The Headband feel premium easy to instal but the instructions do miss a couple of steps but a quick YT Vid later and you are up an running
My Meta Quest 2 now fits in my head, better than the one that came with the headset l found the original one to be very uncomfortable after a hour of gaming (either you have it loose and have it side down your face or to tight and you get headaches and the headset now fit in dock station without fiddling with the controllers overhaul 8/10
My son wanted the official meta elite strap for Xmas but it was expensive so went for this after looking at the reviews. Glad I did, son said it’s really good and as good as the official one 🙂
Bought this for my son as the original strap kept slipping on his head and also got quite smelly with the sweat. This is great, a easy to adjust to the right size and can wipedown after use so there’s no odour.
This makes the headset a whole lot more comfortable to wear and stops the headset shifting out of place whilst playing anything vigorous. The only downside is it’s difficult to get your glasses on should you wear them.
Comes with clear instructions and they are accurate to follow.
Head strap is comfortable to wear and prevents slippage in active games such as Beat Saber.
No issues with movement or aches with prolonged wear.
After fitting this to the Oculus question, it securely held it to my sons head (and mine which is larger than my sons ). It was very comfortable to wear, and was secure enough that it did not come off during energetic activity. The only thing to consider (if younger persons are wearing it) is that it can almost be done up too tight causing marks on their head. I did have to warn my son a few times that it just needs to be secure enough to not fall off.
Having had a few head straps for the Oculus now, I am becoming familiar with what makes for a comfortable design. This one I would say is a little middle-of-the-road but certainly not bad by any means. It is comfortable to wear however I did find a lack of padding and occasionally, found it can slip a little. This could actually be my head though as my son has used this one too and he said he finds it fine. I also don’t like tightening my head strap too tight as don’t like it pressing too hard into my forehead, so this could be another reason. The whole thing feels durable and well made so I am quite confident it will stand the test of time, but we’ll see. I’ll be sure to come back and update this review if anything changes. 4/5
The first thing you do when you get a VR set is to replace the headstrap. Whilst wearing the original one os okay for a while, it can get a bit uncomfortable at times, which is where this replacement strap fro the Meta Quest 2 comes in.

What a wonderful head strap this is for the Oculus Quest 2! I am so impressed with the quality and comfort of this head strap. I am actually a little worried by how comfortable this headset is as I am able to wear this for hours on end without any discomfort or pains! Unlike other brands, this one uses PU Leather which makes the straps super comfortable and supportive on your head. In other words, you can spend less time worrying about constantly readjusting your strap, and more time winning your VR games and adventures!
The headset is highly adjustable and fit everyone’s head in my family with a quick slight adjustment using the dial on the back of the head.
Overall, a premium experience and a wonderful product by Awatty! Highly recommended and worth the money!

This replacement head strap for Oculus Quest 2 is comfortable, lightweight and has a good amount of expansion with the dial at the back of to adjust the size.
The plastic feels durable and is able to bend a fair amount without fear of snapping, so I’m hoping it lasts a while, even with regular use.
After prolonged use, you do start to notice it, but that’s the same with most head straps.
All in all, it’s a good replacement head strap for the price of 25.49, which was the cost at time of writing.

The head strap the Oculus comes with is notoriously inadequate and it pays to upgrade. For the money, this is a good option. Besides a head strap you get a rubber insert so you don’t sweat the foam insert the Oculus comes with away. It”s easy to put on, adjusts nicely and should be robust enough to last a few months. I have read reports that they don’t last forever but I am not able to test long term durability. I think for 25, or thereabouts, this is worthy of consideration but I wouldn’t be surprised if someone was undercutting it and offering something similar for less.
Item arrived well packaged and damage free. Quicker than the expected delivery date so that was a bonus. some people may find comfortable, others not so much.
Play for hours with no discomfort
Easy install – The head strap was super easy to assemble and install I was a little worried but it was really easy. Very comfortable – The head strap is very comfortable!
A great headstrap, a complete essential accessory compared to what the Quest 2 comes with.

I bought my son an occulus quest 2 several months ago, which he really enjoys playing, but has always had considerable problems with the original strap and always has to readjust it every time he takes it off/puts it back on or resorting to hold it with one hand whilst he’s trying to play, which isn’t the best idea. The same happens when my husband has a go and it always seems to go loose/top heavy and drops forward slightly, making it uncomfortable.
This elite strap makes such a difference! Virtually identical to the official one, but at much less cost, it’s so easy to fit and adjust. It offers a lot more support and be tightened and fine tuned to just the right size using the wheel on the side.
It’s easy to put together too and my son is overjoyed with it. It balances the weight of the headset much better and he tells me it’s much more comfortable. The way it wraps 360 degrees balances the weight really well.
From what he tells me and his reaction to using this, I would not hesitate to recommend to any occulus gamers. It fits in his carrying case too.
Much better that the one that comes with the headset, fitting is easy and feels more secure when wearing. Much easier to adjust than the original as it has a wheel at the back to secure it.
I can see why this has such rave reviews and I can only echo the sentiment, for the price this is a fantastic head strap, easy to adjust and will fit head sizes from children to adults so really versatile too, quality is just like OEM as is the styling, buy with confidence this is brilliant and good value too.

Replacement oculus quest 2 strap for the headset. This strap near mirrors that of the original one and connects up, adjusts and works perfectly. There is a slight difference between the two but if you don’t want to pay the hefty price tag of an official replacement, this is definitely the one for you! Really easy to connect to the quest goggles and then self explanatory to adjust and place over your head. Arrived really nicely packaged and can see it lasting just as long as my official ones. Very happy 🙂
This headset was easy and quick to fit onto my Oculus Quest 2, I did it without even having to read the directions in a couple of minutes.
If you wear glasses, then you do need to open it up quite wide so that you get your headset on but it is quick and easy to screw the button at the rear to get it to a comfortable position. It feels very firmly in place and doesn’t creak or wobble. The first elite strap I tested creaked a bit and tended to come loose a bit on its ratchet sometimes, and I felt like it would slip down, not so with this one, it’s firmly in place. The next one that I was able to use (I tested a few that didn’t work for me at all) was really comfortable but it wouldn’t fit in the lovely case that my son gave me for my birthday; this one fits in my case, so I’m really happy with this one. Comfort and it fits in my case.
A great, high quality upgrade for the Oculus headset! Our 14yr old son is very impressed with this. He said the fit is much more secure and comfortable than the original elastic headband. Fitting was much easier than expected, just follow the steps by step guide instructions. Looks very premium, and it’s much easier to adjust with the tension wheel at the back of the headband. As you can see in the before and after photo, it makes it much better looking. Recommend
