My Xbox series X controller’s right bumper failed to work. Upon inspection a small plastic tab had broken. I purchased this replacement and I am back to having a perfect controller.

Very cheap way to fix your bumpers!
Really easy way to save yourself the cost of a new controller if the bumpers don’t work! Look on YouTube for guides to do it and be aware that this kit does not come with all the tools, but they don’t say that they do so can’t complain about that.

This item is a perfect fix for the controller. The original part was broken ‘inside’ where it presses on the switch. We already tried unsuccessfully to glue the original back together. My son had got quite adept at dismantling the controller by the time this part was ordered and it only took him minutes to fit – make sure you’ve the right tools and patience the first time you do it.
Reasonable replacement bumpers
The replacement bumpers were of good quality, so much so I replaced them into a brand new original Microsoft controller which broke exactly the same way the previous one did within only 2 months. So great they lasted twice as long as the expensive Xbox controller bumpers did.

Yes, a little expensive for what it is but….
So it seems that I can be a little accident prone with my controllers and I’ve dropped/ knocked off my fair few from the sofa.
I’ve had to fix a several in my time when the the RB or LB buttons stop working. The XBOX ONE replacement bumpers were a right royal pain to get back in place but I had this Series X replacement installed and put back together in under 5 minutes.
Yes, it is a little expensive for what it is but it sure beats buying a new controller, especially because of my own clumsiness.

I dropped my Xbox Series X controller and heard a rattling sound inside it when I picked it back up. I found out to my horror the RB button was now not functioning. Opened up the controller, found the snapped plastic part and ordered this replacement. I think it’s expensive for what it is but still cheaper than buying a new controller. Thankfully it arrived undamaged (unlike some other reviews) and I basically just installed it and reassembled everything back to how it was before. Works exactly how it was before the drop incident. Crisis over and I didn’t have to purchase a new controller.
