I bought this for crafting, I like that it comes with 3 brushes. After I received them I had to go to Hobby Lobby and found almost the same brushes for a fraction of the price. I had already use this set so I figured next time I’ll compare prices first.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought them to bring down the rust on a brake caliper. Did they? Yes, but they wear down quite fast. Price was low enough that I really expected them to wear out fast.

They appear to be mass produced, but looks okay. I expected them to be a little bigger based on the photos, but that’s on me for not reading the specs. Rated based on quality.

I bought these recently to clean stoves and cabinets. They worked well to clean the nooks and cracks of various surfaces. I liked that they had a smaller brush head on the same handle, on the opposite end. I was pleasantly surprised how much I used them effectively.

Used to scrape corrosion off of my battery – the price was good and they were effective. The double sided brush came in handy because a few spots were hard to reach!

I bought these for a particular reason, but I’ve found that they can be helpful in a lot of ways. They can clean doorway threshholds, clear out smaller hard-to-reach crannies, and clear off small messes on outdoor surfaces. They aren’t as sturdy as I might have liked, but they can come in handy which makes them worth the purchase.

What every guy needs in a tool box. Quality product too. Why use sand paper or that big clunky tool? These are perfect for small areas or chores. Worth the $$$

I bought the three brush that because I only really needed one brush the copper brush. It works very very well. I use it for cleaning pennies. Oh it doesn’t harm the surfaces. Product is very very good. I would buy it again and I anybody would ask I will tell them the same thing.

These are very good for the money.
Like the larger brush and the smaller brush on the opposite end.
Set is very handy for cleaning bolt threads and cleaning hard to reach areas on firearms.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI used these to scrape the old paint off my outdoor gnomes before repainting them. They worked great to get into the nooks and crannies. Those textured gnome beards can be tricky. (I’m not insane)

I was looking for some sturdy wire brushes to clean the burned on grease from the previous tenant in my apartment off. These worked great, they were stiff enough to get the grime off and soft enough to buff afterwards.

Sturdy enough small brushes for tough to reach places and grooves that have grime/rust/grease/food or whatever you’re trying to clean off. They’re just plastic so don’t go caveman with them, but they’re durable enough to last many scrubs.

They are as advertised. About the size of a toothbrush. Sure wouldn’t want to mix them up though. I got them to scrub down the inside of my bathroom sinks where the enamel is coming off from the cast iron rusting underneath it. I’m using naval jelly afterwards and then painting on some more enamel. Just a temporary fix, but it will slow down the rusting anyway.. The brushes are fine for small or hard to reach places.

We needed this set for cleaning the gas burners on our propane gas kitchen oven/stove. Perfect for the job. I could not find anything like these in grocery stores or hardware stores, small enough for cleaning the burner’s small cutouts for proper gas/air mixture and clean burning flame.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersSpecifically I mostly use this for making keys pretty again, but have used it a couple other times.

Keys always get tarnished from hands and pockets and general use, and filthy also, and it’s hard to tell what’s dirt and what’s natural metal tarnish. We just bought a house (well, a bank bought a house, I guess… congradudolences, as they say…) and I picked up the keys and was giving them to my S.O. and wanted to give her shiny keys befitting a new home, not dull old keys. So I gave them a scrub with these wire brushes, soaked them in vinegar a while, then gave them another scrub, soaked them a bit more and washed them off and they were shiny and brass like new.

I don’t think there’s anything particularly special about these particular wire brushes, but they worked fine, and seem sturdy, and don’t cost much, and come in a set of three stiffnesses so you can pick the one that works best.

Brushes are essential for cleaning the dirt out of the hard to reach places and these get the job done. Wish they were a little bigger but I can’t complain. The plastic brush is good for the frame as it won’t scratch the paint, and the brass and steel ones are great for your metal and plastic components (cassettes, derailleur, cranks, pedals, grips, etc).

Only real complaint is that they’re difficult to clean unless you soak them in some solution. You can’t scrub them clean because they’ll destroy whatever you scrub them with, except maybe another brush (I might try this actually).
