This headset works very well. They are comfortable to wear even after a few hours.

Bought in July (now October). One side of headset stopped working, which isn’t great. Being out of Amazon returns window I contacted EKSA directly. They asked me to send through a couple of bits like serial number, invoice and video of the fault. Within a couple of days, bearing in mind I’m dealing with a company based in the US I had a new headset.
They were super helpful and polite a the way through and replaced the faulty item extremely quickly. Truly amazing customer service. Well done.
Great headse
Great headset. My old one had worn and wasn’t working. Bought this one and the sound is good as well as the microphone. My old one would pick up background noise but this one doesn’t much to the pleasure of my friends. I wear glasses and contact lenses, and I know I wouldn’t be able to wear glasses with these for long as they’re a tight fit so would give me a headache after a while. Very good though. Quality is good too. Would recommend
As a plug in and play headphone i cant realy fault it, it did everything i needed in a headset, clear mic quality for other to hear me, directional sound for gaming.
my only fault is the ear pecies feel like they were sized for a teenager or child, they sat on my ears and can only wear them for a short pereiod before they hurt my ears as they do not “cup” my ears but rather rest on them.
when trying to loosen them they just put preasure on my jawline to make my jaw bone hurt
sadly in a effort to release the grip on my head by “flexing” the headpeice i unfortunatly snaped it.
if your a teen and want it for gaming i can recomend it
if your an adult i would double check before purchasing.
