I bought this to paint fences.
The handle is comfortable, it had a hook to rest it on the side of the paint pot – perfect for not painting your grass and patio by mistake!
The bristle stay in place and the coverage of paint is perfect.

When are we getting a standard for screw in handles in plastic.
My balcony job would have preferred a broom handle, but none of mine seemed to fit.
I went to a well known DIY store for a fence brush and there was a Ronseal 4″ brush for 12.50. I thought that was a lot to pay, so I found this brush on Amazon at a third of the price. It is identical to the Ronseal brush. I have used the brush once, and it feels great.
Highly recommended.

Does the job. Used it four time over to paint fence. The bristles are still intact. Would recommend it.

Brilliant brush, painted my shed , fence panels and my decking , the bristles don’t come off like some and It cleans really easily.
I purchased twice I was so impressed ( my neighbour stole the second one !!) went to order another one today and they have doubled in price – WHY !!!!

Needed a fence brush, went to a certain well known diy store, selling these exact same brushes but different label at 12.50!!!!! So pleased I had my phone so I could check Amazon price before I bought.
I bought 2 just in case they weren’t any good but it was absolutely perfect and didn’t need to use the reserve one even after using for 2 coats on an untreated 6′ x 20′ rough fence
This was a cheap option at about a third of the price of others.
For a fence this is perfect. Honestly I’m happy that this is single use and the cost means I’m unconcerned about destroying the brush while getting into the awfully tight garden fence panel spaces and in any dirt.
Bottom line is it’s cheap, the brush bristles are actually pretty good and it has a feature to hang on the ladder or something while you’re painting which is useful. It’s not what I’d buy for delicate painting like inner walls but for fences this is perfect.
The plastics have me a blister after a while as they are really unforgiving but I can live with that.
This paint brush is quality made. It has 4 inches in width for large coverage. It provides a flawless finish every time. Even better…as it washes the paint out with ease and very quickly with warm water. I have used this paint brush on garden panels, posts and gates. A must have product. Thank you. A*
Bought 2 of these as the price was so cheap. Great for the job. The Handles can feel a little loose so i dont put full force/pressure on i,t but hold close to the brush end and it works great.
This brush has shown itself capable of handling the application on the roughcast render well, enabling the paint to be applied quite quickly over a good area and being able to get the paint in all the little troughs and hollows formed by the large pebbles (this style of render uses larger stones than pebble-dash), so the rate of coverage is quicker than i was anticipating. The brush profile (120 x 30 mm) enables a good amount of paint to be picked up, which leads to good coverage and the stiffness of the bristles means that you can stipple the paint into the uneven surface then brush it out easily giving a smooth even coating.
The reason for 4 stars is the handle: this is designed to be able to be turned 90 degrees so that with a neat little hook that is built in, you can hook it over the side of the paint can when needed. Clever and useful! This however means that the handle is a bit loose in the top of the brush itself, so I find I have to grip both the handle and the brush for much of the time to keep the brush going in the direction I want.
Mind you at the price they are charging I can live with that!!
In all other respects this is an excellent brush and I hope it will last a long time.
