i like everything about this washer washes well spins well very quite looks good easy to install and good price ,2 year warranty and you can pay for another 5 years so far so good , it was delivered by 2 wondefull men nothing was to much trouble or them

Arrived quickly and was placed in the kitchen, where I requested. The machine has a big drum and door for those larger items. Needs a decent read of the instructions to get the right program but only had it a couple of days and used it once.
It is a eye catcher, black & white. Liking the big doorway, it being large look, it’s black colour around it, body of it white. It’s working ok, easy clothes ok, on quick wash of 15 minutes, but not such a good spin. I wished it had been a 1400 spin on it. I spin clothes again after a wash, but not much different. Still quite heavy damp. Having to dry inside now, not good. Plus it is a noisy machine to any other I’ve had.
Needed a large drum washing machine to replace ours. This machine hasn’t disappointed. Love the auto dosing feature. It measure the load and adjusts the time accordingly. Large load area which makes loading and removing clothes less of a hassle. Good choice of programs. Never ordered a washer from Amazon before – it was seemless delivered on the designated day/time and delivery people were great.
I think it’s probably amazing but it’s extremely complicated to figure out how to use, and didn’t come with an instruction book.
The delivery guys worked hard to get it through a tight gap and down some stairs so defo worth the extra
I needed to replace my old Bosch machine, which was flush-fitted under my kitchen work surface, and soon discovered that the Hisense machine has a back-sloping top (see photo). This meant that the machine cannot sit flush under the counter and adjacent cupboards making the soap tray unfillable when pulled out.
The machine is quiet, certainly when compared with the 15 year-old Bosch, and energy efficiency is excellent.
Not being proficient with using any washing machine I found the instructions a little sparse but it has an idiot-proof setting called Eco 40-60 that just does the job.
All in all, bearing in mind (at the time of purchase) it was the cheapest model on Amazon and with free Prime delivery, it was a no-brainer.
This is a great piece of technology for a small price, yet it still offers up to 9kg load capacity. More options than I will ever need. Great value for money. BTG
I bought this machine due to my other machine being loud, this tops it, it’s quiet while washing but when spins fast it bounces out of the cabinet hole, I don’t know how to stop that?
I was afraid to buy this washing machine because of the bad experiences mentioned in the reviews. I chose this appliance just because its width fit on the counter in the kitchen. Despite all my concerns, the washing machine meets all my expectations; it is really easy to use and also not very loud. We are happy with the washing machine.

Great product that’s brilliant value for money ,has so many settings that are easy to work out and installing it is p easy.go for the 9kg front loader invertor (costs about 15 more but we’ll worth it ) which makes it run silent.well happy with my purchase .recommend
i spent a while trying to find the perfect combination of spin and temperature, the wash time seemed long as soon as i pressed start to my relief the machine assessed the weight and lowered the wash time.
washed it very well.
This drum is actually a 6/7 kg says the instructions so perhaps another 1kg extra value for money??Would suit 1 person maybe 2. Or even single parent with child. Has allergy functions for sensitive skin, self cleaning.
I’m surprised at how quiet the machine is. The loudest noise it makes is the water, not the spin
So many programs the mind boggles.
My house has a water filter installed. It’s one of those ball things that the housing association change. I use a tiny bit of detergent (liquid) and I can’t believe how efficient it is.
I’ll often add another spin at the end of a 15 or 20 minute eco wash before hanging out to dry due to the poor weather I’m drying by the windows.
You can extend the timer on the eco wash by adding more heat i.e 30 eco wash as an example.
Since most of my clothes are lightly soiled or just a bit sweaty I’ve only used the eco wash and a cotton wash.
I’m surprised that this machine comes with a 2 year warranty and for a cheap machine energy rating efficiency of C, which ain’t bad.

Fantastic washing machine,not very noisy which is great as I have a asd child that doesn’t like loud noises easy to use
1. Very impressed by delivery service (courteous, professional, decent comms, very early in the day delivery, narrow delivery window communicated nice and early, the delivery chaps even took the time to remind me to remove the travel bolts)
2. Product itself, as I say early days but so far – efficient, quiet, does not jump around nearly as much as previous machine, big load, seems to clean very well on the quick programmes we have tried so far
3. Not the reason I chose it but gained me extra brownie points! It looks very ‘pretty’ and ‘NASA’ according to SWMBO
4. We’ve not fitted the noise reduction plate yet, doesn’t seem to be necessary but I’ll probably have a play when I have some spare time
