Bit odd really, may have been me but the battery connections make it really difficult to close the light when its all wired up. It works though, time will tell. Push fit wiring for mains made install quick.
Does what it says on the box. Wiring is easy with the push down connections with plenty space to loop in and out if needed. Bright light for 3w. I left to charge for 48 hours and ran a full duration test and got 4 hours and 20 minutes. Going to fully wire it up in a maintained state at the new house and will easily charge off generator//inverter in the event of a prolonged power outage. The only thing is that it would be nice to have a frosted defuser as the light comes out in lines. A while frosted would give more even spread of ligh
Excellent low cost bulkhead emergency light. Very easy to install. Two minor irritations is that the internal space is limited making it difficult to squeeze in even a small amount of pre-existing cable excess without it bulging the plastic plate that the LEDs are mounted on (we are replacing several old neon tube emergency bulkheads). The second is that the green charging indicator LED is VERY intense. For lights we mounted on the ceiling this was fine but for ones on walls we actually put a piece of translucent tape over the LED to reduce its brightness.
Got to replace a older light. I have removed the link wire and have a switch across it so can turn on and off the light so works as a semi maintained light.

Extremely easy to install whilst being very high quality plastics and more than bright enough to light a mid-sized room in the event of a power cut.
These lights are fantastic and can confirm they meet or slightly exceed the 3 hour light backup period and are the perfect brightness to light a mid-sized room. Infact it’s so good I’ve just brought a few more to install which

Il grado di protezione ip realistica poich da me personalmente sono stati montati all’esterno come segnalazione uscita di sicurezza (adesivi con entrambe le frecce inclusi)
La batteria se carica resiste un paio d’ore
Si puo montare in modalit sempre accesa
O in modalita accensione in emergenza cio solo quando va via l’alimentazione
In tutti i casi per il prezzo , un terzo rispetto le marche blasonate vendute in negozi locali , sono abbastanza soddisfatto
