Bought this to replace a wooden lawn edging.Easy to join together and both strong but pliable at the same time .Will be buying again to complete a large lawn .
Great. Just as advertised and come pre rusted. Can waiting to get out at the weekend and put in the water feature bubbling stone dish, brown pebbles, and surrounded by a rusty circle of flexible edging. So pleased with them. Will match perfectly a metal rusty panel I bought to stick in the ground. Just pondering edging all the garden paths now (it has to match )
I used this to raise and surround a pond. The assembly is fiddly as the instructions don’t clearly state which way to slot them together and fold the tabs to make each fit. Also have a spare pair of hands ready if like me you’re making a bed with them.
Otherwise they look great.
Ordered Sunday, shipped first thing Monday morning arrived Tuesday lunchtime. All installed by 16:00. Easy to work with, I wanted non-wooden curves next to my straight wood triple arch and this does the job perfectly. I can now strip and mow up to gravel and pebbles. Excellent.
Will deffo buy again when I extend this area, think I might terrace with it and get some height.
bought a different brand a few years ago and the spikes were rather weak, these are a lot stronge
Brilliant product. Looks really good and easy enough to shape round our circular lawn. Wish we’d bought it years ago instead of the wood edging. More expensive obviously but it’s not going to start rotting and falling apart.
My Anthracite order just arrived. First I had the corton but it’s wasn’t right for me. The Anthracite has a great finish. Nice coating all over the metal. Super easy to install. Using a soft rubber mallet doesn’t hurt them and they go into the ground great. Lovely neat border.
This was the second time I’d used this product – on both occasions to provide “containment” for decorative stone chippings as a replacement for the original lawn / turf. On the first occasion, it was used in a simple straight line, between the boundary with my neighbour’s drive and my own privet hedge. On this latest occasion however, I used it in a more imaginative way, as part of a “spilled pot” design, to separate one type of decorative stone from another. It worked perfectly, by just bending each section around my knee, in order to obtain the shapes I wanted for each section, before locking them together and knocking them into the ground. So I was very pleased with the result and this product, which should last many years.
Used to edge my lawn to the border. Superb product that works very well and withstands the knocks that the plastic stuff . Will not. If you have a few stones in your soil, this stuff will work well. Dont bother looking aynwhere else
We assembled the 5 pieces before we put it in the ground as it is quite tricky to bend the metal back to secure it and would be very awkward at ground level.
The instruction leaflet is not the most explanatory!
Too early to tell if it works.
Needs two people to put in place after putting the pack together, as heavy and bendy!
Need to put it together flat on the ground, unless very strong.
Pleased with it so far, see what happens.
This is the second time I have used this edging and I love it. It is very strong, I pounded it into clay soil with no problem it did not bend the spikes at all. I am using it to separate a graveled area from the lawn, it works great. It is pricey, but worth every penny to me. If your looking for a strong edging I highly recommend this.
Very solid – bit fiddly to fit but does the job
I installed this in my back garden. Installation is very easy, the thickness is just perfect. The detail of the product is amazing. So sturdy and robust in design. I would say 10/10.
It wasn’t so easy to put this together for people who’d never tackled a job like that, but we watched the videos and took our time and we’re delighted when we’d done it! it looks great and it keeps the flower beds separate from the lawn in a really discrete way. The roots can no longer sneak past! really pleased with it.
Fantastic product. Used to edge a flower bed next to raised wooden beds as a contrast. Metal is quite tough and takes careful bending but managed to get a curve out of it. Wish it wasn’t so expensive as I’d buy more.
an excellent product not like cheaper one this well made and of a thick material on each pack it said instructions in side but none of my five packs had any but it is soon work out the fixings are soled would recommend this to all landscapers.
