I really liked this video doorbell,I chose it to upgrade the one I have as this has motion detection, brilliant, but then I realised the motion detection would be going constantly so I unfortunately had to return it,I can still recommend it if that’s what you need, looks really good,I also had no problems returning it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very well made.

I bought this video door bell as my friend has one, this does everything you need you can also message or send video’s for HELP if you have an unwelcome visitor! Really good buy! Plus you can have fun with it as I did my husband who could here voices and see no one. It was me as I downloaded the door bell to my phone.

I didn’t really expect it to he so good as it was cheaper than the other versions available but what a surprise. So easy to set up with the app & I’m not the best with anything technical but it was very straightforward. The picture quality is amazing, very clear. I’ve had it installed now for a few weeks, battery has not yet needed charging. You can either have motion detection on or off which is good as you don’t get notifications on your phone everytime someone walks past or even cars driving past. I found it a very good security aid whilst just recently been on holidays. I would highly recommend it for quality & price.

Not had it long but happy so far. Still learning how to use it being a busy guy. Easy to install and remove for charging. Really good quality.

Perfect! Much better than expected for the price. Easy to install. Very easy to set up and use. Pretty fool proof actually. The image quality is great both in daytime (bright sun) and night time. Very clear! No hidden fee’s unlike some doorbell cameras. Uses WiFi so WiFi is a must have. Battery life is very impressive (running in full mode) but also has battery saving options to extend the battery life before needing recharged. Charger wire provided in the box. Doesn’t take long to charge compared to how long it lasts. I would definitely recommend this doorbell camera to anyone. I’m now looking into other gadgets that are also compatible with the cloud app that this camera uses. A*

Does what it says, easy to set up and use, put a storage card in it, so no additional costs to external service, just dont mount it too high or you can’t see who is at doo

This camera is a great little addition to my home security. The quality of the video is brilliant, it has lots of settings to you can adjust it to your preferences. It can record for up to 30 seconds. The battery life seems to last forever I’ve had it a while now and it’s still not needed to be charged up. Don’t waste your money on over priced big brand cameras, this one will be sufficient for most house hold. All in all an excellent product.

Great value product, easy to install. Replaced a previous video doorbell that had stopped working. Connects well with my Virgin wifi router. Like the message that flashes up when the doorbell is pressed, like a phone call and you can choose to silence notifications from the camera when people just walk by the doorbell as opposed to pressing it. Also love the mini chime that is included which is loud enough to hear upstairs if you don’t have your phone with you when a visitor presses the butto

5.0 out of 5 stars Great value (not ring) video doorbell

I’ve had trouble with my neighbours so I bought this for when I go away. Absolutely useless as it doesn’t record when I need it too. Also I put a memory card in which doesn’t recognise it. So doesn’t record on its own just small clips. Other than that, it’s decent enough for the price. Even at night can see.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersCompared to other door cameras I would say this is one of the best .. the pic is great even at night .. I love that it takes pictures and stores every few seconds when someone walks up to the door so you don’t need an sd card .. impressed with the night vision. I actually can’t imagine being without it now and for the price it was worth every penny.. I’m delighted I don’t worry about leads and they supply tape that sticks the back to the door which is great for me as I didn’t have to worry about asking for help to put on the door .. it’s clicks off easily from the frame and it has a two way speaker which you can use a male voice for security.. as a female I like that.. brilliant and surprising..

5.0 out of 5 stars Good picture.. covers a good distance

This video doorbell might not be top of the line, but it is a very serviceable cheaper alternative. You can access recorded events (if you have an sd card) without subscriptions and it has all the standard features you’d need from a video doorbell for its price.

The product is good, however the screws were to small to fit in the back of the case which left very easy for someone to take if they wanted to, easily resolved as we had our own screws.
Motion detection is very sensitive even on the lowest settings which is great for me as an elderly person.

Alerts can be a bit delayed when someone presses the bell depending on WiFi strength and data signal however as the bell comes with a indoor speaker I am able to hear promptly from that but overall really good product, It has made me feel much more at ease in my own in evenings when I am alone.

I have used similar well-known video doorbells and this compares well. Lots of doorbell sounds to choose from and a handy compact wireless chimer so you don’t have to take up a plug socket. You can input an SD card so that you have recordings, or you can use it without (no subscription fees woo!). It also has voice-changing options when answering the doorbell on your phone which is useful. Easy to install and good battery life/easy to recharge! Overall I am very impressed with the doorbell and have recommended it to friends and family!

Bought this as an alternative to RING which personally I don’t rate. However this little fella as got all the bells and whistles you would need or want. You can even share it with you family free of charge Try that with RING I even got a sounder with it as part of the setup. Again RING something like 80 for a sounder .Not good. The unit and sounder are so easy to set and once all good and charged up connect it to your phone find the best place to hang it and off you go a fully functional video door bell with clear playback. No problems. just buy yourself a mirco sd card fit and format it and that’s it. Great piece of kit and boosts your home security as its got a great field of view.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI needed a new Wireless Video Doorbell after my last one died and this one seemed to be the same size and shape, so I liked the look of it, and I got it. The Camera comes with a separate chime that you can leave around the house and is very reliable albeit with a very minimal amount of customisation, with just 4 sounds. The 1080P HD video resolution of the doorbell itself is really good quality and the wide-angle view allows you to capture clear wide images which brings in the whole garden.

One of the standout features of this wireless doorbell camera is its PIR motion detection, which records video when it detects movement. You can customize motion zones to minimize false alarms, and select areas that you want to monitor or ignore. Basically, I have it set that if anyone comes into the garden, it records, but not when someone walks past the gate. Great feature. You also receive instant notifications on your phone app when someone rings the doorbell, or when motion is detected. You can then communicate with them through the app. I would like the app to bring up the live doorbell a little faster if I am honest. The Mic is also a little buggy, in terms of when you mute the mic, you need to hold the mic button for a few seconds to UN-mute it.

The device is easy to install, and you can choose to drill holes in the wall to mount the smart doorbell or use the supplied sticky pads to mount the plate on the door or wall. I used both to be extra careful . The battery lasts a long time, since I charged it 4 weeks ago and it’s still going strong, despite constant use by the kids on the road coming in and out with our kids.

The doorbell camera also comes with a cloud service that offers a free 7-day trial, but it’s a tad expensive, but if you live in an area where security is paramount, it’s worth getting.

Overall, the KAMEP Wireless Video Doorbell Camera is a very good device with only small areas needing improvement. However, I am happy with it for now and am delighted with the battery life. I would give this a 5/5 if the Live feed loaded a little faster, and the chimes came with more than 4 sounds.

4.0 out of 5 stars Not quite top of the heap, but still a great doorbell for the price.

Easy installation, although the adhesive isn’t very strong, the camera fell of two days after sticked on the door (glass) . Used the screws to fixed on the door has been working great so far.
Very happy with the camera and the price I paid for it 49.99 with chime.

So far it has been up for a couple of days and it has been amazing. I have used the adhesive stickers that came with it to stick to my door frame and it has held up well. For the video doorbell itself, it works amazing great picture quality I have an SD card in mine to store the footage. You can have motion detection on and choose the sensitivity and alarm area you’d like. It comes with a chime and connects to your phone also. So far this is a great piece of kit and I’m genuinely really happy. I have only given 4 stars because it has only been a few days.

When looking for a video doorbell, there are certain big brand names you know and they charge a premium for their products, and when you see a device like this for almost half the big brand price you would be skeptical that it would be any good, I was, but thought it would be worth a go. This is a good video doorbell, comes with a separate chime, even though the doorbell itself also rings, the app on the phone was fairly easy to set up, after a few tests for the motion detector, and the video and voice work great.
Only had it a couple of weeks but I can recommend the KAMEP Wireless Video Doorbell Camera with Chime, there are lots that say wifi but they are not wireless, they need to be installed with wires etc.
Just hope they don’t start increasing their prices just because they are getting great reviews.
UPDATE: After a month still going strong, however, just a note, the doorbell battery needs charging every week which is a bit disappointing, so if you go on holiday for two weeks then you could miss visits etc.

The app took a while to understand and set up, especially as I wanted to share control of the doorbell with my wife.
Once installed, doorbell works well; the image quality of the camera is good.
It is useful to be able to adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor, although this is somewhat “trial and error”.
    Overall, a good product.

I recently bought this doorbell camera for my home and I must say I am quite pleased with its performance. The video quality is impressive, making facial features easily recognisable. The wide view angle also helps cover a larger area, ensuring I don’t miss any important events happening outside my door.

The IR night vision feature is a real bonus – it works well even in low-light situations, providing clear images far away. This is particularly useful during the evenings and nighttime hours.

The PIR motion detection and customisable zones have been helpful in keeping an eye on my garden and protecting parcel deliveries. I appreciate the ability to adjust the motion zones and reduce false activation notifications, as well as choosing areas to monitor or ignore.

The two-way audio feature and instant notifications have made talking with visitors convenient and efficient. When someone rings the doorbell, I receive a full-screen message on my phone, allowing me to speak with the person at my door in real-time.

Installation and charging were straightforward. The wireless camera doorbell can be charged via a rechargeable battery, which seems to last well once fully charged.

Overall, I’d highly recommend this doorbell camera for its reliability and ease of use.

What I like about this doorbell is that it has human detection which a lot of smart doorbells don’t have. So a cat outside your house won’t trigger the doorbell. On top of that, it lets you mark an area on the grid where you want it to trigger any motion detection. You might want to avoid anyone visiting the neighbours house from triggering a notification for example so you can exclude that side of the view which is good. This all helps with less motion detection and a better battery life altogether. It also means you get only get the notifications you need i.e. anyone coming to or standing outside your house!

The quality is good, both day and night so I’m happy with that. Setting it up was super easy, only took 2 minutes, and the connection is good thanks to my full fibre internet connection.

The only thing I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t take batteries. So if you want to charge the doorbell, you either need to take it off (which defeats the purpose of having it) or you can purchase a separate long cable so you can charge it without having to remove the doorbell which is what I have done. It’s not the end of the world but I would have preferred rechargeable batteries.

The chime takes batteries and comes with a pack of 3. All in all, it’s a great doorbell and worth the money.

5.0 out of 5 stars The human detection is good and you can choose the motion detection area

Decent Doorbell camera when quite good resolution with the video. The video can be toggle between high res and standard resolution. Motion sensor is good and it starts recording when it sense movement.
The setup is pretty simple you just need to read the instructions carefully and follow the steps. The streaming of video is slightly slow as it connects to the camera. All in all, with the affordable price this is a decent camera.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI recently purchased a doorbell camera, and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The camera has exceeded my expectations in every way.

First of all, the video quality is amazing. The camera captures crystal-clear footage, so I can easily see who is at my door, even from my phone or computer. I love that I can zoom in on the image for a closer look, and the night vision is excellent too.

The motion detection is very reliable as well. I receive alerts on my phone whenever someone approaches my front door, so I always know what’s going on. I can also adjust the sensitivity and detection zones to make sure I’m only alerted when I want to be.

Another great feature is the two-way audio. I can speak to visitors or delivery people through the camera, even when I’m not at home. This has been particularly helpful for package deliveries, as I can instruct the delivery person where to leave the package.

The installation process was straightforward and the camera has been very easy to use. The app is intuitive and user-friendly, and I appreciate that I can access my footage from anywhere.

Overall, I highly recommend this doorbell camera. It has given me peace of mind and made my life much easier.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersWe purchased this video doorbell as a replacement for the one purchased a few years back, and it seems so much easier to set up. The rechargeable battery in the main unit needs to be charged before installing, plus we add the 3 AAA batteries into the indoor chime; these batteries are provided. The back casing needs to be removed to charge the camera unit, and a memory card can be added to save the images, if required.
Once charged, it is ready to install, screws and rawl plugs provided, remove the back cover and attach to the door/wall outside. Then simply download the ‘Cloudot’ app, and pair with our devices. A choice of 4 ringtones, and adjustable volume can be set on the indoor chime. The video camera is activated by motion sensor, so as soon as a visitor/delivery driver, presses the bell, we can see them on our phones, and if necessary speak to them with the two way audio feature. These picture and audio features work really well even when we are away from home.
So once set up ready to test; really pleased with picture quality and sound, and it looks very smart and well made. We have it angled to cover the front path, and the car beyond, so additional security.
The picture quality is amazing, even after dark; and the battery power once fully charged lasts for months. I think this video doorbell is good value, easy to install, and set up, very happy with purchase, so therefore would recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Easy set up, fantastic picture quality
