Expands great has good attachments works as expected
This item once connected expands to multiple times its own length filled with water adds a little bit extra pressure and enables you to extend your reach without having to have a large reel.
The only thing I will say about it is once you have disconnected it from the water supply it will shrink and spray whatever water is left inside it all over the place.
Star quality
Have twice previously bought Cheepo hoses that leaked after three or four usages , but this is pure quality my son in law has had his some time & it is as good as new.

It's a great water hose and excellent for the price...
I am very pleased with this product apart from one point…the water hose washer on the end, it is a bit of a fiddly fit, on my water tap but once you get the hang of it, it is fine…not having one of these before, is probably the reason, but certainly if you are used to using water hoses in the garden, then you will not have a problem!

I returned a cheaper expanding hose that leaked after only for a week.
The outer skin seems very tough and is ribbed to help guide the contraction. Three layers of latex core is promising to avoid leaks. It came with just a 1/2″ BSP tap connector – 3/4″ BSP is more common for outside taps in the UK. I bought a Hozelock 3/4″ snap on tap connector, or you will need some kind of adapter.

This is a replacement for my shorter hose which split. I’m very happy with it and it is much longer thus enabling me to water all my plant pots and garden. The nozzle it was supplied with is fantastic. It has a variety of different spray settings. Very pleased so far.
Good quality hose
This is a really good hose and I especially like the brass connectors as this feels very good quality. My only complaint would be the the head drips when using it. I think this is a particular issue with multi function spray heads as I have now had three (all different makes) and they have all done the same.
Well made with good fittings
This is my second expandable hose. I got a leak in my other one as I hauled it round a corner when it was stuck. So maybe they’re not as robust as a standard hose. This one looks more durable than my last one.
I chose this one as it has a hozelock fitting on the end. Others tend to have a screw fitting that only takes the spray nozzle supplied. This one fits all my hozelock fitments.
Good quality spray head supplied with it.
Garden hose
Hose seemed absolutely fine, attachments were great compared to the usual plastic fittings. Unfortunately I had to return as I’d under Measured how long I needed for my garden as it’s up awkward steps. Easily returned & refunded. Thanks
Good quality hose
Good quality of fittings, easy to store. Need to turn it off at the tap 30 seconds or so before end of use to use all water in it under pressure otherwise it is stored in the hose and slowly keeks out or waits to explode in your face if you remove it from the tap with water still in it under pressure;)
Much better than a flat hose
Over the past five years, I’ve had three or four expanding hoses, and most have not been terribly good. The usual flat exanding hoses have very thin walls and plastic fitting, so I was very impressed with this product, which has very solid walls, although it shrinks to a pretty small size. It also has solid brass fittings on both ends of the hose, and on the spray unit. I’ve used it about half a dizen times now, and I seems very good. Hopefully it will last a couple of years, which is way more than the previous hoses I’ve had.
does it leak when in use
I was going to return this item because it did not appear to fit my taps – however I subsequently discovered it was necessary to remove one of the fittings so now it does and I will not be returning it unless I find it does not operate as I expec

Arrived promptly. Only used twice but seems sturdy and good value. Expensive previous version lasted only 2 years. Hopefully this will too. Certainly seems good value in comparison.
Great hose
This is an impressive hose. I bought the 100ft version and when expanded more than gets me all around the garden. The pressure you get from the hose head attachment is outstanding. Highly recommend.
Not sure it’s actually 100 foot but works grea
So it’s well made. I had to twiddle with the fitments and swap to this tap connector but it still leaks a fair bit of water but I am disabled and this hose is user friendly for me. I’m not convinced it’s 100 foot. It does not reach to end of my garden completely and my garden is 85 foot but i can get away with it putting the hose high. It does the job pretty much
So easy to use even for me who can never get the connectors to fit my outside tap ! This is so easy . Out the box screwed on to tap and that’s it . The spray gun is brilliant too and much easier than my old one .
The water comes out immediately unlike my last hose when it took a while to go through. This hose doesn’t get tangled up it is so easy to walk around with and light weight . Watering my plants takes a few minutes where as before it used to be a bit of a chore . THANK YOU AMAZON X
This is the second time I have purchased this hose as the first one sprung a leak after only a month. I had left the tap turnt on and I think the pressure along with the heat was too much. I still like it as it is very light when empty and easy to move (Im disabled). I would recommend this hose but never leave it for very long with the tap on and water trapped in the hose.

I was a bit annoyed as I couldn’t connect this hose to the tap.i have never had a problem before as previous hoses have fitted straight to my outside tap.
My neighbour tried several fittings that he had but none of them were any good so at the moment t it is on the patio

Very pleased
Very pleased with this hose. Can’t speak for longevity yet but it appears to be good quality. The mainly brass nozzle has a handy flow control bar on it so you can manage the force of the spray easily. I would recommend it.
First reaction. Wow it’s so much better and stronger than the previous ones I’ve had (4 of them) and non of them lasted long but were much cheaper. So I’m quite hopeful that this one will be well worth the extra cost. I ‘m on a water meter so hoping this won’t start leaking at the end like my last Hozelock one did. It ran like a waterfall filling the bucket under the tap very quickly. I’m feeling quite confident about this one . Fingers crossed.
Great hose pipe
This was to replace the second branded flexi hose that had broken so we decided to buy from Amazon at half the price.
Love the green colour, we have a vintage chimney pot to store the hose so it’s ready to use but out of sight and the hose reduces in size to fit in perfectly. There are many options for water strength when watering which is ideal. I’d recommend.
I bought this because I couldn’t get the ‘Flexi Hose Plus’ that I bought before and needed to extend the hose I already had. The two hoses are very similar, but the spray gun on this one is of an unusual design, with the spray not operated by a trigger but by a lever. I can see that this arrangement might be very useful fo anyone whose grip easily becomes tired when watering a lot of plants. The only little niggle is that I have a habit of hanging the spray gun by the trigger, which you can’t do with this one. The brass fittings on both these hoses are of very good quality. My only negative experience with these expandable hoses is that they tend to develop a hole after a few months’ use and, as the hose is expandable, such holes are almost impossible to repair with tape without constricting the flow of water. But for the price, both hoses are a good buy, and they don’t get tangled up or kinked like the rigid ones.
Does the job as advertised......
As I’ve only just begun using this hose I can’t truthfully mark its durability. The whole kit arrived promptly and well packaged. It was easy to attach and has been well used so far successfully. It appears fairly tough and expands well and is suitable for the jobs in hand.
Better quality than others.
Compared to the cheaper hose kit I sent back, this seems far superior. A much heavier hose with the same brass connections at each end, which take the handset and the adaptor for bib tap. I found that screwing the bib tap adaptor on first, then inserting the hose was much easier. The handset operation takes the pain out of having to grip a trigger all the time. You get some PTFE tape with the kit, but at this price I would not expect any leaks. Time will tell.
So far all good
Just received and so far impressed. Compared with previous makes quality seems better. Last one lasted less than 2 years and seemed to rot from the inside before bursting. I will update this review when and if it fails
