Problems You May Encounter
When device can not connected to the ear wax camera:
1.Enter your device settings,allow the app to access Wireless Data,enable WLAN&Cellular Date
2.Users who download and install the app for the first time may encounter the problem of not being able to connect to the device during use. Please do not worry and be patient. This problem will be resolved after several attempts.
When blur lens appears:
Clean the lens with alcohol swabs.

This is a useful tool. The only reason not given this 5 stars is the camera gets restricted slightly when you put the tool on the end to scrape out wax. But it’s very useful tool
Purchased this to keep an eye on an ear problem i have works great to do self checks little tricky to get angled just right and when being used to clean ears tips are a bit too long so if not careful can hurt yourself pretty bad
Took a little bit to set up to my phone but once it was set up was really easy to use.
Used this to check my daughters ears. The camera works great and I’m able to connect to my phone easily.
I’m not ashamed to say I’m obsessed with cleaning ears! This has been great as my daughter suffers with lots of issues regarding her ears and we can easily see when she’s having a flair up of her condition.
Amazing, Amazing, Amazing product. Hear wax had always bothered me. This tool is incredible. A perfect solution. It’s a bit fiddly, take your time, the results are worth it. I feel ‘brighter’ in my head and sounds sound higher pitched than the dull feeling I had with ear wax. It only comes with two ‘spoon’ ends, wished it came with more. Also wish the spoons were colour coded. But I’m not moaning. Love this.
Randomly I had a green fly get inside my ear two days after receiving this. It got it out in no time. My wife was impressed at how easy it is to use. Recommend this if you are interested in looking in strange places. EG Nose, Hairline

I am pretty impressed with this. I bought it because I was sure I had something stuck in my ear. Used the camera to take a good look round and nothing to see so all good. Very handy for clearing any wax build up, the small tools are good. The app took a couple of attempts to get working but apart from that , all good. Recommended
The tips for the camera could be slightly longer to make it easier to clean deeper in the ear. It is easy to use when cleaning just inside the ear but it will just take a bit of getting use to inorder to get the best results when trying to clear deeper in the ear cavity.
