A decent supply of 30 fuses that come in a small plastic resealable bag and not a plastic case as shown. You get 15 x 3 Amp and 15 x 13 Amps which are super handy to just have in the house for a blown fuse. No price point is given so unable to confirm the price but I have already found these to have been useful recently when the plug to my hairdryer blew. No details about the fuses are included in the pack other than theh have been made in China but so far so the job.

This fuse kit is great. It has all the fuses you could possibly need and comes in a handy case.

I keep this in my tool bag so when I go to a callout and find that a fuse blew I can just put out this organiser with all the fuses in and find a suitable replacement.

This is perfect to keep in your bag so you don’t have to keep trailing to the van especially if you are an electrician that does a lot of callouts.

Nothing much to say about these fuses other than its super handy to have a range of fuses available to hand when one needs changing. I replaced three for the lamps we have in the house and all worked perfectly well afterwards.

    Useful storage box which contains:-

    PACKAGE INCLUDES:

    20 x 1A
    10 x 2A
    20 x 3A
    10 x 5A
    10 x 7A
    10 x 10A
    20 x 13A

Happy to recommend and much cheaper than the local shops for a multipack.

A good assortment of different rated fuses from 1A to 13A, the picture shows the fuses housed in a clear plastic box, however I received mine in a simple plastic bag. Decent value for a fuse set, probably wont need to buy another set again.

You might wonder why your Hair Dryer, Curling Tongs, DAB Radio has stopped working?
Check the Fuse in your plug! I am so so lucky to have a pack of these 13&3 AMP fuses. White Goods like your Fridge Washing machines, Dryers, Dish Washers, these have a 13 amp Fuse. Check it first, just pop it out & Replace with a new 13Amp Fuse. Just make sure you replace like for Like. If it doesn’t work then call the engineer.
Don’t throw your Hairdryer till you have Checked the Fuse Replace like for like usually 3 Amp if it still doesn’t work then throw it.
Never put old fuses in with the new.
I am so relieved I have a pack. Highly recommended 13 3 AMP Fuses.

My lamp fuse went out and I was glad I was able to try these. They were delivered quickly and they were easy to use. They worked instantly, and my lamp was restored to new again. A lot of them included different colts, great price, and I highly recommend them.

This is a no frills, good value, and very handy set of fuses to have.

Previously I’ve had to waste time at the hardware shop finding replacement fuses. Now we have enough in to last for ages, and we can restore electricals to life immediately.

And great to have 3 Amp fuses in there – usefulo for certain lamps.

A very useful pack of fuses for domestic use. Not had reason to use one yet but am confident they will perform as expected. The pack includes both 3 amp and 13 amp fuses.

Buying fuses are an interesting territory because they’re not exactly something that you get through very regularly… You might end up changing one fuse a year in your house so they’re basically a lifetime investment to be honest!

The way they’re priced is that the more you buy, the much cheaper they get… So there’s no point buying just a single fuse, because you can get 10x as many for twice the price. So how many should you get? Well… I recommend getting a few of each capacity and that should last you a lifetime to be honest! No reason to get 100 as you’ll honestly never get through them all, but the 35 that was in the set I have is perfect. 5 of each capacity is plenty!

Overall, I think these are very reasonably priced and I’d highly recommend them!

One thing you definitely need in life are fuses. When something goes it’s like playing russian roulette finding one that works. I actually have around four boxes in the loft which are full of old cables and plugs I’ve cut when scrapping old equipment.

Ordinarily something goes and I then play a game of ‘which plug has the right fuse’. Well no more, I can rest easy with these knowing I have several spares.

I generally need more 13amp and 3amps with my equipment and picked the 30 combination. All look good and ready to go for when I needed them and this is excellent value in my view.

These are correctly made, compliant to BS1362 safety fuses that are for household use to protect the poratble electrical appliance. Unless the flexible cable cord and internal wiring is sized correctly for 13A (as recommended on the rating plate of the appliance then the plug should not have the 13A fuse fitted, but a smaller more appropriate fuse size – otherwise there is a fire risk or worse electrocution risk. The standard stipulates 3A is red (often used for table lamps) and 13A is brown (for larger appliances like washing machines) the rest of the fuse sizes are coloured black as they are special purpose. This is correctly a tin copper capped ceramic tube fuse with the fuse wire contained within the ceramic tube to prevent fire. 35 pieces of 7 fuse values 1A, 2A, 3A, 5A, 7A, 10A amd 13A. Happy to recommend, Andrew

It is always useful to have spare fuses around and this pack contains 30 of the most common sizes, 3A and 13A.

I have frequently had to cannibalise fuses from extension leads or plugs from unused appliances when a fuse has blown, with this little pack I should have enough to last for many years.

The price of 5.99 (at the time of writing) isn’t bad for the sense of security that having these fuses will give.

I’ve tested a few of these and can confirm they fit well and don’t blow suddenly.

They are pretty standard ceramic fuses, colour coded for different current limits (a charger uses a much lower current than an electric oven for example). The design is fairly standard although they do have odd dents on the ends and I’m not sure why… I don’t think it has an impact on performance or longevity

The current range is good, although I must admit I’ve regularly used 3A, 5A and 13A fuses but have never used 10A – I’m not sure I’ll use that.

Other than that, good value, useful to have for repairs.

The fuse in my blender and my toaster stopped working a few days ago I’m looking for two different types of fuses in a shop was actually a nightmare because the shop owner didn’t really help so when I came across this I was really relieved and once the order came I was really happy because it’s just so convenient knowing that you have so many different fuses at your disposal and won’t have to stress again looking for them in what a great bargain for the price would definitely recommend.

After many years I’d finally fit down to my last fuses, and needed to buy another stock of the most common ones, which are 3, 5 and 13 amp. This pack of 30 ceramic tube fuses, will last me for years to come, and for a great value price. They all come in a plastic resealable bags, so easy to keep and store together, so you can find them when you want them. Nothing not to like about these, so five stars from me.

These Aukenien fuses cover a wide range of amperages, from 1A to 13A. They seem good quality but only time will tell how long they last.
They are currently priced at 7.49 for 35 pieces. This seems a bit expensive and for that, they lose a star.

I’m not someone who puts a 13A fuse in the plug of an electrical item that requires less, so it’s useful to have a set of the most common fuses (3A, 5A and 13A). With 10 of each in this pack, I doubt I’ll ever need to buy more!

Mains plugs in the UK take ceramic fuses that meet BS 1362. It’s common to find 3 amp, 5 amp and 13 amp variants of these in hardware stores and supermarkets, but other values are slightly harder to come by.

This always troubled me when, for example, I had a lamp with a 10 watt LED bulb in it (drawing a current a lot less than a tenth of an amp) and had to fit a 3 amp fuse to the plug (which would only blow when more than ~660 watts was drawn by a faulty appliance). This set of fuses enables you to match the fuse to the appliance. Divide the number of watts it consumes by 220 (mains voltage in the UK) and select the next value up from this (otherwise it could blow every time you switch on the appliance).

Obviously I haven’t been able to test these to see if the 1 amp fuse does indeed blow at 1 amp, but they carry the BS 1362 marking, so I’d hope they are pukka.

Not a lot one can say about a pack of fuses except when you have a blown fuse and looked around the house for an unused plug to “borrow” a fuse from you will realise how inportant a pack such as this is. Having a good stock of different amperages also avoids that common situation where every plug in the house ends up with a 13 amp fuse although it only needs 2 and cable would catch fire before a 13 amp blew.

All homes should have this pack.

Enough fuses to last me a lifetime me thinks! Well a long time

hands up those of you that can never find or have any fuses when you need one. That’s me!!

Having this 35 pc set with various amps from 1-13amps will be useful for pretty much all my electrical items and is a great asset to have in my tool box.

I haven’t had to use them yet but just the knowledge that I have them leaves me feeling confident that next time I need a fuse I won’t have to rush out and buy some or nick one from one of my other electrical items.

They appear well made which is the main thing for me.

Cheap at 7.49 for my set. The other sets that has less choice of fuses and are slightly cheaper so for me it made sense to pay extra to get more

I hope you found this review helpful

You’ll realise how important one of these little fuses is when you blow one in a plug, and need an immediate replacement. So, it’s always best to have a box of different rated amp fuses available for such occasions. There are three different packs to choose from, I received the ’35’ pack, which includes the following fuses:
    5x 1 Amp, 5x 2 Amp, 5x 3 Amp, 5x 5 Amp, 5x 7 Amp, 5x 10 Amp, and 5x 13 Amp.

Fuses generally don’t blow often, but if you do have to replace one, it’s essential, having checked and corrected the reason for the fuse blowing, to replace it only with another of the same rating. A common UK plug is generally fitted with a 3A or 13A fuse. Plugs for appliances rated up to around 700 watts should have a 3 Amp fuse (coloured red) – examples include: Table lamp, standard lamp, television, video, computer, mixer, blender, fridge, freezer, power drill, jig saw, soldering iron. Plugs for appliances rated between about 700 watts and 3000 watts (the maximum rating of a wall socket) should be fitted with a 13-amp fuse (coloured brown) – examples include: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron. So, you’ll most likely find most of the plugs in your house contain 3 Amp or 13 Amp fuses. However, you will find 5 Amp and other variously rated fuses in older equipment.

These come in a simple resealable plastic bag, which I have replaced with a clear plastic box. That box now sits in our utility cupboard beside a box of spare batteries, a box of spare bulbs, and a box of spare candles. Given how useful this pack of fuses could be, and the reasonable price tag, I have no hesitation in fully recommending them to fellow Amazon customers.

This is a good selection of Household fuses.
There are 5 each of 1,2 ,3,5,7,10 and 13 Amps
Good for keeping your home electrics safe.
Its always handy to have spares
All are printed in black except the RED 3 Amp and the BROWN 13 Amp which is the standard colours for those two.

IF you dont think you would ever use the more unusual amp ratings, they also do sets of the more common ones.

Standard sized fuses to fit any standard UK plug/socket. 5 each of 1A, 2A, 3A, 5A, 7A, 10A and 13A (35 in total). Have only ever needed 3A, 5A and 13A before now, but it is good to have a selection. I only wish they were all of a different colour. The 1A, 2A, 5A, 7A and 10A are all grey in colour, whereas the 5A is a more typical, but dull red, and the 13A brown. Just means, if stored in the same container that you have to pick up several to check which one you want.

I would advise everyone to get a set of different fuses for emergencies.
Hubby used his extension cable reel the other day for his mitre saw.
The cable reel stopped working. I quickly provided another, larger one from the cupboard and he was able to carry on working.
When I looked at the plug belonging the extension reel , I discovered that the fuse had blown, a five amp fuse so I scrabbled around in my odds and ends drawer and found three fuses, all of them 13 amp. This is what happens when you haven’t got an assortment of fuses.
I now have plenty of different fuses and am able to replace with the correct fuse.
It’s really important for safety reasons to use the right fuse and now I have a nice Ziplock packet of fuses in my odds and ends drawer.
    Happy.

These days fuses don’t seem to go quite as often as they did in the past. Nonetheless it’s a good idea to have a selection of assorted fuses like this on hand.

This pack of Aukenien fuses is good value and will fit the bill perfectly if you’d like to stock up on household fuses. You get 5 each of 2 different types – 5A and 10A. Some fuses are needed more often than others so there are 10 each of the 3A and 13A varieties.

I gave these with my partner to stick with the rest of our fuses. ‘Good job you got these’, he said. ‘We only had a couple of 3A in the drawer’. Fuses are essential to have around. The price and range in this resealable pack of assorted fuses means there can be no excuse for running out.
