Very strong and reliable since putting up havnt had a problem. Easy to install, no hassle, could do by myself. Would recommend.
Really impressed
I bought the curtain rail as a bit of a test to be honest, not being too sure how a multi part rail would work in practice. I was really surprised and impressed at how sturdy the parts were when put together. The various parts are a clever alternative way of adjusting the length, and as they screw, you don’t get the little dip you can see with a traditional join in the centre. I’m now looking for a similar rail but with different wall fittings.

Very clever method of acquiring the the right length for the job and the extendable brackets make it so easy to get the correct placement on the wall .will definitely buy again.

Missing parts
I’ve just opened the box after ordering it i
april, to put it up in my bedroom and there’s a pole missing and 2 end caps, is now just a pole that’s too small for my window

This curtain poles are great for windows about 4ft long, also easy to install especially for a beginner like myself and great value for money if you’re working with a small budget for home dcor.

I’m not keen on the brackets, but supplier says they are thinking of changing these, if they do the curtain pole will be perfect.
I wanted a curtain rod that was easy to install that did the job, and that’s exactly what I got. The way that the brackets are made gives the rod more stability, and I (who is usually all thumbs when it comes to DIY) managed to get 3 of them up in an hour or so without issue (almost falling off the ladder not-withstanding, but that had nothing to do with the curtain poles). The lower-rated reviews on these items complaining that they look cheap, or that give no details at all for their ratings, are pretty disingenuous as far as I can tell, because, well, these rods ARE cheap, but they LOOK just fine. If you want to spend hundreds of pounds on what is essentially a mounted stick, rather than going with something perfectly functional, then each to their own I guess. I didn’t realise curtain pole snobbery was a thing. These Authfornia rods are minimalist and they hold up your curtains. There’s no problem with the quality of the poles or the brackets as far as I can tell, especially at the price (I mean, I’m not an expert in this field, I’m just a single-income homeowner who needed to get up some thermal curtains quick so I could maybe not have to see my breath inside my home, since it’s far too expensie to put the heating on), and if you’re okay taking my word for it, then I say these will do the job and you won’t go far wrong. They do what they’re supposed to, and they do it well. They’re not telescopic or spring-loaded, they come in pieces so you can slot them together to make longer or shorter poles. Is it exact, down to the milimetre that I wanted? No, but then, I didn’t really need them to be. I’ll be getting more for my other windows when I get paid again (and that’s more because the items I get to hang on these rods are what I need to save up for).
