too long for my needs
Came in the time frame seller said , actually its too long for my needs so the water pressure is not as good as the last one I had but my mistake for ordering the longer one . The add n parts very ‘plasticy ‘
Very nice
I’ve been using this for months now, works very nice BUT the pressure inside is a lot and water leaks from the tap. The plastic connector probably won’t hold much pressure so the metal connector version might be better. Although never failed, never a hole, keeps working great. Wish would come with a hose pipe cart, i’ll buy one separately.

Likes: I really like how light this hose is and how easy to use it is.
It’s very easy to manoeuvre and a great length too, so no need to try to extend or move to a different tap.
Dislikes: The holder isn’t wide enough to hold the whole hosepipe unless you place it fairly high up so your loops are bigger.
Unfortunately – this particukar hose is NOT leak proof – I purchased in middle of April and on June 5th it started to spring leaks. 1 small one and the others are a collection of leaks in a cluster making it like a sprinkler in places.
I have requested a replacement or refund so am unable to fully review as I have no experience of the customer service. I am disappointed that it leaks but happy to try again with another one just in case this is an exception.
Update: Very impressed with customer service who responded very promptly and are sending out a replacement.

Spray head
Overall I’m very happy with it. If I compare it to my Gardena spray head, I prefer the Gardena spray head as the spray can be altered much more.
That said, I am now disabled and no longer able to pull out the auto hose.
I have difficulty standing now and due to my wrist also being broken and now weaker, I can manage this very well.
Also I would recommend this hose as it is easy to operate and doesn’t kink. Therefore the weight is vastly different and it certainly does the job. I will buy it again should anything happen.
