Played NYE and it is a corker. Great for families or groups of friends. Can get quite energetic if running around the house to complete tasks, but just adds to the enjoyment! Would highly recommend

Great fun, you can take this travelling or to other houses with ease. Lots of fun and laughter!

This is now a firm favourite in our house! This is compact and easy to take with you to any party of gathering. The tasks vary in degree of difficulty and involvement. Some tasks will have you running around the house trying to find items, whilst other tasks have you building towers out of food packages! Definetly recommended as a gift or for an adult dinner party

These are a great stocking filler for any fan if the show. Some of the tasks will require a bit of forward preparation, the game itself is pretty straightforward and seems like it’s going to be fun. Can’t wait for the family get together thus Christmas.

These are a great set of cards based on the fantastic TV program. They really encourage you to think outside of the box and you will definitely have a lot of fun playing it. Obviously it helps if people are already familiar with the TV program but not essential as it’s easy to pick up. Some of the tasks require a bit of planning and a few basic resources. Overall a superb card game guaranteed to generate many moments of highly memorable hilarity.

Been a huge fan of the TV show I couldn’t not order this game.
It is the perfect Christmas family fun game to play.
Very simple concept the cards are challenges that can be completed with every day household items so realistically you don’t need anything special to play.
You need 3 or more players i would say the more the better.
The tasks are clearly printed on the cards a decent size easy to read
Also included is the rules and some blank cards for you to create your own tasks also.
Lots of laughter would also be an interesting game to play with a drink.

This is an excellent bit of family fun, really easy to learn the rules and play, even if you’ve never seen the show. The tasks are good fun and not too complicated or a lot of effort – they can pretty much all be done with common everyday objects around the house.
It needs 3 or more players, and can be played in teams. Everyone in the group takes turns being the taskmaster who decides the winners of each task.
I’d highly recommend this game for something a bit more different which promotes creative thinking and can me played again and again with different people in different places as the way you perform the same tasks will chance with your surroundings/available objects.

I ordered this card game to take on holiday with a group of friends staying together.

I’ve never actually watched the show so might have to do that for some inspiration! The cards are all very random and require some thought to accomplish them. But will certainly get everyone laughing and running around!

I love this TV show so got these cards with high expectations.
Just reading a few of them is hilarious and my mind starting whirling round.
Some tasks are more difficult than others and will need time to set up.
There are not a huge number of cards but this is not a regular board game. The way to play this is just a do a couple each time.
We’ve done a couple and they’ve worked really well – gonna keep the rest to play over Christmas.
The stated rules are straightforward but you can adapt to play how you want to.
There are even a few blank cards on which you can add your own tasks.

If your a fan of the tv show The Taskmaster youll know exsactly how this game is going to be.. various weird and wonderful tasks are set by the “Taskmasker” for their own entertainment – everything from “stack as many tins as possible” to “make a slo mo movie”. The tasks are really quirky and take some imagination to complete but i was disappointed that various need either camera phone to record stuff or teams to help each other – there is a few blank cards to write your own tasks though. Its a fun game and easy for all to play along.

A portable card based version of the popular tv show. Really good fun for pretty much all ages. Really good at a family gathering or dinner party. I really like that the game is based on using objects from the environment around you and your imagination. Looking forward to playing with the extended family over the holiday period.

5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to learn and loads of fu

As someone who’s always wanted to go on Taskmaster, I was excited to try this but wasn’t sure if it could easily be converted into a home setting

I had absolutely nothing to worry about and had incredible fun playing this with my family. I never thought we would’ve been making parachutes for spoons and dropping them out of the window at midnight haha

There were a few cards that we didn’t feel were as good as others but there are loads of good ones so they’re nothing to worry about. Also, there’s a few blank ones thrown in to make up your own. The challenges cover every category from creativity to balancing skills. Someone said there’s another version with a board but this card only version is great anyway

Honestly one of the best new games I’ve played in some time and would highly recommend it. Would be perfect to play on Christmas Day.

I love the series TaskMaster – it is the highlight of my week’s viewing – and this card game based on the series is going to be an excellent family game for Christmas with our adult children. This is an Official TaskMaster product and uses scenarios based upon the series. The game is travel sized – larger than a regular pack of cards, but easily small enough to slip in to your luggage or bag when visiting. With tasks such as “Create the highest and tastiest free standing tower of food using only packaged food.” the tasks are achievable within the family home, but lots of fun. This is sure to brighten up our Boxing Day Gathering! Great stocking filler idea, priced at just 9.99.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great stocking filler for fans of the show!

This is a very original, silly and fun card game based on the TV series Taskmaster. I’m a big fan of the show so thought this would be great fun to play with friends and family.

The card game is much as you would expect, it features different tasks, mostly very silly but all revolving around things you would have in your house, with someone playing the Taskmaster and occasionally setting up the task on the card.

This is aimed for groups of 3 – 5 but if more than 5 you team up so really any amount of people can play, A great game, very different but good for those who are up for being silly and occasionally physical!

I’m a huge fan of the series – I’ve been watching it from day one and love the antics of the “celebs” on the show. So, I was really looking forward to getting this and trying it out. To be honest I’m a little underwhelmed – I found some of the tasks a bit easy and others just boring. Some were good fun – and maybe it will be better next week when there will be a dozen of us around to play (I will update my review if that is the case!). At around 10 it’s good vfm though and I am sure many will find it enjoyable in a group scenario on holiday or at Xmas.

Taskmaster card game based on the series with the same name but in a travel sized format.

This is designed as a simple version of the TV program. You need minimum of three players and the recommended age is 8 plus.

Each card contains a different task and there are 70 in total. The idea is you can complete them from items around the house.

This is a fun way to spend some time in a group and really stretches the imagination to complete the tasks in the most amusing way!

I hope you found this review helpful.

We enjoy taskmaster and have had multiple nights over the years where one of us is assigned as task master, crown and all, and comes up with tasks for the rest of us to do. Having an official set of cards with tasks is a fun way to take some pressure off the task master feeling like they have to come up with loads of fun activities. Plenty of tasks just like the show but I don’t think you can just turn up with this deck and expect to play. The task master will have to look through them ahead of time and do a little planning to make this enjoyable, otherwise you will be flicking past some cards on the night saying ‘can’t do that one, nor that one’.

Overall great fun for a tenner especially if you like the show. I’m surprised at the price actually as for some reason games consisting of nothing but cards are usually an extortionate price.

This is a good game which consists of a pack of cards with the sort of weird wonderful and wacky challenges you see on the taskmaster show.

It would make a great game for fans of the show, or just a good game for people who enjoy a party game!

My kids see taskmaster on our viewed list all the time and want to watch but we haven’t let them due to some of the language, this card game resolves that issue and has a lot of fun tasks.
We still need to set up a night to play properly but most items can be played super simply and the game is cheap itself.
    Great fu

If you know the show you know what sort of things these cards are likely to have you doing. If you don’t then its not really a deal breaker, but you have to understand the premise of the role of ‘Taskmaster’ if you are to truly embrace the game as it should be….. in simple terms, whoever is Taskmaster for that card can choose who gets what points for whatever reason they see fit. No arguments. No reasons. Just because..

In reality this is likely to lead to plenty of arguments as the Taskmaster will probably dish out points for all manner of reasons, none of which might have any bearing on how competently you performed the task required. Either way, its all a bit of fun and keeps people from burying their heads in a phone screen for a little while.

Plenty of tasks to get through and once you have done with those you can make up your own and continue the fun.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI got these cards because I have always said to my other half we need to set some tasks for our Boxing Day buffet instead of playing the usual board games. Then this appeared for me to review and now we dont need to try and think any up (which we would never have for round to doing anyway).

I think the best way of doing it is to decide before the day you want to play it, who will be the task master and choose just a few tasks at a time. Some of the task require some pre thought. I bet there is an incredible amount of wastage footage on the TV show and they make having a vivid imagination look easier than it really is. Id even be willing to tell some of the participants what the task will be before the big day so they can plan something extravagant. Some of the tasks set are quite elaborate or will need props, just as the contestants on the game show do. So I do think some panning will go into it when we play it,

I have had a laugh just reading some of the cards.

As there is always one party pooper who hates playing interactive games like this at any gathering, all you need to do to include them in this is to make them the task master.

Then you’ll love this game. Lots of interesting tasks and great fun to be had. Prepare to have your house trashed as guests find objects to compete with. This would also be really good fun over Zoom, in which case people can trash their own homes. Seriously good fun for parties.

5.0 out of 5 stars If you love the show…..

My Mrs was thrilled when these arrived. We are huge fans of the show so to see the new card game was a no brained to get our hands on them straight away.
Just as the photos show they give you prompts to do / act out, just like the TV game show and you have to do so as best you can, and how you perceive the question aswell… That’s always important! The best act wins each challenge and so on.
It is pretty much how the TV game show is but in a pack of cards.

Quite an aspiring packaging, except for the word task. Master is quite bland and boring.
However, the instruction page inside is very easy to understand very simple to follow and great for three more players suits our family of four brilliantly, but no more than five can play disappointing
The cards are really nice size. They are easy to handle and seem very hard wearing but only time will tell. I like some of the challenges on the cards most within seconds but there are a few which take a few minutes which could slow the game down. Disappointing and some new even have to prep.
Has a price point of 10 for me as well. Overpriced for a simple game like this, but it is fun to play, especially the short all-inclusive cards overall not a bad family game

4.0 out of 5 stars Compact game
