I liked everything about it. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good lightweight strimmer that does a good job. It had a tough job to do with “No mow May” and I didn’t think it would cope but it did with battery charge to spare. Great product.

I have a really awkward patch at the side of my pond , having arthritis it’s been a struggle maintaining it ..until now . The strimmer was so easy to put together and easy instructions ,battery was fully charged . My front and back garden are now cleared of weeds the strimmer is light weight powerful and great fun!
Would highly recommend The pics are before and after which took five minutes of joy !

5.0 out of 5 stars Blooming marvellous

I have had this strimmer for exactly
a year, still going strong. This is not terribly powerful and struimming requires a nudging approach to heavier tussocks
. However, we have a large lawn with rocks edging it, that my mower can’t get near. This strimmer does much better than my old corded version and provides a neat finish. Battery time is enough for a medium sized garden, but recharge is pretty quick anyway.

The strimmer is lightweight and very easy to use. The seller is super supportive and goes out of their way if there are any issues (my original item was lost in delivery). This is very important if things should go wrong!
I can’t recommend this seller and the strimmer highly enough! Top marks! Thank you.

Not too heavy perfect form me would def buy again! It has take. Some hammering but going great! I wanted a lighter strimmer and hat I could handle as a older woman but had tackled everything well on my small holding

Never had a strimmer before so I was expecting something lighter than this. However it did the job though after 15 mins my shoulders were aching a bit, luckily I don’t need it for any major cutting back but it coped with the slightly damp grass. The 25 min run time was plenty for my needs and I had to fiddle around before I got the hang of the adjustments to turn it into a edge trimmer. Now I’ve got used to it I find it fine for my fairly small garden.

One of the cheapest online but looks and feels good tool. Battery arrived fully charged and withstood the fall from 1.5 m to the wooden floor when dropped it by chance. Used to trim first spring grass on the lawn. Never used a strimmer before. Could not just put the guard on the surface and trim, like with the flymo, blade kept hitting the soil. Ended up with holding the strimmer slightly up above the surface. This is where light weight came in place. Unless being a novice, not resting the strimmer on the surface being cut is some disappointment with the kind.

Was very easy to put together, and very convenient to just go out and use instead of having to unroll extension lead, then the lead on electric strimmer before you can start work.
Battery lasts a long time, and it cuts the grass very well, even when it’s a bit long and damp. Very pleased with it, and would recommend.

I have a small rough patch of grass so a strimmer is ideal. When my old one died on me I looked about and was persuaded by my husband to try this one, having decided to go cordless. It was more expensive than some but so far have been pleased with it having used it twice so far. I particularly appreciate how much lighter it is than my old one and also easy to clean after use.

Perfect for using on my allotment. All I need to do is take the battery home to recharge – the strimmer easily fits in my storage box. I love that you can quickly change the angle of the cutting head to do edges and it has a guard to avoid cutting the wrong plants or hitting the wood of the raised beds. I have to keep the fiddly area around the water tank and seed swap table in front of my plot neat and it does this without any problems. It’s much easier to use around those awkward bits than the communal petrol strimmer and much lighter. No fumes or pollution either! (As long as you have green electricity.) I’ve been impressed with the battery life and recharge time.

Easy to assemble and its light weight makes it easy to use as well, however plastic blades break/shorten if you meet too many stones/rocks while edging, although you get enough spare blades to last you. Otherwise very happy with it.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersMy old ‘orange’ strimmer decided to kill itself in spectacular fashion, which was a blessing since I always loathed the wire feed mechanism anyway. I decided to take a punt on this brand, I usually go with the ethic of ‘buy once cry once’ and pony up for known brands. I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised at how effective this strimmer is. The blades are a breeze to change and far better than wire feed types, easily cutting through most everything I’ve attacked. The battery was where I suspected it would show it’s true colours but no, this thing will troop on easily for days without needing a charge. Longevity may be an issue, I haven’t checked for replacement batteries but I don’t use it all that often so I doubt it’ll be an issue. The overall build quality is very plastic fantastic but it is very lightweight and easy to use. My main irritation is the ‘safety’ switch. It acts as a dead man switch and requires you to slide backwards before pulling the trigger. Not that ergonomic and I feel I’ll probably just take it apart and disable it.

All in all excellent value for money. Certainly not a tradesman’s tool but for light gardening tasks it does the job admirably.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI can only assume those giving negative reviews have been unlucky. I bought one 3 months ago and I I’ve used it almost every week since. It’s easy to use, the blades have a good life and the battery seems to go on for ever. Unlike my previous more expensive battery strimmer, the battery has never run out during use and is fully recharged again in 30-40 minutes whereas my last one took hours. The replacement blades are cheap and easy to come by on Amazon. Like the title says, I’m really impressed, can’t fault it.
    *UPDATE* July 2020
One year on from my last review and it’s still working fine and the battery life us as good as ever. This time of year I use it weekly and despite having some pretty heavy duty areas to strim that take time it has still never run out of power. I always charge the battery when I’ve finished using it so it’s ready for the next time and it’s good to go, it really has been an excellent buy.
    UPDATE April 2023
It’s now 4 years since I bought this product and it’s still going strong with the original battery. I can’t fault it, it’s been one of my best ever buys.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe have a heavier, petrol trimmer, but I have found that hard to set up and to use for long periods. This one is so easy, and I can go out regularly and strip areas that previously had got out of hand. This year, they are staying short and manageable. One area is a steep bank, and it is easy for me (64 yr old woman) to lift this and trim the side of the bank. I bought an extra battery, and swop them over – I have never run out of power.
The only downside, is that the blades come off quite easily, and the ones here are expensive. I found a generic brand that fit and were much cheaper, and they do a great job.
    I would highly recommend it.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersMuch easier to use than one with a cutting cord: the red plastic blades to the job well and are so easy t replace. They do fly off sometimes but can usually be found. Replacements are cheap too!
The battery charges relatively quickly and when cutting medium grass and soft weeds lasts about 35 minutes. Easy to take on and off the machine too, which I like
It is fairly light to use and the head angle can easily be adjusted, as can the handle length, which stays at that length without slipping, unlike some other machines. Shortening it makes this very easy to store or transport However, the addition handle grip does not stay at the optimum angle, even when screwed tight, hence only. 4 stars. It is manageable however. This is the best of several strimmers I have tried and means I can cut the grass at my allotment without too much effort, albeit over two or three sessions

Golden Review Award: 36 From Our UsersWhen the delivery man handed me the package and I felt how light it was I thought I’d made a mistake as it seemed unlikely that a tool that weighed so little would be effective at cutting weeds. Setting up was very easy. The battery came fully charged. When I saw that there was only one strimming blade I had further misgivings about how it would tackle the nettles around the garden.
I was therefore quite surprised when I found it able to cut all the green vegetation I tackled. It struggled with woody veg which would destroy the blade if one persisted but it became quickly obvious what it would cut and what it wouldn’t. Changing the blade was child’s play and the loop on the handle that held the spare ones meant they were always to hand.
I have several petrol and corded electric strimmers and brush cutters but having had a stroke a few months ago the prospect of sorting out the two-stroke mix and putting on the harness for the petrol models or dragging around the cable for the mains powers ones fills me with dismay. This cordless strimmer is a delight to use and involves no pre-use hassles, you just pick it up and pull the safety switch back to turn it on. By the time it needs a recharge (longer than 20 minutes) I’m ready for a little rest anyway. I have purchased a spare battery and a pack of 20 blades so I can tackle longer jobs when I’m feeling more energetic.
A well designed tool that is surprisingly effective.

Great bit of Kit, arrived on time, easy to assemble. This is a great piece of Kit, light weight but packs a punch when strimming, does the job in minutes and really good battery life considering the size and weight. I have cleared a large dense overgrown area, it performed really well and lasted for half an hour of intense use, cleared the whole area over 3 evenings, now my son has borrowed it to do his. I used it to tidy some of my families graves which had become overgrown, it worked a treat, it folds down to a size that will fit even in a small car, and is very light weight to carry. Don’t dither just order one.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersCouldn’t be more pleased with this strimmer, worked right out of the box, cut through all the over grown weeds and grass, and still has power , was easy to assemble and very light on the hands.

If you need a strimmer then go for this one, it’s a great price for what it can do, with having extra blades too and very easy to exchange should you need to, the blades are industry stander ed so buying more is not a problem, shot down to your nearest garden centre or B&Q centre and just pick up some more, Not as loud as some strimmer and having a soft grip handle is a bonus, also the telescopic adjuster is a breeze, charging the battery is fast, takes about 30 to 40 mins to a full charge.
