Works so far, but how long as previous manafacturers one not tge same type or brand didnt last 6 monthd. Will give better review after a couple of months as no one seems to give a longevity report on these items. So far 5 srars but this could change.
Only just arrived and now set up and working, I am using this as a fast method of switching to the monitor in another room, saves me swapping the hdmi cables, just press the button and it’s done, I knew it was just a switch so had purchased a short hdmi cable at the same time, they both arrived the same day, very reasonable price for both.. so far works perfectly.
This item is very easy to operate. Just connect cables and press the one button in the middle to change. Well made from metal with solid connections.
If Forrest Gump had one of these he probably wouldn’t have spent so long running around America. He could have stayed at home and just switched between HDMI signals at the push of a button instead.
The product is used to share the output from my Sky box and my DVD BlueRay player.. The unit makes the changeover ver easy., also the built in indicator shows the origin of the input.
I am very happy with this HDMI splitter.
Televisions these days do not have enough HDMI sockets on them so it is good that this manufacturer has provided such a compact splitter to enable 2 components to connect to one TV HDMI socket.
The splitter is small so offers a tiny footprint and is easy to operate-just press the button in the middle of the unit to toggle between the 2 components.
A nice touch is the discreet diffused blue light indicating that the unit is connected to the TV.
Excellent performance and very reasonably priced.
Just one question.
Could they make a 3 or even 4 way splitter?

Will not fit firestick and hdmi cable !!! Buy 3way 1 in each end.
Works fine, the twin HDMI sockets are quite close together so bulky plugs might obstruct each other. A Firestick for example weill need to use the extender cable. Otherwise excellent.
