very well packaged plus it came with batteries, getting battery lid of was a bit of a challenge and putting it back on, really simple to use. it comes with two trays! important1 the big tray protects the top of the scale, you lift that off, don’t think your scales are ready to use! the second tray covers the bed of the scales so you need to remove that, then scales ready to use. now I brought this for candle making the two trays are extremely handy, large tray to measure wax and i use the small tray to measure the dye. simple to use, press on button, then put tray on and press tare button which zero’s the scales and your ready to go! simples! it has a memory function but i not used that yet. overall yes this is a very good buy and value for money.

These are an excellent set of scales. They are robust and seem very precise in weighing small amounts. They were a replacement foe a set that last just under a year, and these are far sturdier. The 2 weight trays are handy too.

These are great. I use them for espresso making. Accurate for weighing out my coffee beans for each dose and slim enough that I can place under my cup to measure my espresso output as well. Easy to clean and the little case keeps the dust off

Bought these for resin projects, as I needed 2 decimal places. Lovely scales, compact, easy to clean and accurate.

Bought these as wanted accurate scales for home craft projects but didn’t want something too big or too small. These are perfect as they are big enough to place jugs and bowls on yet small enough they don’t take up much room.
The tray also acts as a great little protection device for the scale when not in use to avoid damage.

This item is way smaller than I thought ( my own fault for not paying attention)
It does what it was bought for though so really no complaints

One of the foot bumps was high therefore it didn’t sit flat on my kitchen counter. I had to sand it down. Other than that the scale is easy to use.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHad this little set of scales for a while now and seems to maintain good accuracy. My calibration weights show it to be slightly off at 20g but the 1g, 2, 5g and 10g are ok, so the loss of accuracy at 20 g is 0.05 grm. quite amazing for something so inexpensive. Scales comes with a couple of containers for weighing small items however I don’t find the need to use these. I find it very useful.

Bought to replace one that, after many years, broke 🙁 and just as I’m getting into cooking!!! Can’t fault it. It works great, the two size bowls for the top are good but so is the ability to just stick ur own bowl on top, turn on and use like that. Very sensitive and fell what I can tell v accurate.

Lovely little set of scales, very small and compact and a really good complimentary item to my kitchen scales, for me this will be ideal for weighing up smaller quantities of ingredients like yeast and baking powder for baking where accuracy is important. These are seemingly very accurate.

Weighs up to 500g, I used the tare function but unfortunately once the load reaches it’s maximum limit it stops working. This is a lesson to me to weigh items out separately rather than keep adding to one bowl. The weighing platform is a little on the small side but these scales are only really intended to weigh small items anyway.

Comes with 2xAAA batteries which was really convenient to use straight away. Also comes with 2 small weighing trays, all of which the scales neatly pack away into. Love these scales, they will be really useful.

Check the size before ordering as these scales are tiny! This is a mini scale only suitable for measuring small amount up to 500 grams. Saying that these scales are veru acurate and the display is bold and easy to read. You also have a vast array of units to measure with: Grams, Ounces, Troy Ounces, Pennyweight, Grains, and Carats! A handy portable mini scale ideal for travelling.

Our other kitchen scale is rather large and its a bit of a pain if you just want to weight say just one small thing. So having this small scale handy takes a lot of the hassell out of it. Its accurate (I know because my nephew spent 20 minutes testing it against our “large” scale with various bits and pieces from around the kitchen), its can be kept in a drawer or just left taking up a small footprint on the worktop and its easy to clean and wipe down. The readout is easy to read and can be set to metric or imperial measures. Its good value too. Not sure yet how long the batteries will last but we’re using rechargeables in it so won’t impact on the cost too much.

The footprint of these scales is very small, and it’s not suitable for weighing large items – like half a salmon, for instance, however, it’s very nicely put together and accurate enough when working with smaller ingredients.

    Nice price too.

The Diyife Digital Kitchen Scale is a useful product that is suitable for kitchen use or for general weighing purposes, but is quite small compared against regular kitchen scales. The scale features a clear LCD display and a wide, and slightly unusual, choice of units including Grams (G), Ounces (OZ), Troy Ounces (OZT), Pennyweight (DWT), Grains (GN), and Carats (CT); the screen is lit by a bright blue backlight making it very easy to read. The scale is powered by 2 AAA batteries, which are supplied, and has some useful features including a Tare function if weighing with a container; auto shut off, an over-load indicator and two trays – a small one for protecting the scale while in storage or transportation and large one for holding bulk items. The scale is attractive and quite nicely made — but the weighing-plate was not very securely attached on my model and seemed a little flimsy, other than that this is a good value product that works as expected. Currently around twelve pounds from Amazon this model can weigh up to 500g and seems quite accurate with even very small amounts and offers decent value at the price. Handy if you need a portable scale as well as a small kitchen model — four stars for what it offers.

These really are tiny scales, the sort of thing you only see on TV reality shows where police intercept “street dealers”. They seem very accurate, and can measure down to 0.01 of a gram. Probably better suited for scientific lab use in a school than in a domestic kitchen. The clear measuring trays are flat sided, and “powder” pours out of them well. Ideally suited for weighing small items such a garden seeds or jewellery items. Less suited for weighing flour for loaves. 2 AAA batteries required, and they are supplied.

I like how small it it, I like that the display is easy to read, and how easy it is to switch between measurement scales. I find it works well for small quantities, but if you’re measuring more than 2-300 grams you may find the size and layout, and you lose a portion of your capacity when you tare down to account for the weight of the larger ingredient bowls you need to pick out from your own supplied. The two plastic trays that are supplied are next to useless because they are so small (they look more like protective packaging to be honest). It’s a good scale, and measurements seem accurate, but you may find it doesn’t meet some basic needs when preparing a number of traditional recipes.

These scales are tiny – so they are only for small amounts and weigh to a maximum of 500g. They come with batteries so have everything you need to get started and have two trays for measuring that sit on top of the scales – one smaller and one slightly larger with higher sides. The display is back lit in a really nice blue colour so the display is really clear and they seem very accurate and are easy to use.

I’m using mine to weigh my dogs dried food and they are perfect for that. The product photos are generally quite accurate – apart from the one which shows an apple on the scales…. you won’t get an apple that’s cut in half on these without the larger tray… they are nice scales, very accurate but specifically for small amounts of dry ingredients.

A great little kitchen weighing scales, which is responsive and accurate. I use it to measure out dry dog food portions, and it’s great. Has a little plastic tray for your ingredients. Also comes with two AAA batteries included.

Mini digital platform scale. My first impression with these scales was that it is very small. However that does not detract from the accuracy and reliability of these scales. It will weigh anything and it is absolutely spot on for accuracy. It takes two batteries which are included and that is a plus for me.

It is lovely and slim and so easy to pack away and takes up hardly any room in the cupboard. Easy to clean and at 11.99 is a cracking buy. You could pay a few pounds more and get a Salter but in all honesty this does the same work at a cheaper price.

Neat and tidy, been using to weigh fruit and sugar ( which is heavy) for jam, also the pectin which is like powder and these are accurate for all ingredients. Very happy
