I’m pleased with this purchase although the price put me off a bit at first. Make sure to oil the lid to keep it looking good. It certainly keeps the garlic fresh, so I can definitely recommend.
Already have some of this collection and wanted another jar for other products and I just love it. Great design, air tight and blends in well with other kitchen appliances
This is perfect! The tonal black/grey finish and natural wooden lid combo work in perfect harmony to give the canister a real air of rustic elegance. I know it’s just a food storage container but it looks beautiful on the countertop!
I think the quality is spot on too: the jar is heavyweight ceramic, the finish is impeccable and feels tactile in the hand. There’s also an airtight seal around the lid (real acacia wood) and works perfectly to keep foodstuffs nice and fresh. I think it’s a beautiful functional piece and I love the dark tones and clean simplicity of it – it’s just my style.
i really rate this storage jar it’s suitable for a variety of uses in the kitchen and I’m currently storing my rice in it. it looks stylish and is great quality as well.
It’s an expensive storage jar. But when it comes to quality, this jar is really good. I ordered the medium size for myself. but I think the capacity is really good. the design is great and it looks very stylish. I had no idea that a jar could get so much praise. As a lot of my guests have loved this jar and asked me about it too.
Great storage pot for the kitchen, or anywhere really. It arrived very well packaged, it would certainly make a nice gift, and all with cardboard packaging which was great.
The lid is a good fit – snug but secure. I love the slightly textured surface finish, it has an almost handmade quality to it that would look good in any kitchen.
Size wise it would make a good, generous tea or coffee container, or perfect for other dry foods like sugar, nuts etc.
Very happy and will look out for matching items. Shame it’s not dishwasher proof, but hand washing occasionally is fine for me.
I was very impressed by this storage jar. The design was very nice, dark grey bottom with a matte black top. Looks modernly stylish and fits well in any cupboard. The lid has a rubber sealing to reduce air entering, keeping the food fresh for longer. Not 100% air proof/leak proof, but it does the job, since you don’t want to be keeping food in it for too long anyway.
I’ve tried storing a few different foods with this including cookies, biscuits, spaghetti and other pasta, and found that it does quite well for all, but because of the large size, spaghetti and pasta in general makes the most sense, since it’s difficult to clear the bottom with the length. Cookies can be stored well, but the deepness makes it difficult to get a cookie when there are only a few left, and the grease, crumbles, chocolate, etc that are stuck to the bottom isn’t the easiest to clean.
25.52 isn’t cheap for a storage jar, but this looks really nice, so I’d say it’s more for gifting, unless you really want a storage jar of this design.
Overall, very nice jar and I’m happy with it.
This garlic keeper is great quality and has classic lines. I’ve always used a garlic keeper but my original one will not take a full pack of three heads, as sold in my local supermarket. This, though it takes up little space, is roomy and well designed. The lid fits well – useful if you have a tendency to lift items by the lid, but has holes around the base, to prevent the garlic going mouldy. I’m very pleased with it, and I highly recommend it.
This set of tall jar and acaciawood lid is just stunning. The stoneware finish is iridescent and thick quality pottery. The lid with its wood and silicone inner seal fits well.
This is a classic and could be used for spaghetti but we use cereal more often so use ours for swiss muesli. Almost fitted the 500g bag with just enough muesli spare to have that mornings worth.
I often need to leave a spoon on the kitchen side when cooking, especially with the slow cooker to give it an occasional stir. This looks great alongside it and stops the kitchen side from being covered in sauce!
This is a small but stylish ceramic jar. It is in a two tone colourway of black and grey with a wooden lid. The exceptional quality means it’s worth the rather high price. Basically, it’s a classy piece of kit and will enhance any kitchen. It washes and dries nicely though obviously, the lid cannot be immersed in water. I would definitely consider getting more of this range as it really does add a stylish touch to ones hone.
This is beautifully made and reassuringly heavy. However the design is wholly impractical, at least as far as I am with it. In that the top of it slopes in to a smaller point than the width of the whole — what am I supposed to put in this and then get out? No, I have no use for this. Very strange design and proposed use. I wish I’d chosen the garlic holder.
My first thought when unpacking this jar was it was beautiful! It was boxed so lovely I knew it would make a perfect gift. The whole branding makes it seem as though it is a top-quality product, plus it feels heavy and of quality.
We got the largest size and once we placed it on our side, I felt we could maybe only fill it with spaghetti, although my husband suggested it might be suitable for filling with rice or quinoa, which we use very often. The lid is wood and airtight, so would be suitable to preserve such items.
In any case, this is a beautiful jar that would look classy on any kitchen side. I would highly recommend
This Storage Jar is exceptionally good quality. It’s ceramic with a really good glaze finish, and the base is smooth also, no rough edges etc; like you get with some.
The jar is quite heavy, so you certainly need to take care with it, and due to the size and shape, you need to hold with two hands! The lid is excellent as well, lovely grained (acacia) wood, with a quality silicone seal.
The storage jar, realistically, is only for spaghetti. I can’t in all honesty think of what else you’d use it for. If you frequently cook spaghetti, and you appreciate nice, attractive kitchenware (as opposed to what would in many respects be more practical) a plastic sealed spaghetti jar, you’ll love this.
Overall, a really lovely, excellent quality, spaghetti jar. Beautifully finished, very smart. Not cheap, mind.

The jar comes well packaged in a box that would be suitable as a gift. The Jar is beautifully made and has a black glazed finish on the inside and outside apart from the bottom inch or so on the outside which is a lighter charcoal colour. The jar has an, also beautifully made, acacia wood lid with a silicone seal. Centred in the charcoal band at the base are seven ventilation holes, each around half an inch in diameter. A durable way to keep garlic bulbs and cloves that will look suit most kitchens.
