Used these for a while as they are half the cost of Samsung and do the same job.
They can be a little bit fiddly to install as the fixing mechanism is slightly different to the OEM ones.
So simple to install, twist & unlock the old one, then twist & boom new one is installed. Remember to run a few litres off your new filter to clear off any airlocks & dusty wate
This is the 3rd order I’ve placed for these filters. I buy a pack of 2 each time as they last 6 months each. Never had a problem with them and as good as the official Samsung freezer filters.
Bought it because its the only one I was sure of that fits the original Samsung fridge..it has the original fitting and so fits with very little force and no need to try and adapt fittings.
Also the price is cheap compared to the extortionate Samsung original filters. No problem with smells or taste.
I live in a soft water area and the biggest issue with my water is the smell and taste of chlorine when running the tap or drinking water. These filters remove all smell and taste, so i’m happy. As they are so cheap (and we drink a lot of water) I tend to replace the filters every 4 months instead of 6. I don’t know why, but it was the mental deal I made myself when I stopped using Samsung filters
