Very silent machine
The instruction booklet could be improved but the product seems to be superb.
The 30 spent to have it installed and its replacement removed was very good value.
Wife well prleased.
Very quie
A really good machine for the price
And the first thing we noticed was how quiet it it.
The top shelf for the cutlery could have been a bit taller but this could also be a matter of how we arrange it. Overall a very very good dishwasher.
Excellent purchase
Have been using this for a few months now…excellent machine….the plastic on the side of the door is not aligned properly which was a concerned at the beginning but that did not affect the performance at all…the 30 minutes function is the best here.
Dishwashe
Replaced broken dishwash. Did price comparison. Chose Hisense as it was the best in the price group. Efficient delivery, tracking. Delivery guys left it in kitchen as requested. Packaging was excellent, no chance of damage. Unpacked and connected, read manual, switch on all go.
Would do this again no issues.
Slimline dishwashe
I don’t have it installed yet as I have had to purchase an electric extension lead and an extension for the water drainage pipe as neither were long enough for where it needed to be installed . Apart from this I have recently bought a Hisense large fridge/freezer and washing machine and these were ok so fingers crossed.
Works well, but...
The touch control screen is very sensitive, so any contact, the dishwasher starts running a cycle. The wifi is just to add device to the app. Nothing else. Asides from that, it does its job, adequate for a large household @ 16place washer.
Does what we need looks good too
Does what we need but bottom layer not as tall as we have had in the passed. All the prongs not as long so things do fall over. Otherwise good and very cute
Amazing capacity, excellent cleaning
It really is very surprising how much will fit inside this dishwasher. The top separate cutlery tray makes a huge difference and avoids a basket taking up valuable space. Have used it on universal and eco cycles. Both give excellent cleaning. The machine is very quiet, simple to install, if you have basic knowledge, and a standard length waste pipe. If siting other than next to sink or other drainage , an extension maybe needed.
Program length is acceptable, although the economy one, at just less than 4 hours seems a little long. I prefer the universal setting, gives excellent results on plates, cutlery and normally soiled pans in the same wash.
We find it ideal for us, being just the two of us, and would probably only have to run 3 or 4 cycles per week.
Removal of filter can be a little tricky, but with a few times doing it, no problem.
An excellent buy, great price, great looking
Good low-cost dishwashe
My old dishwasher gave up the ghost and departed to the scrap heap in the sky.
After a bit of research we settled on this dishwasher, it cleans really well and has a number of useful programmes.
Considering this is a lower cost dishwasher it’s a pretty good machine with a decent build quality.
The LED display is easy to read and the controls are fairly straight forward.
As with pretty much every dishwasher I found it was quite easy to install and fits in a standard kitchen undertop “gap”.
I think the value for money is excellent with this unit and it’s a lot quieter than my old one.
However, as you would expect there are a few minor issues that come with lower cost.
The advert did state an LED light inside, but this model doesn’t have one.
Maybe it’s me but I really can’t see the need for one anyway.
The upper racks can be a little temperamental.
The side areas have little shelves, like the ones that hold smaller cups or glasses in place.
However, they don’t tend to stay in place so I don’t bother using them.
The course filter is a little small, make sure you give it a good clean to avoid it blocking otherwise it could cause an error during the cycle.
Cleaning is super easy so it shouldn’t be a problem.
It has a hot water feed which is great, unless like us you have a combi boiler.
It is more efficient to use the cold feed and let the dishwasher heat it up, otherwise it’s dragging a huge amount of water through before it heats up.
Despite those small issues, this is a decent dishwasher that is certainly worth the money.
It will clean all your washing up in a quiet efficient manner and let out a burst of beeps at the end to tell you it’s finished.
Washes ok
Didnt notice it was a flat tray at top for cutlery which is pretty annoying as its hard to put big knives and cooking utensils in, also the front has a really big bit that sticks down for some reason so it interferes with what you put on the middle/top drawer.
After a few weeks the washing tablet compartment started to not open so I just throw it in the bottom! Would have liked a wash between the 30 minute and the hour and 30 minute one as there are multiple long washes.
If its light wear plates and cup then 30 is fine, if Ive got pans and such then the 1.30 does a perfectly fine job of washing most stuff.
Doesn’t do bowls (on top/middle shelf) too great if you stack them even half covering.
Doesn’t completely dry some stuff!

Excellent little dishwasher. Holds an amazing quantity of dishes, despite being a slimline model. I cooked Christmas dinner for 5 people, and managed to get 95% of the dishes in, and they all came out perfectly clean too.
Overall great little dishwashe
Would have been 5 stars but installation guide could be much improved – got there in the end and now very happy. It’s quiet in operation and everything comes out really clean. Measure the length of the hoses to the cold water feed and the waste water outlet. My fault for not checking but they were much shorter than the one I took out and I had to buy extensions for both. Happy to recommend.
Really impressive dishwasher. Very quiet, variable washes, spotless dishes when washed and nicely dried. I replaced a 15 year old hotpoint with this beauty and I am very impressed and happy with this product. Do not hesitate to buy it. Great price too.
I think the door opener will eventually break off. It is difficult to open and you notice the strain Our other dishwasher was the handle. It was saved it for a few years with tape. And died when door spring went. Miss old dishwasher as it had AAA.
Specifically ordered this model as it states that it has an LED interior light. Well guess what? Upon unpacking and installing it there is no LED light at all. Shame as the other model the HS622 is cheaper and newer.
Anyway, all in all the dishwasher looks smart, washes really well and is super quiet. It doesn’t feel very solid or substantial though and it is quite basic but, from a distance it looks posh and it does the intended job of washing dishes really well. If you’re looking for a no nonsense machine with a 2 year guarantee that does the job of washing dishes really well then this is it. It’s cheap too!
I really like this dishwasher. It has a great cutlery tray at the top that slides out & place cutlery individually into it.
The door opens earlier when it feels the cleaning is sufficient which saves electric
Cleans better than the Smeg dishwasher I have downstairs.
This dishwasher cleans really well and has quite a few useful programmes. All in all a good machine with excellent build quality. Great display. As with most dishwashers, quite easy to install in a standard kitchen undertop “gap”. Considering the price, excellent value.
But if I’m being picky, I would say it does have a few annoying but relatively minor issues:
1) the course filter is quite small and is easily blocked causing an error (really easy to clean it but the manual does not tell you how to clear the error so I have to restart the program from the beginning
2) the upper basket has some side “shelves” in common with most full size dishwashers) intended for small cups or to hold the base of a wine glass. But they never stay in place and regularly fall off. Thinking of using a tie wrap to keep them place… A really small issue in the grand scheme of things but very annoying!!
3) it has the ability to use hot water input – one of the big selling features for me but what the “adverts” fail to say is that this is only more economical if you have a system such as an oil burner rather than a gas combi-boiler otherwise it is probably cheaper to have the dishwasher heat the water.
500dishwashe
Currently waiting for an engineer to fix it – heating element gone limited use as we bought as a downsize to the one we had had for years-(bush)-as the kids have grown up and moved on only 3 month old
Hisense dishwashe
Very stylish, pretty quiet in use and good value for money.
Was easy to install.
Did pay extra for package to be dilivered early and into the kitchen which was on time but didnt take packing away.
We’ve been using this dishwasher daily now for 2 months and still can’t get as much in it as our old washer. The bottom tray is very similar to all other dishwashers we’ve used and loads well. It’s the top where mugs, cereal bowls, glasses etc. go which is just odd compared to other dishwashers. The build quality is good, it washes well and looks good. Just a shame we can’t get as much of our crockery on the top tray as we’ve always done with other machines.
Not the size I wanted to have but was all we could fit in our kitchen cupboard space so after some looking around we got this delivered and after a slightly fiddly install this is the end result and it’s amazing, works just like a full size but takes slightly less stuff obviously
The dishwasher is great. It’s not too noisy and does a good job of cleaning dishes. The biggest problem is the design of the trays. The bottom tray is fine but if like me you use the top tray for cups and glasses, good luck. They’re a large space you can’t really use as there’s no support for cups as the middle portion is set for plates and bowls.
