Duracell batteries are fitted to 2 of our smoke alarms in case the mains should fail. They do the job & can be relied upon to last unlike cheaper alternatives. Lives are worth a few quid to be kept safe. Change them every 12 months. They are still good then I fitted the old ones to an electric torch & they are still OK after 15 months. Always remember to recycle your old batteries.
Fit and forget. Well other than testing them every now and then… unless I burn the toast, then the smoke alarm lets me know these batteries still have juice in them!
You cant really go wrong with Duracell battery’s, I have used both in the pack in some electronic testers I use on a regular basis. With them been Duracell Plus Power i expect they will last a good length of time.
