t quite work out how they could be thermal with the eyelet design as the pole is around 3″ away from the wall so I thought the cold air would just come out at the top
Never having been much good at science I didn’t realise that cold air stays on the ground, I knew heat rises but didn’t really think about cold air.
I wanted to wait until we had a cold spell before writing an honest review to their thermal qualities and pleased to report they really work, when I opened the curtains hung up by my front door I felt a cold draft behind them, they really do protect my house from the cold, am very impressed with them.
They’re not 100% blackout due to the eyelet design but good enough, my main concern was the thermal properties and try excel at that.
Overall I’m hugely impressed with these curtains and highly recommend them.

Lost a 5 star rating as the sad thing is The pack does not include matching tie backs – I bought a grey set of of curtains exactly the same different seller that came with tie backs and were slightly cheaper, so unless you are looking for the lavender pink colour specifically the other generic colours on Amazon do have tie backs and are the same quality in my opinion …

Good value for money
I wanted a similar curtain to what I’d already got, but in a different colour, so these were the nearest I could find.
They may not blackout all the light as they are light beige, however they are still effective. They’re lightweight and the material doesn’t feel cheap. I am happy with my purchase.
Got these curtains a few months ago, for the main reason to block out a lot of sunlight, as we are in a flat and the sun shines through the double doors so bright! These curtains have really helped a lot, can now get the room dark and see what’s on the TV. It does gradually cool the room down too when it blocks out the sun’s rays. The fabric feels of high quality. However, the creases don’t fall out when being left on the rail. Would need to iron the creases out but we haven’t yet. Loving the colour of the curtains and it matches with our home.
I had done extensive searching on Amazon and it seemed their own branded curtains UMI were a good price based on reviews etc. I chose the grey coloured version for actual blackout purposes, since choosing a lighter colour would defeat the purpose. I also, have blinds already where I live due to Landlord’s requisites (pre furnished/fixtures etc). So, has helped already with full blockout.
I had paired these curtains with this brushed nickel based rod here on Amazon, which I believe has much stronger tension than the standard thin plastic rods, which tend too loosen quicker:

Anyway, this and the curtains together were a great ‘custom’ package to order and are doing the job. Other rod products on here were hit and miss and the important thing about this is the only one that has suction cups at both ends so the walls should not get scraped or damaged.
The curtains are nicely stored and folded inside a paper bag style packaging, so no bulky delivery issues.
Would highly recommend both; amazon brand: UMI and nickel brushed rod.
Item arrived on time. They were easy and quick to put up. Lightweight so it was easy for just me to put up with the curtain rail. As they’re packed, they are a little creased, but if you wanted to I am sure you can iron them out, but it doesn’t bother me as I have the black ones and unless you look closely it’s not obvious.
As for blackout curtains, they do a great job, but they’re not the best blackout curtains as the material is thin and not lined so light can pass through, but is weakened a lot so they will help settle down early in the evening to start work in the early hours of the morning. For the price, you are paying for what you get and I can’t fault that.
An honest review as it was hard for me to choose after reading the reviews so hopefully this will help you with your choice. Overall, I am very happy and a big improvement to my old curtains.
