It is sturdy and looks like what it is supposed to be
Easy to fit with the help of the online video and basic diagrams that come with the seat. It is comfortable and the soft close work well albeit somewhat slowly. We bought one to try and then ordered a second for the bathroom. Noting that we have only had these installed for a short time so I cannot comment on how long the hinges will last before we get side slip! but at the moment all is good and sturdy.
First of all, it wasn’t too expensive.
Secondly, it was easy to install with straightforward instructions and everything you need was included.
Thirdly, it’s really really comfortable and it looks great, very stylish.
Fourthly, It’s not that durable and there are some scratches that have occurred. I don’t know when or where they came from and I live on my own so they must have come from scratches from my clothes or something. I don’t know.
Fifthly, the seat is warm to sit on, even when the temperature outside is low.
Finally, the soft close works flawlessly. If I were to nitpick, the seat won’t close by gravity alone so you either have to close it by hand or, knock the lid which will then help the seat and the lid to fully soft-close together. Perhaps I could adjust that but I’d much rather how it is now then to close by itself but not softly so I’ll leave it.

Quality
I was a bit apprehensive about spending so much on a toilet seat but we’ve spend 30 odd on previous ones that just haven’t lasted and been really poor so thought I’d try spending a bit more. Well they say you get what you pay for and in this case that is true. Easy to fit with quality fixings. Lovely soft close. Really nice toilet seat that looks like it should last. Time will tell.
late delivery- faulty product but refund agreed
arrived a day late. Have installed the toilet seat and the soft close does not work! Losing the will to live! However Amazon has now agreed to a full refund. It’s good that when things go wrong, they are corrected relatively quickly. Thanks Amazon.
Although this is just a toilet seat it is of a very high quality and the best one which we have ever had fitted to a toilet. Tried multiple ones over the years which tend to be inferior as in the hinges are quite weak and the plastic stops underneath are always hollow and weak. Rest assured that these are well built and solid and will outlast many other brands, even well known ones.
