Really love this. I bought quite a few FM transmitters to get the right one, but this ivy far the best.

I’ve had in car Bluetooth adapters in the past, but they all had really poor connection via the radio. This however is a game changer, connection is solid and stable with no Hissing. Also the voice connection with phone calls is loud and clear I’ve spoke to people via this system in my car and they have said it is really clear with no road or background noise. 10/10

Really like the easiness of installing the unit and pairing the bluetooth . No need now to take mountains of C.d’s for our long journeys,- just a memory stick is all that’s needed (with your favourite tunes on, of course) Particularly like the extra USB ports (2 on the top of the cigarette lighter unit + the main unit lead –and another two ports on the unit + a jack plug outlet) It’s really solved the Nissan Micra 2007 media problem. Sit easily in the air vent too, with it being light weight. Very pleased with the purchase

This about as plug’n’play as you can get. It seamlessly integrated with my car and phone so I don’t have to pay 600 to get my Audi headunit upgraded. Call quality from this unit is extremely good, the audio & MIC are very good. 100% recomend to anyone!

Very well packaged. Easy to install and connect to radio and Bluetooth. Smaller than I thought but I prefer it.

It has a very clean sound and the BT connectivity is good, would’ve been excellent if you could connect 2 devices at the same time. Apart from the cables being annoying around the dash area, everything else is great. positive you should definitely buy it and find ways to hide the left over cables.

Simple to use, easy to set up and connect. Great for use in my old work van that doesn’t have bluetooth.
My only niggle which applies to most of these type of devices is the way each time the engine is started this device shouts “BLUETOOTH WAITING FOR CONNECTION…BLUETTOTH IS CONNECTED”. I get that in a car it may be preferable to a visual cue but I listen to audiobooks and often need the volume quite high to hear them and this announcement can be quite deafening. A simple beep or similar would be better.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersOverall I find the unit good. I have a Jaguar X-Type and was loathe to use the suction pad on the leather dashboard but used it on the hard PVC surface to the left of AC vent to the right of steering wheel. Managed to fit the cable mostly hidden using to the cigarette socket in the middle of the car. I tuned into 108 FM on car radio and unit and was able to play music and calls through the car’s speakers that are very good. Initially there was hiss but once the unit and radio were tuned into the same FM, I used 108, the hiss was gone. I have excellent speaker system on the Jag. I had mounted my phone on a vent bracket to the left of steering wheel using this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B089SJ4HWZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Find playing music through micro SD card very good as to using BT on my phone. When a call comes in it stops the music to take the call. I did make an initial mistake of formatting my 32gb micro SD card in NTFS, it has to be formatted in FAT32 to play music through the unit. The sound is a lot better in real time than it is in the video. Also, I have sound control on my steering wheel on the left side, as shown on the steering wheel picture, so can control the volume of music and calls quite safely. The only critical thing is that all my music on the card is in folders but it does not display those folders on the display, only the track it is playing. Would have liked to have seen that, as my folders are in artists name.
……UPDATE: I have found out how to show folders on SD card. During playback in U disk/TF card mode, after pause playback, press and hold MODE button for 3 seconds to enter the U disk / TF card directory to select folder play. Turn volume knob to select folder.

The unit has a small Jack leans so I plug that into my auxiliary so it feeds direct. I.e no interference like in Direct Bluetooth. Just clear sound. Use it to listen to Audio books while driving

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat value and does the job, for the price has great display and features, like others though would say if had noise reduction built-in so not picking up to much interference be perfect, but again a whole lot better than a new head unit on older cars. My car doesn’t have BT or anything, so for the price I now have my iPhone and Spotify connected 🙂 Well worth the money and pleased with the product.

No complaints here. The sound is as clear as a bell with no underlying interference and was very easy to set up even for an aging technophobe.

Nice unit with plenty of tech built in. The microphone is pretty poor but the sound is good via the radio.

I drive an old car that doesn’t have built in Bluetooth this was a perfect solution to be able to play my music from my playlists on my phone and Spotify through my car speakers. It was easy to set up you have a frequency station set on the device and you set the same on your car radio you have to connect your phone through bluetooth to the device once you do this once it usually connects automatically other times.

Plays through the sound and volume is good I do like the device has 2 USB ports its a shame there isn’t a usb fast charging port that would have been super useful. do like the little display at the front and you have two ways to mount the device , either through the air vent or the self adhesive stand unfortunately the self adhesive isn’t that strong and mine would not even hold the device up. otherwise great device.

Very easy to use if you follow the instructions. Easy to set up, connects very well to blue-tooth, and via a free FM band on your car radio.

To be honest I don’t actually need this – when it comes to Bluetooth connectivity as our car comes with Bluetooth, so we can connect our phone(s) to the car with no trouble. Answer calls and play music. However, that isn’t the reason I sent for it. I need something that can play music – and where I can randomly play music – through my in-car system, as the USB port in the car is broken. We used to connect a flash-drive to it and away we go.

Now we can connect this Clydek Bluetooth FM Transmitter for Car, Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Car Audio Adapter and away we go. It automatically picks up whether you connect a flashdrive or micro-usb card. It connects to your phone via bluetooth very simply, too.

Ther are settings for audio quality, for how to play-back music. For how to use the hands-free phone functionality. All of this is reached via the large button on the front, and/or the next/previous buttons and mode button. Once you’ve done it a couple of times it’s no problem.

You can either attach this to an air vent via a ball and socket attachment or attach that to a baseplate that adheres to the dash. It’s small enough not to be in the way, but the screen is large enough to see, also.

It is powered via a cigarette lighter port. You can also charge via the plug (the are two usb ports in the plug), and there are two usb ports on the screen, too. One is for charging only, the other is music playing.

It does a bit more than I need it for, and that is fine. I’m not going to comment on that functionality as I will not use it. However, if everything else is as straightforward to use as for what I need it, it’ll be great.

Not too bad at the price, and idiot-proof for setting up. The large button on the front is multi-functioning, for volume or track selection, also call answering when connected to you phone for hands-free use, etc…

    I’d recommend this to anyone.

The built quality of this FM transmitter is simply great. Works flawlessly. It was easy to connect with car FM. The sound quality was also great.

I have tried before an FM transmitter in which I was experiencing a bit of noise. I really like this one. The sound was crisp clear. The FM frequency reading on the transmitter is quite accurate to receive great quality sound through car FM. I tried Bluetooth hands-free as well. It also worked great. Did not experience any latency or lag. It supports AUX, SD card and USB. Another great feature is the 2 extra quick charge USB ports which can be used for charging other devices such as smartphones.

The design looks stylish and the display also shows the music being played. The buttons do not give a cheap feeling. I have attached a video to give a better impression of the built quality. It arrived well packaged as shown in the attached photos. It also came with an air vent mount, which is handy to keep the display and controls near the steering wheel.

I think the price of 22.99 GBP is reasonable as the FM transmitter is of great quality. There are some cheaper transmitters available but from my past experience, their sound quality was not that great.

Overall, I am very pleased with the transmitter and will definitely recommend it.
