The fixing holes in the top are too far forward for the cupboard I have, so I drilled two new holes. No doubt that will have voided the warranty but it is very cheap so it is almost disposal.

The unit comes with the internal switch for venting to the outside. Therefore, if it is not vented to the outside, the extraction will be very poor and it will be noisy. The instructions, such as they are don’t explain this. I suspect the comments about noise are entirely due to the switch being in the venting outside position.

The fan is not particularly strong but generally adequate. Come on, if you pay a Lambretta price you do not get a Rolls Royce.

It does look ok and I am happy with it. If I was spending 20k on a new kitchen I would buy something different but to replace a broken unit in an old kitchen, just about perfect.

I agree with previous reviews – there is no difference between the fan speeds and it feels a little flimsy – but – we couldn’t easily duct it to an outside wall so are using it on recirculation. It doesn’t come with filters – the cloth ones (not carbon) are cheap and easy to fit. The extractor was easy to fit and after a little adjustment, looks good. It only really has one speed but it works and was very cheap compared with alternatives.

    Stylish and sleek
This cooker hood was really easy to install although I had to change the screws as they were a bit long. Once installed it looked really stylish and added quality to the whole look.

    Excelle
Excellent Product. Excellent Service. It was so easy to fit to wall, I got it for internal air extraction. The instructions are easy to follow, it works a treat, I tried the kitchen paper test , and it held it up no problem, it’s quite and the light is fantastic. It’s well worth the money. Thank You.

Neat and tidy item. Stylish, looks better in the flesh
Very pleased. Looks more expensive than it was. It Was good price too. Wish they had included filters. Didn’t know until I received it, then had to wait for them to be delivered. I ordered the carbon and white ones from Amazon and can get 2 out of the black bit and 4 out of the white bits. Was about 4.odd (quailitas was the make)

Works fine. but non standard outlet.
Easy to install, and works fine.

Biggest problem was the outlet connector. The built in ‘one way’ flaps, prevented a standard reducer from fitting, So I ended up 3D printing an adaptor/reducer to fit the flex pipe I had. I may have just been unlucky, but I removed one star because of the extra hassle connecting the outlet.

This product is really good quality it’s all stainless steel and replaced our old one but be aware that there is a lot of cutting and fettling if you are replacing an old unit, the external vent port was bigger than the original so it required an adapter to work.

Glad I gave this a chance as some reviews were off putting so didn’t know what to expect.
The cable is just shy of 6 ft.
It’s got good suction, not too noisy, bright led light.
Only negative is the rectangular rear vent, managed to find rectangular/round duct and with a bit of tweaking it’s sorted.
Nice cooker hood for the price

    Compac
Very quiet at the lower fan speed with no vibration. Higher speed you can hear the blower. the extractor flu port hole has small tack welds that have to be broken to remove the blanking plate so extractor pipe can be fitted. This was a bit fiddly

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersCheap and cheerful
Let’s face it , it’s a fan in a box with a few buttons, took about half an hour to fit but most of that time was down to the cable being too short, I simply cut off the cable and installed a terminal block inside the casement, not a lot of difference between the speeds that I can notice, not too noisy, light is only bright if your staring straight at it, I drilled an extra couple of holes in the back plate to make it more secure , all in all for the price you can’t complai

This extractor is a good, sleek design, in a matte black finish. The led light at the front, is clear and bright. The extractor is good, so no more steam in my face! It is exactly the right size, than goodness! It only seems slightly noisy, because you are directly in front of it.

I needed a cooker hood that was simple and easy to install. This does the job very well. It is stylish and works well. It is not as noisy as I expected reading other reviews. All extractors make a noise so no surprises there. It keeps smells under control in our small kitchen.

    Good produc
Looks good extracts well easy to install…..the only thing I would criticize is that the light is not especially bright which isn’t a major issue for me but it’s worth mentioning in case a bright light is what you need

Good suction power but switch stuck in extraction mode
Amazon cs recommended loosening the screw on the switch. In actual fact, you have to remove the screw entirely to switch to recirculating mode, then put the screw back on. The extractor itself has pretty good suction power and it’s almost half the price of most in that size. All good.
