The oven was delivered as promised by two very polite and helpful men. It was a replacement for a Neff oven which had given 15 years god service. The oven has impressed so far, easy to operate and does what it promises.

Still learning all the settings. Gets up to temp quickly and what I’ve cooked so far has turned out well. Removable shelf supports means areas for cleaning are smooth. Self-cleaning plate over fan. Speaking of which, it is louder than I expected but not exactly an issue. Instruction manual quite comprehensive, including guide on which shelf and settings should work best for various foods. Very happy so far.

Easy to install and so much quieter and efficient than my previous model.
Easy to understand controls.
Cooks faster and looks good.
Could do with an extra grill shelf though.

Excellent product but the cable should be longer so as you could sit it on the floor (on a towel) plug it in then lift it into place, instead you have to perform a balancing act to hold it and then reach the back of the unit to plug it in no chance had to end up using a heavy duty small extension cable which was the only answer.

This oven is perfect. Stylish and modern looking. I especially like that the knobs can be depressed which enables easy cleaning as well as ensuring your oven is off. Would highly recommend.

This oven has exactly the same functionality as my old one and I am very pleased with it. It is very easy to install although you do have to provide your own 13amp plug top.

We watched our smart meter using this oven and it stayed in the green so a plus there already.
Food cooks even though out the oven.
Very happy with this oven and the price was good, looked on Bosch website and was more to buy from there.

A very rare thing – the seller rang me the day before delivery just to explain about the process when it would be dropped off. That was outstanding customer service. It was also delivered very quickly.
The old cooker was 59 cm wide and I was worried that this would be too big – 60cm. But after a bit of researching on google it turns out that “60 cm” is the standard size. It fitted perfectly.
Easy to set the time. The cooker is very roomy inside. My son cooked Christmas dinner for five of us and it did a fantastic job. The 3d heating means food is quickly and easily cooked.
Highly recommended – especially from this seller. Very impressed – thank you.

Bosch stainless steel oven was delivered on expected date, oven as described and was very easy to install because it came with a plug. Instruction manual is easy to read and oven seems easy to use. The price was also very competitive compared other large retailers. Overall very happy with both the delivery service and the purchase of the oven.

Replaced existing Bosch oven to find that instead of just a wire going from socket to oven, they have now replaced with a plug of sorts to put into the cooker, so had to replace wire in socket
Apart from this all is ok, but fan seems a bit on the noisy side!

Really like how big the oven is inside, even though it still fits into the “standard” space in a fitted kitchen. The accessories are also handy. Really like the pizza setting as well, cooks them spot on!
Bosch really need to look at the alarm and timing functions though. The alarm is all but useless. You can hardly hear it and it lasts about 10 seconds. It needs to be much louder and go on for much longer. Also, the timer setting. It is great that you can set an end time so the food is cooked for when you get back from work for example, HOWEVER, it doesn’t switch itself off at the end time, so if you are delayed for any reason the cooking continues. Puts me off using it a bit. My old oven had the same functionality but that one did switch off at the specified End Time.
If Bosch could address these two issues going forward (obviously I wont see the benefits) then I would give the oven 5 stars all round.
