Easy to set up and it works fine until now
Homemade sourdough. good but not as good as advertised. the 10in blade helps considerably. Not bad for 29..99

Super sharp, cuts through fresh bread even when still warm. Amazing
I got this knife from the Burrfection recommendation and it was better than expected for the price.
Stayed sharp for a few weeks and when it slightly dulled, 20 secs on a chef’s choice manual sharpener on the Japanese angle gets its super sharp again. Had looked at many fancy knives but glad I got this as it totally fulfils that need without breaking the bank.
This is a lovely knife, perfect for cutting all sorts of bread – I really am pleased with this purchase

I was looking for a really good, sharp and easy to hold bread knife. This one is really sharp – no doubt about that.
The problem was that … and this may sound odd … was that it came in a storage box and because it was so sharp, putting it safely away in the box seemed like a sensible idea, but because it was in a box and going to be tucked away, it was felt I’d never use it on a daily basis. I have another lethally sharp knife that is suffering the same fate – I only get it out when I remember – and a bread knife is used pretty much every day. So rather than tuck it away for the ‘special occasions’ when I remembered I had it, I returned it and got a very acceptable (and equally sharp) one in replacement.
If you want a very sharp bread knife – this is it to be sure… but think about storage. Left unguarded in a drawer you risk leaving behind a chunk of finger and a lot of blood if you are not careful. It needs a wood block or one of those magnetic wall holders for storage – not just in a drawer. I have a wood block, but no spare slot for a bread knife… so I reluctantly had to return it. Amazon were great about the refund too.
It’s a good looking knife. Balance is fine.. Needs alot of sharpening to keep it tip top..
I like to use for meat and fish. It’s not good for bones
A good quality knife, well-made and incredibly sharp. The slightly longer blade makes cutting any type of loaf a doddle.
