    I bought this as I started to make ice cream by hand and found I had egg whites left over, Found a recipe online for cones that use the egg whites, after a little test I found this to work well but you have to be quick, it is cheaper than the electric version but worth it for occasional use, I would suggest this is not something for young children as you can burn yourself quite easily if you are not careful, mine tasted wonderful but it would depend on your recipe.

    Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersExcellent, does just as expected, it arrived without instructions, but a recipe site (not related to the waffle plate) provided useful tips of not over heating or overloading. But my first attempt produced some very edible cones. It was easy to clean and going on the first & only (not for long) use I would recommend it.
