I purchased back in May, however only got round to opening recently. Had to contact Sarah over something minor. This was over a weekend and within 24 hours a replacement was at the door.

This flower press I used first day on arrival and filled it. Think I’ll be getting another as we need to press these flower for 2 to 3 weeks great idea well made.
Love the product, been doing flower pressing all summer and decided it was time to go pro so i did alot of research and thought ok this one. Press is really good quality, and the paper. They provide an online community (instagram) with loads of instructional videos and when I posted questions they answered immediately. The e-book was great, I’d already researched loads when I started out and I found that the ebook was very direct and informative and not biased towards selling their product. I learned alot from it esp having read alot of mistruths online and having learnt myself through trial and error. I’m really excited to see how all my roses turn out. I work as a professional artist so this kind of service really makes my life alot easier. Easy to access knowledge and more time to create. Thank you! It’s very easy to use also.
I’ve recently bought this flower press and am highly delighted with it. Good size to be able to press a few items at a time. Also impressed with the regular tips and help given . Would highly recommend!!
This is a gorgeous little flower press, perfect for what I needed it for. Sadly on the first use there was a little mishap as little hands were slightly over zealous! However, the item was replaced immediately with no questions with a beautiful additional gift of a press especially designed and made for children I am over the moon and so happy with the customer service I received. Absolutely second to none Highly recommended!

Initially, I had a little problem which was very quickly rectified by Sarah who went out of her way to help. I have never had such excellent after sales service.
The box is beautiful. It would make a wonderful gift. It’s a pretty decent sized flower press and you can press two layers at a time. It’s easy to use and comes with clear instructions. At first I thought it was a bit pricey but compared to the other ones on the market It’s definitely the best quality for the price. It comes with a few sheets of blotting paper so everything you need to get started.
This product comes boxed (nice as a present!) with pressing tips included. After buying, I was contacted with further flower pressing tip information via email which was also useful. I had a concern over the top plate of my flowerpress as it appeared to have a couple of joins across it. Within the hour of raising my concern, I was contact by the company and the issue was resolved and a I received a replacement within 24 hours! Amazing customer service! Also been given extra pressing advice and help. This flowerpress would make a lovely present for any ages.
I think this is amazing BUT one of the screws were faulty. but it still works fine. my only concern also is that when u press the flowers the like nectar goes on the sheet. and once they all go dirty where can u replace them?
This is a very lovely and easy to use flower press. It looks stunning and came with an easy “how to” guide.
The seller is fantastic. Not only did they send me a lovely welcome guide to get started but when I had a tiny issue with one of the bolts they sent me a whole new press free of charge and made sure I was happy with everything. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever had.

This is by far the best quality flower press I have used! It is so easy to follow and you get an extra two blotting papers! I love that you can have multiple layers. The extra tips are so useful and the seller sends emails with more hints and tips. It is beautifully boxed which is great to gift, and the delivery was exceptionally quick. Overall, very happy with my purchase, worth every penny.
